He was very patient, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. This was my first car shopping experience and he really took the time to explain my options and make sure I was comfortable navigating the process. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a vehicle! Gary Jaros in finance was also excellent!

Had a wonderful experience at Bredemann Toyota Park Ridge. From the start my wife and I were greeted and helped with our car decision. Our sales representative Paul Costouros guided us and never pressured us to a sale. We came out well informed about the car buying process and elated with out purchase of a 2017 Rav4 SE. The buying process was easy and clear every step of the way. Tran Nguyen our financial rep had us laughing and smoothed any bumps or any worries we might have had. I went in to buy my first car here yesterday, 9/12/2017 and have been in contact with Jeffrey Unland who was the person who sold me my new 2014 Toyota rav 4. Jeffrey was not only kind, he was patient, understanding and willing to go to any lengths to help me get exactly what I wanted. He listened to me and my concerns, answered my questions PERFECTLY, understood where I was coming from regarding my budget, and made sure that I was taken care of. I was dreading this process until I walked in and spoke to Jeffrey and he assured me that WE will figure it out. I will 100% refer anyone to speak and to work directly with Jeffrey Unland. I then went to the finance office where I met Mark Elgazzar. again, not to be repetitive, he was patient and kind and explained in detail what I needed to know and answered my questions thoroughly and effectively.

My last experience in a dealership was nine years ago and not very pleasant. Buying a car at St. Charles Toyota was 1000 times better. Very low pressure with knowledgeable staff who gave us a great price. I would definitely recommend buying here.

I brought my truck her for Toyotas free maintenance for 25,000 miles. They did 20.000 mile service which includes oil change. They have to remove brush guard to get oil filter replaced. They left oil filter loose leaking oil into brush guard and they lost one of the bolts and put a zip tie in to hold brush guard up on a new truck that had 2o,ooo miles.

They are liars, they will say anything for money. I went to service my Toyota Camry 2010 with 84000 miles car, all of the sudden it started to behave weirdly and caused some noise. With no other options let i have to go to a Toyota Dealer. They initially told it was a misfire and coil was bad and has to replace it and the cost was 625$, after 2 hours they called me back there is a problem with engine and they need to rip off engine and it would be around 1500$ to do that. Next day I called them and they told it would be 4000$ and yesterday they said it will be 6000$. I asked what is the real quotation, how much will it really for parts and service. The part is 900$ and service is 5000$. Even to get back the car as is condition they asked me like 2000$. When i asked if they are ready to take the car they said there is 2 accidents in your car history and we can take it only for 1500$ though i had only one. They said the first one had a serious issue with airbag deployed etc.. I bought the car for 15000$ from a trusted seller. I was shocked to hear that so i went in person. When i ask them to show the accident history, they weren't able to find the one, I was able to see only one accident history in it as expected. They refuse to give my car back in as is condition without paying money, they didn't reduce the money too. They said if i need to get the car as is I need to pay 2000$. I don't want to pay to another dealer another 4000$ to rip off the engine and fix it. I was cornered and put in this situation. After an hour talking they reduced and accept to pay for 4000$.
Please never go to this place.
