Truly a friendly dealership. - GKH, satisfied customer,
I have dealt with Heritage now for over eight years. Every visit, whether for sales or service has been pleasant. No need here to dread the car buying experience. The people who work here know how to put you at ease and they want to show you that you are the reason that they are there. Always a true pleasure to be at Heritage Cadillac. Thanks guys!

Simple lease exchange and service recall. Excellent on both ends. Would definitely pass on a good word for your dealership. Thank you for your sales and service.
Above and Beyond service. - arcelyte77
Great guys to deal with. My ATS has had a few in-warranty issues and I'm a total Pain-in-the-A$$ customer. I've done service extras because of the explanations from Ross and Victor. The prices have always been lower than the surrounding Cadillac dealerships. My last visit I got the Upper intake cleaning (ATS 2.0T owners. GET. THIS. DONE. It actually makes the car run better.)
I cant say enough about the dealership. People like this will make me come back to the Motor Werks group and buy another car. (Probably not another Cadillac... but hey, Motor Werks sells like 10 other brands.) !!!Owners and Managers of Motor Werks!!! Ross and Victor are key people, don't lose these two. It's hard to find good employees that care about your business... Your bottom line. I would snatch up either of these two for my company in heart beat.

A pleasant experience - Yellowbirch2018
Everyone very friendly and helpful. It's refreshing to visit a car dealership with so many people willing to help you with any problems, plus a courtesy car is at your disposal..

Excellent service! - Clarifierdd49
Steven Crane in the service department is excellent! He is polite, attentive, informative and truly cares. I would highly recommend any person requiring service on their GM vehicle to see Steve Crane in the Grossinger service department.
Awful management. - Jonyquest
Loud obnoxious managers. They like to yell at you when ur just browsing. Screw this place. Also heard they treat employees very poor. Go elsewhere
Broke more then they fixed on my car. - Ryan Aydelott
The service department of this dealership is a joke, I'm having my car towed from there after they have failed to fix the car properly for the third time.
Each time they have had it, they break something else in the process. I'm not sure if this is a scam to keep getting more $$$ or what, needless to say I'm removing my car from their facility to have it repaired and all they work they claimed to do on it inspected as the shoddy workmanship performed by this dealer can't be trusted.
Mark the service manager, and Paul the service advisor could care less about customer satisfaction, perhaps they will care when the real boss asks the what happened when they have to respond to a court summons.
Their customer service is really bad. I was told that... - veronruth
Their customer service is really bad. I was told that parts will come in within a week and then a week became weekssss and NO ONE CALL to let us know. We have to call back to find out. When we called, they can't find my order and told me to bring my car back so that they can check on the parts numbers, which they should given that i was there the last time and they looked at my car. Upon my request, they checked again and then FOUND my records and told me that part would take a few MORE WEEKS!!!!!
Helpful - Dr. Mark C Nagy
The staff at Patrick's is very friendly. The service was exceptional as always and Shane did a great job. Grant showed great customer service talent assisting me with my cue system. Grant has leased me 3 Cadillacs since 2009 and he is the most caring and competent salesman I have met in any field.
The mechanics themselves seem skilled enough, and they... - chicar
The mechanics themselves seem skilled enough, and they have never tried to "invent" problems - but there's more than that to be a good service dealer in my opinion. The service consultants are generally condescending, especially but not limited to, women - as I've seen them talking to other people too. The pricing is very high, but you expect that from a dealer. They completely miss details, like replace my lug nut cover, then forgot (3 times) to order the replacement for the one they lost. They grossly exaggerate how soon your car will be done, like 45 minute oil changes take 1 hour and 20 minutes. They just plain act like they can't be bothered with customers. I think Service Consultants should be eliminated. If they can't treat the customers better than a mechanic would, then why have them at all?
