I have purchased 4 vehicles from here and always feel that I am getting a good and reliable vehicle. I have had a couple of issues and each time they take very good care of us and always make it right. They know what good customer service is.
All is well with Cadillac - Hellyes
Wife's 13CTS was shuttering on sharp turns,, I called it bunny hop,, I googled it an there were several threads bout it,, see said you had to threaten ,, cuss,, fist fight with yur dealership to get anything done !! My dealership is Cable-Dahmer Buick GMC Cadillac on Noland rd in Independence Mo.. was not looking forward to the visit but Jaren,, service guy wanted to take car for drive an see what it was I was describing.. it did it as soon as we left the bldg.. he recognized it an seen it had done it 4-5 times just on the lot. Left it with them (drove away in new Cadillac loaner.. Jaren kept in contact with wife letting her know it needed repairs-- replaced sum clutches,, an changed out sum oil. I'm not a motorhead guessing frt end transmission fluid..got it back day after the 4th,, all is well. No noise .. no shutter ..no bunny hop .. no stress!!!! No charge. Was a Cadillac certified vehicle. Unbelievable,, was so happy an pleased with how it was all handled I can't say enough bout this. I had bought a new truck frm then in 14 an have had no issues ever with them. But was nervous bout this. After reading threads on computer bout dealerships not wanting to fix problem.. Just left dealership letting them know how much I appreciated the way they handled this. Not my style to drive up there an do it or to type all this in,, but dam sure wanted to let em know how I felt. Class act. Very easy!!!!!

I took my car in for service in January. Scott was very courteous and the service was very efficient. I waited for the work to be done and was pleased in how efficiently the work was completed.
Check your car after service - Wyandot
Their car wash put a gouge in the back bumper which they are going to fix, but it is an inconvenience for me. Nothing on the receipt notates they changed the Passenger Compartment air filter which is on the maintenance schedule for this visit. Also, I would expect them to check the air pressure in the tires when they rotate them. This wasn't done either.

This dealership service Department does not back the products or service they provide. They installed very expensive highend Goodyear tires on our Ford Lightning Truck in 8/2010 (14000 miles ago). They charged full price for a tire made in 2004, 2006 and 2 from 2008. In November 2012 the 2004 tire went flat and was unfixable due to it splitting inside (old tire). Thoroughbred ford just sent us off to Goodyear to get a small credit from Goodyear, but no conessions what so ever from Thoroughbred for putting such old tires on our truck without telling us. We had to deal with Goodyear even though we bought tires from Thoroughbred. They wouldnt even put tire on without charging us. It was too bad sucker. This is second bad experience. Will not ever go here again nor will anyone we know. Who wants to buy a car at a dealership that has a service department like this. That do not care about customer satisfaction. Other reputable dealerships and tire dealers do not put tires on vehicles if the tire is over 2 years old. The KC Stareven had an article about this in todays paper in Automotive. Oh and by the way it took 3 weeks to even get the one new tire with the credit (1/3 off new price).
