I brought my car for oil change last week. My experience was not good. Price was not honored as the coupon indicated, I asked for all filters to be checked. I received a text to go pay cashier, I had to wait for someone to tell me where to go, I paid and picked up the paper work , it said so many things need to be changed and fixed but we do not have the parts. Nothing about Filters. No one came to explain to me or even ask me if I want anything to be worked in. I told them that my car has a recall and please verify, nothing has been looked at. I was disappointed and figured this dealer does not want customers to come back. I sent text messages asking for the survey link so I can share with them, no response. BAD BAD Dealer at Orland Park Toyota.. I would have expected someone to explain to me after all, and also the recall is a serious thing no one said anything about it. Do not expect me to come back even though I have 2 cars made by Toyota .

I was given a very good quote on a Camry hybrid through the internet. As it stood, I was ready to purchase if they offered a fair number for my trade in. Two things came back sketchy when they showed me numbers. I was only offered 500 for my trade. Other dealerships were offering 1500. Secondly, there was $999 dollars in accessories added to the price they originally quoted. I had to attempt to walk away 3 times to get them to chip away at this. I held firm at what I was willing to pay and they eventually folded. I got 1500 for the trade and they dropped the 999 accessory charge.
