My car had problems starting on a Friday afternoon about 130. I called the dealership and asked when they could look at it. They said probably not until Tuesday, but I asked to drop it off anyway. They had examined and diagnosed my car and replaced my battery within an hour and a half. I had the car back the same day!

I was very pleased with the auto body experience I had recently. I called American Family Insurance on Friday about 10 am after hitting a deer about 9:00 the previous evening. They contacted Pettijohn, who called me within 30 minutes to arrange towing my van to their service area. By 2:30 that afternoon, I received a call from Kayla with an estimate of the damage and asked if I wanted them to fix it. I said yes and she said that she could now order parts. She told me it would take about 9 days to complete repairs. I told her that I would need a loaner car because my husband had a doctor appointment in the city on Tuesday. She said that she would have a car ready by Monday and she did. We had a flat tire while driving and had it repaired. I called on the 8th day and Kayla said it was ready to pick up. We went to get our car and looked it over. It looked great! We went in and paid the bill and gave Kayla the bill for fixing the tire and she took it off of our total bill. We were very pleased with the fast service and friendly actions of Kayla and the service personnel.

Probably Our Best Car Buying Experience Ever - ScottA
We drove from Topeka to Matt Ford in Buckner to look at a used truck they had listed online. The condition in person was even better than the pictures could even show. My wife had talked with Ty on the phone and he guaranteed if we drove from Topeka to see the truck it would still be there we had first shot at it. The truck was in great condition and priced fairly. Our experience with Ty and with Fred was stress free and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend the dealership and both of them to anyone.

Each time I walked into the Aderson Ford dealership in St. Joe it took more than 10 minutes for someone to finally help me. My car salesman was a lot of help while I was in the process of buying my truck but now that I've got it you can tell they don't care about me or my business anymore. I've called in 3 times with questions about my truck and each time I've yet to get to talk to anyone. I love my truck, but this dealers Customer Service needs work. Definitely frustrated
Trouble with front wheel bearings - Joe Q. Public
Took my Ranger in for complete brake service front and rear. Just took the truck to another mechanic for other work who said the wheel bearings were not properly torqued and are loose. Also the brake fluid is dark brown and should have been flushed, Shawnee Ford never mentioned it.
$570 for new brakes and front wheel bearings repacked. Not done properly.
Will not be back.

I bought our Mustang off Autotrader and had to drive 8 hours to pick it up. Hope at Dave Littleton Ford made it one of the easiest transactions I've ever made. She was upfront about any issues the car had, gave me the entire history of the vehicle and was prepared when I arrived. She was also there to explain how various things worked and help transfer my Sirius Radio contract. When they discovered a minor issue during inspection, she immediately called me, explained what it was, how it was fixed and even told me that if there was any issues in the future they would pay my local Ford dealer to address it. I got the car I wanted and worked with some great folks doing it.

5 months ago we bought two vehicles from dick smith ford in ray town. They totaled a little over 30,000. The day after we left we were called back in the finance guy we worked with did our paperwork incorrectly and charged us the wrong rates, amount etc... to the point he was fired. Within a week of leaving the lot the 2014 town and country I bought made a loud noise while I was driving it. A side piece has flew off the passenger window and hit our middle window. Lucky for us the middle windows were rolled up or it would have flew in and hit my 3 year old son in his face. And being a large piece of metal god only knows what would have happened. Dick smith Ford agreed to replace the piece that blew off. The very next day I'm driving and my front drivers tire blows out on the freaking highway!!! Had to call roadside. The front two tires had zero tread and were virtually bald. Less than a week after buying this vehicle that they "inspected." They reluctantly replaced the two front tires after hours of arguing with them. Fast forward to 5 months later. The van has had less than 2,000 miles since I bought it. The van wont start. It's simple it's the battery. Take the battery in they say its the factory battery and should have been replaced before we got it. We called and asked them to give us a battery or go half. I just paid 20,000 for this xxxx car and had all these problems due to their negligence and so called in house inspections. Talked to the general manager (steve tolbert) he said they aren't doing xxxx. Nice way to do business. I have 5 kids and my nephew who live with me 3 of which will be getting cars in the next 6 months. WE WONT BE RETURNING TO DICK SMITH FORD. Their sales manager is rude and disrespectful and does not give a xxxx after you leave the lot. I will be contacting the owner.
