All I can say is that Steve May is a wonderful service center representative. He let me know as soon as they found out the problem my 2013 Ford Fusion. He made arrangements for me to have a loaner for the duration of the repair. He also took the initiative to order the recall part that I had totally forgotten about. Steve also went above and beyond by working with the extended warranty folks to get me my refund on the tow truck. Auto Body Experience - 2014TC
I was very pleased with the auto body experience I had recently. I called American Family Insurance on Friday about 10 am after hitting a deer about 9:00 the previous evening. They contacted Pettijohn, who called me within 30 minutes to arrange towing my van to their service area. By 2:30 that afternoon, I received a call from Kayla with an estimate of the damage and asked if I wanted them to fix it. I said yes and she said that she could now order parts. She told me it would take about 9 days to complete repairs. I told her that I would need a loaner car because my husband had a doctor appointment in the city on Tuesday. She said that she would have a car ready by Monday and she did. We had a flat tire while driving and had it repaired. I called on the 8th day and Kayla said it was ready to pick up. We went to get our car and looked it over. It looked great! We went in and paid the bill and gave Kayla the bill for fixing the tire and she took it off of our total bill. We were very pleased with the fast service and friendly actions of Kayla and the service personnel.

Traveled 2 hours to this dealership to look at trading into an F-250. Explained to them the issues I had with another dealership undercutting the value of my vehicle (by $6,000 by saying it was clean and offering me rough trade) at first at $12,500 and after using NADA offering me rough value of $15,500. Both Michael and Tim said my trade was clean both before and after their test drive. We looked into financing through them due to my bank being closed at the time of my arrival but found most other lenders to be closed at that time as well. I was told they would see what they could do and get a hold of me by 10AM the following day Monday (Dec 31) to discuss trade value (REMEMBER THIS)
I recieved no call at 10AM. I emailed Mikael at 12PM asking if he had heard anything from any of their banks, but recieved no answer. I followed up at 1 and finally 2 which I talked to Tim who explained that they were waiting on one other bank to reply and that I should hear back by 2:30PM. At 5PM I recieved a call from Mikael explaining that they were having trouble finding a bank to finance through due to my negative equity. Mikael explained that my trade value was $14,000 (once again under rough trade value). I reminded Mikael that I was already preapproved through Advancial Bank and that that didn't matter because I wasn't trading in my truck for under what it was worth. Mikael told me that "everyone has their opinions as to what it's worth and the internet isnt always accurate" and that "you gotta give what you can and still be able to profit". Mikael also had the nerve to tell me that they thought my the bank my preapproved loan was through was a scam because they had never heard of it.
I will not return nor will/would I recommend this dealership to anyone. See pictures in comments.

We drove from Topeka to Matt Ford in Buckner to look at a used truck they had listed online. The condition in person was even better than the pictures could even show. My wife had talked with Ty on the phone and he guaranteed if we drove from Topeka to see the truck it would still be there we had first shot at it. The truck was in great condition and priced fairly. Our experience with Ty and with Fred was stress free and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend the dealership and both of them to anyone.

Each time I walked into the Aderson Ford dealership in St. Joe it took more than 10 minutes for someone to finally help me. My car salesman was a lot of help while I was in the process of buying my truck but now that I've got it you can tell they don't care about me or my business anymore. I've called in 3 times with questions about my truck and each time I've yet to get to talk to anyone. I love my truck, but this dealers Customer Service needs work. Definitely frustrated
Trouble with front wheel bearings - Joe Q. Public
Took my Ranger in for complete brake service front and rear. Just took the truck to another mechanic for other work who said the wheel bearings were not properly torqued and are loose. Also the brake fluid is dark brown and should have been flushed, Shawnee Ford never mentioned it.
$570 for new brakes and front wheel bearings repacked. Not done properly.
Will not be back.
Huge Mistake - school nickname
Huge mistake was made when we took my Ford Escape in for routine oil change. They forgot to take the old oil out and put 5 quarts of new oil on top of it and sent us on our way. Down the road the car began to smoke and sputter so we turned around and got back to dealership where they discovered the mistake-but only after taking the plug out and watching all the oil pour out. The did redo oil change, and change out spark plugs but still charged us for original oil change. They were apologetic however this could have been a major issue and could have also refunded us our money. We have reached out the dealership but no response - in fact they did not even send us the customary survey they send out after every visit. HMMMM wonder why.......

I bought our Mustang off Autotrader and had to drive 8 hours to pick it up. Hope at Dave Littleton Ford made it one of the easiest transactions I've ever made. She was upfront about any issues the car had, gave me the entire history of the vehicle and was prepared when I arrived. She was also there to explain how various things worked and help transfer my Sirius Radio contract. When they discovered a minor issue during inspection, she immediately called me, explained what it was, how it was fixed and even told me that if there was any issues in the future they would pay my local Ford dealer to address it. I got the car I wanted and worked with some great folks doing it.
