My '07 Malibu and '02 Envoy know this place well, We get great diagnostic service and repairs. They are almost always price-competitive with other shops and you get highly trained techs doing the work. I've never had to have any re-work done, it's always first-time final. All of the write-up people are super to work with and they are on the side of the customer. If you are looking for a car, Ayman really knows his stuff. In Service, Margie, Pete, Niko, Joe, and Jim are fantastic to work with. In finance, I always work with Premo... very helpful with extended warranties and financing.

I called Castle for my recall. The receptionist Chrisi answered the phone and my made my appointment. When I went in I was greeted by Marlex. He explained the procedure and point out some maintenance that I was missing. They gave me a loaner and I was happy that I got my car back the same day. Marlex was amazing. Going back for my next service.

It took over two hours for service on an oil change. When I went to the service area to inquire about my vehicle it was sitting in the service area parking lot ready to go but no one told me that it was ready. If I didn't go to inquire when I did my wait time would have been three hours. The service person M. Castillo was rude.

Kudos to Paul Smith in the Parts Department. I'm a former customer of Westphal Chevy having bought my first two Trucks from them. I moved away and live in Milwaukee now. MY 93 year old Father still lives in Aurora and lost the keys to his 2001 Buick Lasabre. I contacted Paul by phone and he stepped in and researched the key and fob that I needed, contacted the local Locksmith and sent the parts over to him and charged me over the phone. As I drove down from Milwuakee, Paul's magic was at work. By the time I arrived at the Locksmith, the parts had arrived and the researched codes were in the hands of the Locksmith. In no time at all, I was at my Father's house synching the new key. A half hour later, my Dad's car was working again and I was on my way back to Milwaukee. Although the drive was long, the result was great ! Thank you so much, Paul. I truly appreciate the great service !!

After a visit to the Apple Store last night to get a new phone battery installed, I discovered I was without any internet connection. It was VERY LATE at night and I drove to Jennings on the off-chance someone would be there. WONDERFUL Chris Hallenberg was just leaving work but stayed with me in my car until the phone was connected and everything was working properly! Talk about going above and beyond his job description! Give that guy a RAISE! He REALLY deserves it! Thank you, Chris.

From start to finish, my service was beyond excellent! My service advisor Jim was phenomenal and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. From the initial greeting to keeping me updated and going over all the details, I couldn't ask for better and was very satisfying for myself. I've had my vehicles serviced multiple times with Jim at Christensen Chevrolet and my expectations have been exceeded everytime. I have relatives that are employed with a different Chevrolet center but with the customer service I receive from the team at Christensen Chevrolet, there is zero reasons for me to look elsewhere. I highly recommend Jim and Christensen Chevrolet!

Homewood Chevy service staff are always so nice. Especially the shuttle staff. I often arrive with no appointment but bc I right down the street I leave my car there for the day. They are always so prompt to getting a shuttle ride for me as soon as they can usually waiting only 5-10 minutes. Always making sure to get me to work on time.

This company is an absolute joke! I took my car in with a check engine light on and they told me they could not fix the issue but charged me $150. When I called to complain they told me they would be glad to charge me another $150 to tell me nothing was wrong again . Still having the same issue as when I took car in the first time. I dealt with Tracy Walker who was a total xxx to my wife and I dealt with Robert Lang who was a total xxx to me. Very rude and disrespectful. I would NEVER use or recommend this dealership to anyone.

The service department of this dealership is a joke, I'm having my car towed from there after they have failed to fix the car properly for the third time.
Each time they have had it, they break something else in the process. I'm not sure if this is a scam to keep getting more $$$ or what, needless to say I'm removing my car from their facility to have it repaired and all they work they claimed to do on it inspected as the shoddy workmanship performed by this dealer can't be trusted.
Mark the service manager, and Paul the service advisor could care less about customer satisfaction, perhaps they will care when the real boss asks the what happened when they have to respond to a court summons.

I had my 2008 Saturn towed in on a Monday because it was experiencing what seemed to be a transmission issue. Later that day I got a call from Chris in Service advising that there were multiple warnings being issued and that it would likely cost in excess of what I was willing to spend to repair. I advised that I didn’t want to do the repairs but might be interested in purchasing a new vehicle and to have a salesman contact me with a possible trade-in allowance and to discuss my options for a new vehicle. By 7pm that day I hadn’t heard from any sales people so I called back and asked again to discuss my situation with a salesman. Fast forward to Thursday and I still hadn’t heard from anyone at the dealership so I called service to ask what I owed so I could pick up my car and have it turned over to a junk car dealer. I also mentioned that I still had not heard from a sales person but at that point it was too late as I had already made a deal to purchase a new 2018 vehicle elsewhere. I’d like to say that your dealership most likely lost a sale simply because nobody felt it was necessary to call me back. I am extremely disappointed in their customer service, or rather the lack of customer service that I received. I will not be returning to the dealership for my future service needs on my 2011 Camaro.
Poor service center - Bad experience
Bought a vehicle from here 3 months ago and we had to bring it in for service at least 5 times for different problems. It seems as if the vehicle was never inspected! As if they just wanted to make a sale or get this vehicle off the lot. This place is totally careless! The many of days we had to take off from work to waste our day arguing with the service department and they can’t even have the vehicle ready on the same day!! Ugh!!! They always have an excuse. Worst place ever!!
