I brought my vehicle there when the check engine light was on. Prior to them being House Chevrolet, they were Walser which is where i originally bought my car. I have the bumper to bumper protection on my car through Walser. These guys worked with me and were able to get my gasket valves, oil valve crack and the turbo replaced in my 2016 Cruze along with an oil change and tire rotation for very little cost (as in just over $200.00 because that is the detuctible). I had my doubts about them, but these guys are great!

I want to say a big thank you to Fernado is the service department. My brand new 2018 forrester got the rear window broken out. Fernado was able to find me a rear window and some how getting it here in only 2 days. Incredible job. Then Chad at chevy got the paint fixed after the glass scratched the paint. The car was spotless when i got it back. That is the reason we have bought two new subarus this year from Clements. And we plan to buy another in the near future. And a shout out to Cameron as an awesome salesman. I love how we are treated by the whole dealership. That's why we will keep buying from Clements. A+

My wife and i were extremely satisfied at the dealership, by all parties from our sales person to our various meetings w/the used car manager and the financial managers. They were competent in all aspects of our transaction with them, answering all our concerns about our upcoming purchase and with helping us get into a very nice certified 2016 Cadillac SRX. We traded in our 2010 Cadillac DTS which we had previously purchased from them. We were given an equitable trade. We will be more than happy to make our car purchase from them in the future.

Got me in same day and on my way in time for her flight. While there they were great with my daughter. She wants to go see them all again. Brought vehicle in to have tires rotated and balanced. They ruined my expensive lug nuts for my rims and bored out my key to the lug nuts. They then charged me close to $50 to have new lug nuts put on and told me that I would have to purchase a chrome deep 3/4" socket for the new lug nuts. Now my rims can be stolen.
They blamed me!!
They said that the key was bad, prior to them boring it out.
How did they get 3 tires off prior to realizing the key was bad, and why wouldn't they have called me prior to performing the task so that I would have an opportunity to make a choice.
The lug nuts and key I had for the truck were good and they cost me big time.

Traveling to Charles City for a family emergency, my Ford Ranger developed engine problems. A family member recommended Molstead Motors because he and several other family members in the area have been satisfied customers for years. My truck was dropped off at the service dept and my time constraints explained to the very helpful service advisor, Bruce Delap. He assured me it would be ready for my trip back to Chicago the next morning. The problem was diagnosed within an hour and I was told repairs would cost $1,000. Given my schedule, I had no other option but to approve the repairs. One water pump later ($250 in parts and $750 in labor), I was on the road back home the next day. Having never paid anywhere near this amount for a water pump replacement in my life, back in Chicagoland where everything costs more, I consulted my dealership and also my local mechanic. Both agreed that I had been incredibly overcharged. When presented with the price, I had even asked to speak with a Molstead salesman to discuss the possibility of just trading my Ranger for a new truck. Sign the papers, hand him the money and drive off the lot. Apparently the salesman had little interest in an easy sale because we talked less than 5 minutes. I will never return to this dealership should I need future repairs while back on regular family visits nor would I recommend it to anyone. Frankly, I would pay to have my vehicle towed past this dealership to go anywhere else. Other members of my family have also started taking their business elsewhere after hearing of my experience.

Had a accident with my Pearl white Buick. Because my Insurance company had recommended Morries Body works in Brooklyn Park i went there.
Set up work to be done, took 1 week to finish. Upon picking my car up it looked alright until i arrived home and parked in my garage.. At which time i seen 2 different colors of paint from the orginal to Morries new paint and the grill/ hood body line was not straight by any means. By the way it took them 3 times to get this straight, which should have been done right the first time. After all they are supposed to be professionals. Every person that looked at the car could see the different paint except for the people at Morries body works. Went back to the body shop and told them my concerns, there excuse was plastic parts look differnt than metal parts, but one metal fender that was replaced was still not any different than the plastic parts painted by Morries Body works. They tried to cover up there poor selection of paint color by as they said feathering the new color onto the hood and passenger door. Which did not work by any means.On my second trip back to complain about the color difference they started telling me i was not seeing what i was seeing and that the color was right, afraid not. Finally i was feed up with there BSing me and telling me i was not seeing what i see, many excuses. I told them i would be taking the car else where... My feelings are stay away from Morries Body works in Brooklyn Park.
