I do not like the Sales Manger or the Business Manager and will most likely never buy another vehicle from them but I do really like their Service Dept.!

Believe it or not this is my 3rd SUV. I have driven Pontiac’s & Fords in the past. This is why I decided to purchase this Equinox to try it out past few years ago and So far I love it, I had front wheel drive SUV for few years and I finally found what I wanted. They insisted on a 4 cyl. with AWD so it does handle great and is comfortable with heated seats in winter time. I am tall so having the extra leg room in the back seat is great when needed. Also, like the good size cargo area. I think we all agree this was a good choice for the price. All Staff members are very friendly and I would recommend Rebbec’s Motor Company to anyone that is looking for a great vehicle at a great price!

Every time I go to miles for service on my vehicle, everyone is very friendly. The wait time is very short and I like to visit with Steven the finance guy. He always makes me laugh and makes me feel welcome at the dealership. my extended warranty pays for everything so I’m glad I got it

Worthless warranty - worthless warranty
My 3500 HD Duramax was just about to go into limp mode and limit me to 35 MPH. Mills was the closest dealer. Got in and they got right on the diagnosis, failed DEF tank. NOT IN STOCK. Said they could have the parts Monday and this was Sat.
I had to rent a Dodge and get home as they didn't have a loaner. This repair was covered under the extended coverage so NO cost to me. Well not quite. A week later $500 poorer for the Dodge rental I headed back. This is a 12 hour round trip.
The service advisor said hold up. During final testing the fan shroud sucked into the radiator and did $1200 in damage.
Mills said it was not put back together correctly so the damage is on longboine Chevrolet that did the last repair just 500 miles into the 12month 12K mile earlier.
Mills would not release my vehicle without paying. So I did then went back to Longbine. They said they did not have the shroud apart and the repair goes back to the previous dealer that had the cab off.
Took my info to them and they said Longbine couldn't make the repair without having the shroud apart.
I went back to Longbine and the mechanic said now that he did have the cab off.
I called Chevrolet customer service. 4 months in and all three dealers are blaming each other but agree that it's nothing I did and should not have failed if properly reinstalled.
Chevrolet customer service says they can't do anything even though they say the warranty is on Chevrolet. BS, if I had a dime for every time CSS people said I'm sorry i could have paid the bill.
This is complete BS.
I have bought over 35 vehicles from Chevrolet since 1996 and this is the way they treat customers.

They fail to return calls and blow you off when they should call to schedule. I was supposed to have hail damage repaired. They are obviously incapable of handling what should be a simple service issue.

I bought an Equinox from Yemm because I heard nothing but good things about them and I have owned GM cars all my life. I have had the car in the shop twice since I bought it 6 months ago. The battery went dead after only 2 months. I found the oil low two weeks after having it changed there. I was just told that I will need new tires on my next oil change. I was promised 3 free oil changes and they wanted to charge me both times I went there. So far the service I got at Yemm has not impressed me. I will never buy another car from them

I bought a clean used truck only to drive it for two days to find all the lug nuts loose and one wheel stud broken. I took it back and it took three days for them to fix I drive it one day and rechecked the lug it torque to find two wheel studs stripped out.
