I took my car into Bocker Service Center to get look at and fixed. They were very easy to get my car scheduled. Service Center crew was really nice and super communicative with me on what needed to be fixed and how much it would cost me. They also reached out to me before even fixing anything which i really was thankful for that. I am very happy took my car to Bocker Auto Group. Big Thank You to the whole Bocker Auto Group employees.

I work construction so getting a truck as a loaner would be beneficial. Also, I did not receive an inspection sheet showing condition of the vehicle and my fluids were not topped off as they claimed they would do. I'm almost positive the front end needs some adjustment but that seems to fall on deaf ears. It's terrible that a 23 year old kid can bust his xxx to buy a $58,000 truck and the service and benefits that's comes with the price tag is practically nonexistent.

My tire was low so I took it to Les Mack Chevrolet Buick because that is where I get my service work done. They checked the tire and found that the belts were bad on the tire. I worked with Tad the parts manager who I purchased my tires from and he actually worked with the manufacturer of the tire brand to get some of the cost paid to buy a new tire replacement which I was very impressed with! Also I recieved an alignment with the tire purchase and Tad took the time to explain to me why an alignment is so important since if the alignment is off by a small amount it could cause my tires to wear much faster thus forcing me to buy tires sooner. I am glad that Les Mack Chevrolet Buick service staff really looks out for my vehicle and they explain things in a simple manner that is easy to understand.

I stopped in to Stephen Motors in Monticello,Iowa because my check engine light came on. My 2010 Impala was bought used and not at this dealership. I was very impressed with the prompt and courteous service. Much to my surprise my service was covered under warranty.I will definitely consider them for my future service and auto needs. It was a pleasure to deal with Stephen Motors.
