Don went to work and got deal done on a late Friday afternoon prior to Christmas on Tuesday and we picked truck up on Saturday. HE made the deal work. My son was totally surprised. Bought it used,except a few things but this is ridiculous. The dealer replaced 2 shocks under warranty., but they never aligned it and now i have 2 cupped tires.So far its been the main window switch.That was going to be 300.dollars after owning it 2 mths. The back wiper dosnt work.I had to replace the battery, it went dead. Now off to get an alignment and 2 new tires.Lost the light on dash for speedometer. Never will i ever buy a used car from them again.Everythings all good till after the sale.😞

Bought truck with vibration - pissed off
I found the used truck I had been looking for and the price was right. Made the deal with my trade. Came back the next day to finalize the deal and take delivery. I traded an F250 for an F150. The F250 had D plates and the F150 only needs B plates....when we sat down to do the paperwork, they had transferred my plates instead of ordering new ones and got bent out of shape when I asked him to get me the B plates that my new truck needed. The truck I bought had a slight vibration when I test drove it and I mentioned that to the salesman, he said it sat for awhile and may have some flat spots on the tires and it should smooth out in 100 miles or so. The truck came with 1000 mile 50/50 warranty from the dealer. I purchased an extended warranty as well. I put 900 miles on the truck and took it to the dealer with the vibration I had mentioned to the salesman, I got there after the service department had closed, so I asked the on duty manager to go for a drive with me so he could experience the vibration and explain it to the service department in the morning. He just looked at me and said...do I look like a mechanic? OK...so my salesman says I'll go with you....he felt the vibration and wrote of the shop ticket. Next day, I call to check on it, service department tells me, there is no vibration, nothing wrong,....no, talk to so and so salesman he felt it....service guy says he is putting his "top tech" on it.....Next day I call in to check on it, I am then told the top tech has a truck identical to mine and this is just what you have to expect. Umm no. I called Ford corporate, they give me a bunch of info and suggest I contact top management/owner of the dealership. I research it and find there is a second dealership. I call them and explain my issue, and am promised a response. The next day I get a call from the service manager. He tells me he drove my truck and there is definitely a problem, long story short, they have had my truck now for 2 weeks and so far have completely rebuilt the front differential and have a new rear driveshaft ordered. I have been told this will all be no cost to me at all and will not be charged to my extended warranty. Only issue now is they will have my truck for another week waiting on the rest of the parts to come in. To sum it up, I have been treated like an idiot, spoken to rudely, and simply ignored. I have also been spoken to very sincerely, cordially and respectfully. They are making it right, but not without a lot of hassle. I would be very careful going to this dealership especially if your not a little mechanically inclined and/or very persistent. Best of luck to you.
Service ENDS at the Sale. - bigryan76
Purchasing my used vehicle was relatively pain free - until I needed to use the extended warranty the dealership sold me. I showed up the morning my repair was scheduled and immediately my experience turned negative by the complete lack of organization by the service department (but this was the least of my concerns). I had a major issue with the extended warranty and requested to speak with someone about it. Oddly enough, during normal business hours, there was nobody in the dealership who could answer any questions about it.
I left a message to have a general manager or owner return my call (this was 9/20).
On 9/24, I called and nobody was available to answer my questions. I asked for a return call.
On 10/8, I called and finally spoke to the "Finance Manager". He was going to speak to the owner and call me back.
On 10/9, I called the "Finance Manager" back. I was told he was waiting on the owner and the warranty rep to make a decision and he would know by 10/15 and call back.
On 10/19, I called - voicemail. I left a message.
On 10/25, I called - voicemail again. I left another message.
10/26, I called and spoke with the "Finance Manager". I was told he was going to email the warranty rep and call tomorrow "no matter what".
10/27 - Hallelujah, after almost SIX WEEKS I finally receive a call.
During this call I simply receive a synthetic apology told they are not even going to attempt to provide a resolution.
Please think twice before doing business with this dealership.

I took my car in to get the breaks fixed...I mean completely fixed. They kept my car all day to fix it. I figured, Ok, they needed the time to work on it and when I get it back there will be no problem. 2 Days later I take it back cuz it's STILL not fixed.
They keep my car from 10am to 4:30pm. And it's still not fixed!! I still need calipers when I asked them to FIX the break issues. Plus during that whole time I had also asked them to check out my evac system and to give me a call on what was wrong because my check engine light was on. No phone call. So I call around 1pm to find out if they had found anything... and come to find out they still hadn't even looked at my car. Next thing I know, my car gets dropped off at my house at 4:30 and by the time I get outside to ask what the results were...They were already down the road and gone. So I called the shop... They were gone for the day.
I asked my dad to call them and find out what they had even done to my car because I work all week and can not be without my car for a day again.. and they tell him that all they did was replace my break line!
Obviously they think I am a stupid female that they can ignor.
