Vern Eide Ford beat the price of anyone else around! Well worth the 7 hour roundtrip to buy from this dealership! We saw the new car we had been looking for on the dealer’s website. All negotiating was done over the phone through salesman Tommy McKibben and manager Brad Olson. When we arrived to pick up the vehicle, they, along with Chris Brink, had all the paperwork ready to go. It was a smooth, easy car buying experience! We highly recommend this Ford/Lincoln dealership!

When I lived in Mississippi and California and brought a vehicle in even for a minor repair or a pm service, it would be washed prior to me picking up the car. The last three times I was at Jensen the car was not cleaned, even if just the windows.

Not that it should make any difference but I’ve bought 8 cars in the last 12years and when I need them most they are to busy to take care of my problem! So either they don’t have enough help or just don’t care ! I was on my way to catch a plane & needed a tire fixed & they said it would be several hours before they could get to it , by the way I have all my service done there ! I am going to try some other options !

Maybe they’re ok if you’re looking for a brand new car, but don’t go anywhere near their budget lot. I was interested in a vehicle on their budget lot, but I live about 200 miles from Sioux Falls. Over about 3 weeks I emailed questions and eventually decided it was worth taking a full day away from my family of 4 small children to drive up and look. I had asked multiple times if the vehicle had had animals or smokers in it. Every time I was assured it had no odor on the interior. I set up to come see the vehicle and noticed they’d dropped the price. I arrived at the dealership after driving nearly 4 hours one-way, and it took about 20 seconds to know I’d never purchase a vehicle from this establishment. The price drop a few days earlier was due to hail damage that no one had mentioned. The vehicle not only had an almost unbearable odor of animals, but the seats were stained, there were what appeared to be vomit spots on the carpet, there were dirt and gravel in the glove box, and the list went on. Mechanically, the vehicle was a quart low on oil and it looked like the oil hadn’t been changed in a while. The vehicle was rusty, and simply put, it was a piece of junk. When I asked about price, it was inflated way beyond book prices and they refused any negotiation.
I imagine they do fine with selling new cars. There is nothing they could lie about because they’re new. But don’t expect an honest answer about vehicles on their budget lot. Take it from me: don’t waste your time there.

I purchased a used vehicle, 2014 Ford F-150 Platinum, from Lewis and Clark Ford. In the negotiations it was agreed that Lewis and Clark Ford would pay the tax title and licence since I was putting all of my savings as a down payment. In reality the entire deal hinged on them covering the Tax, Title, and Licence because they were not willing to negotiate the price of the vehicle down but were willing to pay tax, title and licence. During signing of the financial documents I did not see where this was listed so I inquired numerous times and was told it had to be shown a certain way on the paperwork so that they didn't show a loss on the vehicle but I was assured that it would be taken care of. When I went to register the vehicle I was informed that Tax, Title, and Licence were never paid. I have spent 2 weeks trying to resolve the situation with the salesman, finance department and the sales manager. No one returns my calls and finally today I was told there is nothing in the contract for Tax, Title and Licence and they could not do anything for me. I put all of my savings down on this vehicle and now I am expected to pay an additional $2000 for tax, title and licence that were supposed to be paid by the dealership. After looking at reviews on line it appears that this is not the first time they have done this and it shows a pattern of dishonesty that needs to be addressed.

Worst experience I ever had trying to buy a used vehicle. Initial sales person used pressure tactics lied about upcoming Ford incentives, and did not know what he was talking about. Made offer and never heard back. When I contacted the used sales manager after 3 days said ya I saw that you don't know what your talking about and would not come down on price. Never offered a counter or other options. Even tried to upsell me accessories. HORIBLE never go there

I brought my truck in for a spare key to be made and it came out late smelling like they dumped oil all over the cab. I should have learned my lesson 2 years ago I said the same thing that I would not go back when they changed my oil and said I needed an new oil plug and didn't give me the old one and did not use any coupons that I told them I had the day before when I made the appointment.
