My name is Joe with NMotion Transportation. My appointment time was at 9am in the morning. I got to Kayser at 9:02am I was told to wait for the representative to assist me. After 37 minutes of me and my 11 year older daughter that I had waiting with me which I had to get to class, I decided that was to long and I had to get her to school and me back to my office for a meeting, in which I was now running late for. I instructed one of the other representatives to just have the guy call me when he was no longer busy. After a few hours he contacted me with the over priced quote, should I mention. I decided to go with the service thinking it would be convenient, considering the time I would save by not taking it to a different mechanic. “I was wrong” I was told my truck would be finished by Monday. Well, I got a call Monday saying that the part had malfunctioned and they had to order a new one and it would not be ready until the next day. Now here we are Tuesday, I just got off the phone with the same representative telling me that the part did not come in today, and maybe it will arrive tomorrow. Now in their defense they did give me a free rental while they have my truck. My business is my truck, I explained to him that everyday that they have my truck I’m loosing $700-$800 dollars. He than told me well we gave you a free rental. DID HE MISS THE POINT WHERE I SAID I USE MY TRUCK TO HAUL THINGS... I would understand if they gave me a truck rental to replace the truck I have so I can still make a living.. I’m so irritated

3 weeks ago come Monday. Went to Manley’s Belvidere Ford Lincoln Monday after work cause I saw online a 2020 Ford Fusion SE with 5000 miles for sale. Vehicle was actually at a sister lot but Jacob the salesman I was working with sat down and said let’s see what we can work out.
It was nice for the mere fact that he wasn’t trying to steer me away from looking at other cars when I came in for a specific kind. I’ve always wanted a Ford Fusion and I did my research before going. Jacob asked me did I ever think of getting a new one my response was I won’t be able to be the last of credit and some other factors.
There was a 2020 Ford Fusion with 13 miles that he pulled aside and told me to go take it for a drive.
I came back and was like this is the one so with the hard work Jacob and Hannah did wonders cause I was approved. Dillion I believe I spelt that correctly helped me through the paper working signing process. I went home with a brand new car.
Couple days later I came back to the service department and Janet the service advisor that I spoke to took care of getting my vehicle in for the package to be applied and getting me the loaner for the day.
All in all I had a great experience at Manleys Belvidere Ford Lincoln being a first time car buyer. Keep up the awesome work.

I could not be more pleased or impressed with this dealership! Patrick Gollhofer was very prompt in answering my inquiry and subsequent questions concerning the used 2015 Chevy Express 3500 12-passenger van I was interested in. We made an appointment for a test drive on the same day. Patrick had the van completely prepped and ready for us when we arrived. I had done my research before arriving, so I knew the price was fair, I knew the service history on it and that the van had never been in an accident. But Patrick also had that information ready and went over it with me. Along with a complete "once over" and detailing, Deery had put four brand new tires on the van as well as new brakes. To my surprise, Patrick also went over the 6-month warranty with me. I had never heard of more than a 30-day warranty on a used vehicle. We walked in the door shortly after 4:00 p.m. and were on the road with the van before 5:30! Granted that we did not have a trade and we paid cash, but it was still a very quick and smooth transaction with no pressure! I can honestly say that Patrick, and Deery, seem to care about their customers.

We've been taking our 2009 Honda CRV to Fairway Ford Lincoln Service Department, Freeport, Illinois for the past 7 years, for oil changes and regular maintenance. Their Service Department consistently gives excellent service, along with very fair prices. Most recently we had the Honda in for an oil change and to check out a rattling noise coming from beneath the car. This team thoroughly investigated and found the heat shield was making the sound and needed to be replaced. Problem solved. Thank you to Jordan, Brandon and Patrick for your good service and willingness to accommodate our schedule.

We just had a very expensive ceramic coating/self healing system put on our car by an awesome company. We got it back looking gorgeous and took it to have an oil change and tire rotation at Greenway. We got it back with a big gouge in the hood!!! It looks like someone closed the hood with a tool in their hand! We have pictures of right before we took it there, and after so there's no mistaking that this was done on their watch! It is literally through the ceramic coating, through the paint!!! My husband called there and they said "huh, that sucks". No apology, no offer to fix it, nothing!! I will NEVER take another vehicle to Greenway again, and I will make sure everyone I know is aware of this situation!!

Long story short, my wife wanted a a ford edge and i wanted it to be a specific year based on reliability reasons. Within a week I spoke to 3 different dealerships as each had the ford edge in the year i was looking for. Each time the car supposedly sold right before i made it to the dealers to purchase. The last straw was the third time. I wasn't sure if they were all telling the truth or trying to bait and switch to up sell me something else. The last dealer this happened with was Buss Ford. However, Ray Silvey at Buss Ford let me know that a former customer expressed potential interest in the same vehicle earlier in the day. Being that she expressed a potential interest, technically before i did, and was a former customer they let her test drive and take the car for the night to see if she would like it. As my luck would go, she bought it. I was quit annoyed, and disappointed to say the least. Especially since this seemed to keep happening to me. Unbeknownst to me, Ray Silvey, whom had been helping me at Buss Ford went searching for a ford edge in the year i wanted but also for similar suv's as the ford edge. I wasn't interested in any and was dead set on the ford edge. Then Ray called me and was adamant i had to come in and look at a gmc acadia he found. I reluctantly did go and look at it and ended up taking him up on his offer to take it for the night to see what my wife and kids thought. This ended up being the best decision I could have made! My wife loved it, my kids fell in love with it, and it grew on me, all in one night! We went the next day and bought it! Ray went above and beyond what i expected out of any sales person. Heck none of the other dealers ever even called me back after selling their ford edges. If it wasn't for Ray we would have never bought a GMC Acadia, which is way better than the ford edge! Ray was fantastic as well as Buss Fords service! There was a minor issue that popped up on the vehicle the next day. When I brought it to Rays attention, He and Buss Ford took care of it with no questions asked. Very impressive service! This is important because i have heard horror stories of people buying a car from a dealer only to have a problem shortly after and the dealer doesn't care because its your car now. I have always hated going to car dealerships and dealing with the sales people. Because of this i tend to purchase all my vehicles privately, not anymore. All my future vehicle purchases will most likely all be with Buss Ford. It truly does feel like once you purchase a vehicle from them you are part of the family and they will take care of you for life. Great place, great employees, great service. Cant go wrong here! Purchase with piece of mind!
Poor communication, attention to detail, - Unsatisfied!
One of many examples! Went for a test drive with service manager, he verified the complaint on the truck, scheduled follow-up appointment to get it fixed on Friday. Called Friday evening to check status on my truck sorry we never got to look at it the appointment was at 9:30 AM! Been dealing with this dealership for six months trying to get my truck fixed!
