Our family came here to get a vehicle and these guys helped us out big time! Drew, Mich, Dorrenda, and even the owner! They stayed 3 hours after they closed just to help us and make sure we got into a safe, reliable vehicle. Our family told them our story and how 2 precious car dealers sold us lemons that were way over priced and left us with no car..but not Zumbrota Ford. I only recommend going here for a vehicle because they are very compassionate about their customers and will do everything in their power to help you. Now that we got our vehicle, my husband can get to and from work safely, and our family can actually go see our other families out of state.

Sadly his truck could not be repaired. After having had a bad experience with a leased Ford Fusion (poor road handling, failure to be able to get headlights adjusted over two years after repeated requests), a visit to the showroom during routine maintenance and a chance encounter with Ruth Chase led to finally finding an alternative that worked for both parties. She found an Edge and an early buyout program so I could lease what turns out to be my fourth Edge from this dealership.
I only stayed with Brookdale Superior because if the competant efforts of Ruth Chase. Ruth is informed, tenacious and thoroughly customer focused.

He was very accommodating when traffic was poor on my way over to Red Wing from the Twin Cities and stayed past close to ensure I was leaving with a new Jeep that night! I was also very pleased that Austin took me as a serious buyer as I'm young and have had poor experiences with other dealers that think I'm just kicking tires. Drove some distance to look at unique color and interior. Sales person reviewed car and then turned us over to manager. Obfuscation over pricing and not quite sure what we signed. Finance office was confused and later returned by UPS insurance card and drivers license. Finance asked us not to pay off car for at least 90 days so she would get extra Ford pay. Car poorly cleaned. Sales person later explained difficulty in cleaning cars. Not recommended.
Disappointing Repair Service - MikeG
A check engine light along with a dramatic drop in power (code P0299 low boost and code P0016 cam timing) led me to bring my F150 to the Service Department. After a week to get an appointment and two days diagnosing the problem, I was told they couldn’t find anything wrong. The check engine light? I was told there wasn’t one. (There was when I parked it in their bay). The power reduction? Their tech couldn’t duplicate the problem. (I had been limping on it all week). I was told to bring it in next time the check engine light came on, and oh by the way, that’ll be $150 please. When I asked what I was paying for she asked if I was trying to get out of paying! CThe engine light came on the next day and had a hard time getting to highway speed. Again. Bring it back? No thanks.
