Great customer service - Kurt&Katrina
I have purchased 4 vehicles from here and always feel that I am getting a good and reliable vehicle. I have had a couple of issues and each time they take very good care of us and always make it right. They know what good customer service is.
Exactly what I asked for! - Matt
I took my truck here for an oil change. I knew there were a few other problems with it but didn't want the whole "you need this & that" speech. I booked online and said Oil change and NOTHING ELSE as I am aware of the problems. Finally a dealership that honors my wishes as a customer. I got the oil change and was in and out. They went ahead and listed a few known issues on my receipt but did not waste my time with the whole song and dance. I couldn't be happier. Thanks!! The whole staff was great to deal with.
Caution Professional at Work - Steve Cox
Great service over and over again. Great sales staff that took time understand my needs. When it came to the finance office they did a wonderful job of explaining all of the paperwork. Friendly patient and energetic from top to bottom.
Great customer service! - kkm
McCarthy Morse Chevrolet has given me courteous, informative and great service from the purchase of my car and through 2 years of servicing it. I have been kept informed of what services my car needs and what I should expect for the next servicing. I have full trust and confidence that my car is being well taken care of. Angela Parker follows up my visits with wanting to know if all went well and how I was treated. The care and concern at McCarthy Morse Chevrolet lets me know my car is maintained at the best level.
Professional and Courteous - wratcliff12

Fantastic!! - CadillacFan
I purchased my 2014 Cadillac XTS on 12/23/2017. It only had 3,750 miles on it when I drove it off the lot. (You read that right, 3,750 miles) I love it! It was a great buy. The car let me know as well as an email that I needed the oil changed recently. I set up an appointment with Malik Yousif for the oil change and loaner car. When I returned, the car was ready, it was clean and vacuumed out. The "stuff" I had in the back seat floor was neatly put in a box for me. It was very nice of them to do that. I'm a Realtor, so this car is my office.
Diana Freerksen saw me when I returned and came out to see how things are going. When the time comes for me to purchase another car, I will definitely contact Diana, and I will only come to Van Cadillac to have my car (and other cars in my "fleet" ) serviced. I am EXTREMELY SATISFIED!!!
Awesome Customer Service - D1Lockhart
As a single mom it’s hard to find time, not to mention money to get things done on my car but with the folks at McCarthy Chevrolet in Lee’s Summit it never seems to be an issue . I would highly suggest anyone who needs service on thier vehicle to stop by and ask for service rep. Dillon Hoffmann. Dillon is all about helping the customer to make sure things get done right and if there’s an issue he’ll help find a way to resolve it. Its this type of customer care and service that keeps me going back even for a simples oil change, despite me living an hour away. There are two McCarthy dealerships that are much closer to my house (and I’m sure they’re great) but when you know what it means to have quality service and quality customer service it’s well worth the time and drive to ensure your taken care of. I would like to add that as a woman I am especially appreciative to be able to walk in and state my concerns & ask questions knowing that I am being heard and not have someone talk down to me or patronize me. Thanks Dillon for always making every experience a great experience!

I want to say Thank you to Adam Perez. Your patience with walking me through how the sound systems are linked to my phone and car wil not be forgotten!
Although you were not my salesman you still made me feel like a valuable customer.
I am in management myself and I will always value customer service no matter what.
Keep up the good work and may you have a great quarter in sales !
Service - moskvig
McCarthy is always gives me great service. Shawn in service is the best by far. He is always accommodating and very detailed on what I needs done on all of my vehicles. I always know before I leave on what I would need done on the next service and how much time needed. This makes great for me so I can plan my day and also how much it will cost. I will always recommend McCarthy to everybody
Service Department - Slow - Bea6434
The service department is extremely slow. I took my truck into have an oil change, tires rotated, and front end alignment. After 3 hours of waiting, they had not even started the the front end alignment.
When I spoke with the Service manager, he went back to find out what happened and acknowledged it was slow, but only wanted me to go back and look at my tires. As though my tires caused them to take 3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation.
Won't be back
Day 3 for a water pump - Stranded
Scheduled Monday to bring in my equinox to have a water pump replaced. I.was told that the part was in stock and it would be done by 3 o’clock that day. It is now Wednesday at 1:45 PM and my car is still not ready. My Two-year-old is in the NICU at the hospital and I have no vehicle. The Service representative won’t return phone calls, answer calls when paged and takes the longest lunch break I’ve ever seen. No offer of any kind solutions or accommodations. Just excuses. When I called and complained they told me if it wasn’t done Tuesday they would give me a loaner. Really? How am I supposed to get it? Tried to pay in advance and couldn’t get the service rep to do it. Just more excuses when I could get him on the phone. Worst service I have ever experienced. On top of all this I had to pay $300.00 to be treated this way. Don’t waste your time, there are better places to take your car to.
Unscrupulous business practices - BStan
This is the worst service department that I have ever experienced at a GM dealership. I took my car in for a oil change and the oil change was not done. The charged me $54 dollars for a service that was not done to the vehicle. When I took the car back they claimed that they did the service when the original oil filter was still on the the car and the oil was very dark in color. Do not go to this dealership they are con artists.
Hendrick is the best dealership in the midwest!! - Misty RN
Words cannot express my deep gratitude to Bernie Smith and Jason Murray for their wonderful kindness and deep understanding of my unfortunate situation I had with my 2008 Chevrolet Avalanche. Both of these fine gentlemen are the true definition of customer service. They listen to the customer and respond compassionately. I am forever grateful for these wonderful men and dealership and will continue to do business with them as long as I live in this area! A 5 star rating is not high enough in my book! Keep up the amazing work!!! :-)
This dealership service Department does not back the... - PeevedinKC
This dealership service Department does not back the products or service they provide. They installed very expensive highend Goodyear tires on our Ford Lightning Truck in 8/2010 (14000 miles ago). They charged full price for a tire made in 2004, 2006 and 2 from 2008. In November 2012 the 2004 tire went flat and was unfixable due to it splitting inside (old tire). Thoroughbred ford just sent us off to Goodyear to get a small credit from Goodyear, but no conessions what so ever from Thoroughbred for putting such old tires on our truck without telling us. We had to deal with Goodyear even though we bought tires from Thoroughbred. They wouldnt even put tire on without charging us. It was too bad sucker. This is second bad experience. Will not ever go here again nor will anyone we know. Who wants to buy a car at a dealership that has a service department like this. That do not care about customer satisfaction. Other reputable dealerships and tire dealers do not put tires on vehicles if the tire is over 2 years old. The KC Stareven had an article about this in todays paper in Automotive. Oh and by the way it took 3 weeks to even get the one new tire with the credit (1/3 off new price).
