Our buying experience was five star because everyone we worked with went above and beyond to accommodate our desires and our hectic schedules! I have worked with Jody Hays for more than 13 years. After having my 2004 Chevy Colorado towed from Marion to Eisingers on Tuesday, July 18, 2017, having a water pump replaced. I picked up my Chevy Colorado around 5:00 P.M. On Wednesday, July 19, 2017. On Thursday, July 20, 2017, I was driving through Kalispell on the way to Great Falls, as I had a Pre-Op Appointment at 9:00A.M. on Friday, July 21, 2017, when my ABS Error Warning Message came on. I quickly drove over to Eisingers, and Jody was able to fit me in and a bearing was the culprit. It was 11:00 A.M., and had me back on the road by 12:30 P.M. Jody Hays is a woman of integrity, and I trust her completely! She is amazing!
While I was waiting and looking at at small SUV's, Michael Ulbricht approached me and asked me if I may need some help. I explained to Michael that as soon as my Colorado is fixed. I had to be on my way to Great Falls, get a hotel, and make my 9:00 A.M. Pre-Op Appointment on Friday, July 21, 2017, for my surgery at 6 A.M. On Friday, August 4, 2017. Michael asked me if I had ever considered a Buick Encore? He added that he had a new 2016 Buick Encore that I should really take a few minutes to test drive, and guaranteed that I would be back before my Colorado would be ready for pick up! It was the best test drive that I have ever experienced! Michael was highly versed on that Buick Encore, and he was more than able to answer all my questions regarding the Encore and the complete package that we were test driving that perfect AWD! And surprisingly, we did get back before my Colorado was ready for pick up. I told Michael that I was was interested, but I wanted my wife to see the Encore and to test drive it. I told him that with my wife's schedule and my Pre-Op appointment, I didn't think that I would get back until some time Friday evening, therefore we wouldn't be able to do anything until Monday. I was so Blessed with a quick Pre-Op Appointment, so I called Michael and told him that I was heading back from Great Falls and asked him if he could have a copy of the Window Sticker for me to pick up around 3:30 P.M.?
When I dropped by at 3:30 P.M., Michael had the copy of the Window Sticker ready for me, and also explained that he had put in for vacation time with his family some time ago. He also stated that he wanted me to work with Curt Lemke, who has been with Eisingers for many years. Michael also told me that Curt was extremely knowledgeable regarding the Buick Encore, always goes the extra mile, a man of integrity, and more than capable of putting a successful offer on the 2016 Buick Encore that my wife and I would be very happy with!
When my wife and I came in on Monday, Curt took us for a test drive with my wife, Mary at the wheel. She really liked the Encore, and Curt spent all the time needed to answer all my wife's questions after her test drive! We noticed a ResistAll EnviroGuard-Next Generation place mat on Curt's Desk, and he broke it down so nicely, we also purchased a $800.00 seven year policy for our 2016 Buick Encore. Curt arranged for the ResistAll to begin right away so that the Encore would be ready for pick up at 2:00 P.M., Monday, July 24, 2017, when we would be bringing in the check from The Park Side Credit Union. When my wife and I came back on Friday to pick up the Encore, Curt asked if he could go over all the features of the Encore so that she would be confident and informed on safely being able to be in complete control driving her new Encore home. Curt Lembke is indeed a man of integrity, always willing to go the extra mile, concerned with the safety and informing his customers to the locations of all buttons and switches, what they operate, and making sure that the customer is confident and informed enabling a safe a calm ride home! Curt was a intrigal member of the Eisinger Motor's Team. He is the reason why we bought the 2016 Buick Encore. He is an awesome CLOSER!
