Chris went above and beyond to turn a really bad experience into an amazing one. I had bought my car just a year ago which I absolutely loved, and unfortunately it was hit and totaled. Just this past week , we purchased a certified Pre owned Honda Accord from the Honda Superstore of Joliet .
We couldn’t be more pleased and confident that we made the right decision when choosing our vehicle. We had spoken to many dealerships but decided to go with Honda superstore .
We arrived near closing time and we initially spoke to rohannna , and she was very nice and helpful in answering all of our questions. We returned in the morning to purchase the vehicle we were interested in .... Rohanna was not in that morning but we dealt with another salesperson named, Francisco. He was very nice as well , made us feel very comfortable , knowledgeable in answer to our questions, yet let us take our time deciding and was very patient with us .
We then met a sales manager named Hardy Patel . He came in to answer some more of our questions and provide extensive and detailed information regarding the vehicle and its certified inspection.
I have to give each of the employees we worked with , Rohanna , Francisco and Hardy a five star rating all around ! Not very happy. Finding more and more problems with the car I bought. Noticed a big crack in my windshield, someone replaced the tires but did not do the pressure sensorS, saving themselves (the dealership) $500 and screwing me. Doors dont seal right. Just very disappointed with the whole ordeal. clearly stuff I should’ve checked better but thought buying from a certified Honda dealer, I wouldn’t have these issues. Learned my lesson! funny now as my family shopping for two new cars and it won’t be done there! So much for a repeat business!!

Just astonishingly bad. Car dealerships always feel a bit shady but this one pulled a real bait and switch, on a formerly loyal customer no less. I always had the sense I was being misled and overcharged and most of my interactions felt a bit dishonest and uncomfortable, but the thin veneer of service they offer had me convinced I must be overly suspicious. Turns out, they were gaslighting me--this dealership really is that bad.
If you escape Community Honda without an issue then consider yourself very lucky. Stay away from this awful, awful dealership--there are many others in the Chicagoland area. Stay away from Nancy Applegate. Stay away from the manager Shannon Ingram.

I tried to purchase a car from this place recently and it is the worst experience ever. The dealer representative absolutely have little knowledge about their cars. When it comes to finicing it is a total disaster. Even if I liked their cars, I don't think it is wise to engage in any business with this place.

BEWARE: Not a reputable dealship. Once you leave the dealership they ignor any calls or emails where you may have issues. Beware especially of used Vehicles. They claim they are thoroughly inspected before sale. Which is a farce. I had several issues with a used Honda CRV, and am unable to get a response regarding them. Their philosophy is, ignor a problem long enough, and hopefully it will go away.
