The salesperson Mr. Malik is excellent at customer service and was kind, helpful and did the transactions as quickly as possible. Before and after purchase, he answers all emails and answers the questions thoroughly.
This is not his fault, but an extra key should have been made since I work long hours, Sears is no longer open to make keys, and the computer key will be at least $100.00 to add an extra one. No one ever has only one key to their car! This has been stressful....

I called the dealership to inquire about a SUV, matt salesman told me that the car couldn’t be sold yet because it had to go through an inspection. I told him I would buy it and that he would call me as soon as it got out of inspection. I didn’t hear anything, so I emailed to inquire about the process. He then proceeded to tell me that it did come out of inspection and that another customer has bought it. xxxx poor communication. I’ll definitely be taking my business elsewhere and not referring anyone to this dealership.

I OWE THIS DEALERSHIP AN APOLOGY for a negative review I gave them in mid-August. I believed they sold me a Toyota Camry in 2018 (formerly Grossinger Toyota) that had the odometer rolled back because the State of tagged my VIN number as such when I registered the vehicle in GA which caused Carfax to red flag the car as a salvage title vehicle. After 6 weeks of research (due to three relevant state administrative offices being closed), I finally got to bottom of to the bottom of the issued. This dealer was NOT cupable for the mistake. Rather, the dealers representative, Amanda Benyamin, was professional and polite when she helped me to correct the situation. I would HIGHLY recommend using this dealer for your purchasing or servicing needs!

I paid cash for a Rav4 Hybrid when they were Grossinger Toyota, and have been treated very poorly since they became Leader Toyota. They love to say, "I'll be right with you," and then let you wait a long time. I drove my car off their lot after service call without checking the driver side. The right side mirror cover was gone when I got home, a 2 mile drive. They assume no responsibility. I will never buy another car with these people.

Total waste of time. We wanted to try a used camry which was being detailed when we went. Took an appointment two days later to try it, we arrived on time but they were totally unprepared. Took half an hour just to see the car, the salesman we took the appointment with was a no show. When we saw the car it was heavily scratched on all sides, uncleaned, not even vaccumed, yet they knew we were coming to try it. The worst was that they seem to think this was a normal thing to do. Very disappointing.
