Lombardi Chevy is a local dealership and when I was looking for a used car, I knew right where to go. I had a number in mind and knew what I could afford monthly and I ended up purchasing a 2007 Buick lacrosse and my payment ended up being lower than I had anticipated. By the time I got to the dealership all my paperwork was done and ready to go and all I had to do was sign and drive. It was simple, easy and hassle-free thanks to my salesman Jim. I have since come back for service on my vehicle and am very pleased with Ed the service manager who actually puts forth the effort to address every question or concern. I will only come to Lombardi Chevy. I support small business' and my community.

my 2019 chevy traverse had some issues with the lift gate automatic closer. I first spoke to Jeff who was very helpful, the next person I dealt with was Carl who was very accomadating. they gave me a loaner and resolved the problem . the cashier, the porters , and everyone involved were polite . I won"t hesitate to have future services done by Apple and to recommend them.

After shopping over the internet for well over a month we decided to give Smith a try as they are relatively close.We never left.We had planned to check out two other dealers in the area,but the price was in the ballpark and the atmosphere was pretty laid back.Lisa was a charmer and knew the vehicle she was selling. Overall a pretty low stress purchase.

Homewood Chevy service staff are always so nice. Especially the shuttle staff. I often arrive with no appointment but bc I right down the street I leave my car there for the day. They are always so prompt to getting a shuttle ride for me as soon as they can usually waiting only 5-10 minutes. Always making sure to get me to work on time.

This dealer is borderline racist I was asked for 4 identifications in order to even run my credit. Why because I'm Hispanic? Customer service is terrible.
