Miles Chevrolet may be the best dealership experience I have ever had! This is on top of bad experiences and sleezy salespeople.
John Stadler is THE BEST sales rep ever and was extremely helpful. I live out of state (4+ hours) and John filled every request I had including sending vehicle history, taking LOTS of additional images, bringing the vehicle to a local shop for evaluation and helped arrange everything so I was in and out in a short time.
The entire staff is really customer orientated, transparent and never did I feel like I was being taken advantage of or felt as though John only wanted to make the sale. The used car manager even came to introduce himself while I was waiting for the finance manager, Steve Ground who could have had a second career in radio. He was extremely helpful and again, transparent with the financing. More importantly he was never pushy with add-ons, just explained my options thoroughly to help me make the right decision.
I would 100% purchase a vehicle from Miles and, I 100% recommend using John Sadler as your sales rep if you are looking for a sales person that is organized, has good follow up and is extremely helpful.
Bonus - Because I came to purchase the vehicle by myself, I decided to rent a Uhaul to tow the other vehicle I drove down there home. I picked up the Uhaul and John, Jason Knecht (not even involved in the sale) and some other staff members, helped me load the other vehicle safely. I cannot express my gratitude for all of the help from Miles Chevrolet that day. I know who I will be calling if I need another vehicle.
**I only gave 4 stars for quality of work as the detail staff needs to up their game on the interior vehicle detailing. I did point out a few areas that needed to be gone over again, and John quickly got the vehicle back over to be re-detailed. However when I got the vehicle home, I needed to spend time to get the interior from 90% to 100%. Exterior looked fabulous and I would rate at 100%.**

Was in the market for a Challenger and Jim Fike couldn’t have been more helpful or patient helping me find the perfect one. The one I had my eye on was in the process of getting purchased by another couple, but even as I was headed home he had found other options of sisters stores and was texting me times to get them to the Bloomington store and go test drive them.
The other couple ended up backing out and he called me right away to come check it out, and I ended up taking it home the same day. The whole team was friendly, professional, and explained the process to me - which my first experience buying off a lot very quick and easy.
10/10 would recommend, both my boyfriend and I have bought from Jim at Leman’s Chevy City and I can’t imagine going anywhere else for our next cars.

I took my car there to have it serviced. My car had died onthe side of the road and had to be towed there. I called them and explained the problem before I had it brought to them. I informed them that the car was giving me the warning "Check charging System". I also told them that it was a Ford Explorer. He told me to bring it over and they would check it out. The test the alternator and say that it is fine. The test the battery and say that it needs to be replaced. They replaced the battery and charge me $98.20. As soon as I start my car to drive away....the battery light comes on and the car tells me to "check charging system". I go back inside and inform the service manager. He tells me that it is "not his problem" and that they don't work on Fords. When I asked him why he didn't tell me that when I called, he laughed at me. He said "hey...you are the one that brought it here." I tried to talk to him but he continued to berate me in front of his staff, customers and my daughter. I will NEVER go back! When I asked him if he was the owner he said.."I'm the owner's son-in-law".

I recently bought a used Honda Accord from Vermillion. I was looking for a very specific car/color/engine configuration with low miles, etc and Vermillion had it. The trick was that I am in New York – about 800 miles away.
I started the conversation about this used vehicle as well as the value of my trade via email/pictures/documentation. Kneeill at Vermillion was great and supplied any and all information that I requested. We put together a deal via email in such a way that I decided to take a chance. I actually drove out to the dealership, did the deal and have my new (used) car. Here’s the takeaways: Everyone at the dealership was courteous and professional, especially Kneeill who has an exceptional positive attitude. All my expectations were met, any and all questions answered. The car was freshly detailed and exactly as described. I believe the team at Vermillion to be up-front, detail focused and customer oriented. I would recommend this dealership.
