Our sales person was Jon Breitenstein, he got me and my wife a great deal on a used SUV. We're expecting our first child anytime now and we wanted to upgrade from a compact coupe to a medium size SUV. Besides getting us a fair price he was not pushy, he was patient and answered all of our questions to the best of his ability. We have now had the car for about 2 weeks and the car is driving as expected. My only complaint is, even though we bought the vehicle with cash, my credit was still ran without my knowledge. My husband and I recently tried to lease a new vehicle at Morrie's Minnetonka Ford. Due to a slight credit issue, it was not possible. These people worked their butt off to get us into a vehicle, and at the end of the day, we drove away in a 2016 Ford Focus that had only been driven a few thousand miles. It was a purchase rather than lease, was nearly brand new (heck, it still smelled new), was maxed out with all the best options, and was less expensive than the new lease option. We also got a pretty awesome interest rate to boot! Throughout the process, from the moment we entered the building, until the time we drove away in our almost new car, each and every person there was super pleasant, kind, helpful and enthusiastic. They kept telling us to be patient, and don't give up, that they would be able to help us. I will highly recommend Morrie's Minnetonka Ford to people from now on. This dealership is awesome!

I got great service throughout my buying experience at Fort Dodge Ford yesterday. I received a call from my dealer Steve Powell that morning to determine which car I wanted to look at, and the car was brought up and ready when I arrived which was especially appreciated since it was raining. Steve went through every aspect of the car with me, got me a great deal with dealership owner Matt Johnson, and took me through the rest of the process seamlessly including detailing my car and having it ready by the time I finished signing paperwork with the pleasant and efficient finance director. I can't tell you how great everyone at Fort Dodge Ford was to work with. Even those I wasn't dealing directly with greeted me, offered to help with anything needed, and generally just made the whole experience awesome!

I (we) came with the intent of buying used and were interested in the Ford Escape. After defining my mileage range and my money range, I was told "we can put you in a new Escape for that amount of money" so after some discussion we bought a new Escape. Ford should give loaner cars to their customers, especially when you are loyal to them, and it's a Ford issue, having to use your spouses vehicle should be out of the question, being loyal may end here after this one, business will go elsewhere, this is a major issue as hoping my spouse does not need her car as I will be using it because of some tight xxx decisions on Ford dealership, I would not take a day off of work for Fords issue, good by after this lease, I will go elsewhete

These guys are terrible. I took my car in for an audio issue and they made it smell like gas. It took a return trip and almost a month to get it resolved. Not one single apology. The service manager didn't even approach me.
I gave them one last chance. I took it in when the car was acting weird. They told me the problem was a "feature." My service adviser, Derrick, believed me, he tried like crazy to get them to help me, and they REFUSED! Guess what? I took my car to Bloomington Lincoln and they quickly found the problem, which, it turns out White Bear had CAUSED!!!

I had the most positive car-buying experience of my life on Saturday, December 9th! I had even mentioned to my significant other that I would rather buy 6 houses versus 1 car. However, when John introduced himself to us and asked what we were looking for I relaxed a little. John couldn't have been nicer and more helpful through the entire process. I have a black mark on my credit history so was concerned about financing but Brad (Credit Manager) was so understanding and helpful. Bottom line, I drove away in my beautiful 2015 Ford Fusion that afternoon. The whole process only took about 3 hours total and never once did I feel pressured in any way. I highly recommend this dealership VERY highly and please be sure to ask for John in Sales!

Don't go here. When this was Tousley Ford it was a great, locally owned dealership. Since the corporate overlords at Autonation bought them out, I have witnessed a slow decline in customer service. You are nothing but a number to these people. I wish I hadn't bought a service contract with them so I never had to step foot in this place again. As a matter of fact, because of the poor customer service, I will NEVER buy a Ford product again.
