We are so happy with the service we received at Zeck and especially with our car salesman, Cliff. He was friendly, honest and helpful and made buying a used vehicle hassle-free. I would highly recommend this dealership to future buyers.

Asked for the air filter to be changed and I was advised the filter was still good and did not need to be changed. They were honest and helped us to avoid an unnecessary service/charge.

Great service! - joeinlawrence
We recently bought a car from Laird Noller and the experience has been great! The purchase was simple thanks to straight pricing and honest discussion (thanks to Jason W. A month after we bought the car there was a mechanical issue that was rectified without any fuss - big thanks to Joe Noller. I have never had a car buying experience to beat this. I would recommend to anyone thinking of buying new or used!

Awesome experience - Fshermn1
It was a relaxed atmosphere, timely & overall great experience. I've purchased several new vehicles since I've worked for Ford motor co for almost 27 yrs now & sorry to say there are a few dealerships around KCMO that I won't do business with ever again. Chuck Anderson is different. My sales associate Michael Dreke was not pushy, knowledgeable & was down to earth. It seemed as though we have been friends for many years. I will definitely recommend Chuck Anderson Ford & Michael Dreke to anyone without a second thought knowing they will have a great experience & will be happy when they drive off the lot with their new vehicle. The finace guy was also very friendly & knowledgeable also.
Best!! - Extremely happy customer

Gene Glass is Terrific! - Charles_From_STL
I am an annoying internet shopper and worse- a BMW buyer!! I found a pretty unique BMW online at at Laird Noller Ford and got in touch with them. I live 300+ miles away from them, so I needed to know a lot of information before I could make an offer on the car. From the first minute, the entire team was great to work with. Gene Glass was the salesperson who traded the BMW in and he sent me videos of the car and all the records I asked for. We agreed on terms and Gene handled everything for the sale over text message! I flew in to Topeka from St. Louis because I needed to see the car before I bought it (I’ve had vehicles delivered- it is not good, trust me!) . I arrived an hour earlier than planned, so I had to drive with Gene to pick the car up- he had noticed a couple tiny dents in the hood after it was detailed and Laird Noller paid to have them removed before I even got there!! In all honesty, the chances of me finding the next obscure car I buy at Laird Noller are pretty slim, but I had an awesome experience with everyone there and you should definitely go see Gene Glass if you want to buy a car!

Good Experience - MoCa
I found the car I was looking for online but was out of my budget. Contacted the dealer and talk to Dave “Coach” Galvan. He not only helped me but work with me before the dealership to make a good deal. In order to do so I had to ask a lot of questions and Coach patiently answered all my emails and phone calls with everything I needed to know not only about the car but about the transaction, etc. He definitely made it happen and help me get the car that I wanted at the price I could afford. If you want to buy a car I definitely recommend Thoroughbred Ford and specially ask for Dave Galvan.
Pleasure to do businees with - Dave
We were looking for a used car in great shape and found it at advantage ford. No high pressure sale just a honest sales person.
Great guys and easy to deal with - Girl who knows what she wants!
This was no pressure experience. I knew what I wanted, asked them the history on it and they told me everything I needed to know and when down to purcahse the car with not one issue. Couldn't have been easier!
Great speedy service - Boris
reccently purchased a used car from larson motors (sales staff was pleasent and helpful) called in to have a service appointment set up and was scheduled no problem, lounge area was comfortable and had a nice chat with my sales rep and my car was out in no time.
Excellent!!! Bought a car. - NewFordOwner
Great quality, great price, great service, great car! Cliff helped us find exactly what we were looking for! He also promptly answered all of our questions in person, over the phone, by text, and by e-mail. I really appreciated working with someone so accessible and communicative. Cliff was really knowledgeable, too. He knew the cars in and out, and kept us updated throughout the whole buying process.
We started our car shopping online, and I was impressed by Victory Ford’s reviews and ratings. We found a car we liked, and came in on a Thursday evening to take a look at it. I really appreciated that they were open until 8 pm. The vehicles are of such high quality and are priced so competitively that the car we wanted to look at was sold by the time we got to the lot! I was so impressed that Cliff knew the inventory well enough to immediately suggest two other cars that matched our desired specifications. We really liked both of the cars, and picked our favorite.
The car had to be detailed (that’s how fast the inventory moves on the lot), so we came back the next day and bought it! It was an easy and painless experience from start to finish. Funny thing was, as we were leaving, two other couples were there wanting to see the car that we had just bought, lol! Like I said, great quality...great price...these cars move fast! I hope those couples found something that they liked, just like we did!
I also have to give a shout-out to the rest of the team at Victory Ford. On our first visit, Cliff introduced us to Stony Floyd, the General Manager, who gave us his card and told us to feel free to contact him if we needed to. I think it says a lot when the GM is ready and willing to be accessible.
Scott, who handled the sales and financing, was probably the most efficient I’ve ever seen! I was by no means rushed; he explained everything clearly and answered all of my questions, but at the same time, he never wasted my time or left me twiddling my thumbs. That’s A+++ service, in my opinion.
And, it was so convenient to do the financing in-house, and the rates were more competitive than anything we had been finding on my own. It only took about an hour from the time we decided to buy until the keys were in our hands!
All-around, the facility is top-notch. It’s clean and well-lit. There were comfortable chairs and coffee and water. You take these things for granted until you go somewhere that’s sketchy, and then you realize what a difference they make — how they reflect the thought that goes into the customer’s experience. It’s obvious that Victory Ford really cares about its customers. We will definitely be coming back when we’re in the market again!
New Car Purchase/5 Star Experience - JDOP
We worked with Donnie and several Bob Allen Associates, not our first purchase with Bob Allen Ford, as usual the service and attention were awesome. Great Ford Dealer.
Tim Parnecott rules! - Gangelo
I wasn't even sure I could buy a new car on credit. Tim Parnecott made the process easy. He was sensative to exactly what was needed and met every need catagory. He was able to get me an awesome new car at 0 percent financing. Anyone that may be nervous about car sales people, need not to with Tim. This guy rules!

Auto Body Experience - 2014TC
I was very pleased with the auto body experience I had recently. I called American Family Insurance on Friday about 10 am after hitting a deer about 9:00 the previous evening. They contacted Pettijohn, who called me within 30 minutes to arrange towing my van to their service area. By 2:30 that afternoon, I received a call from Kayla with an estimate of the damage and asked if I wanted them to fix it. I said yes and she said that she could now order parts. She told me it would take about 9 days to complete repairs. I told her that I would need a loaner car because my husband had a doctor appointment in the city on Tuesday. She said that she would have a car ready by Monday and she did. We had a flat tire while driving and had it repaired. I called on the 8th day and Kayla said it was ready to pick up. We went to get our car and looked it over. It looked great! We went in and paid the bill and gave Kayla the bill for fixing the tire and she took it off of our total bill. We were very pleased with the fast service and friendly actions of Kayla and the service personnel.

Service - Parcar55
As with other dealerships timing is everything sometimes they can be really good and friendly other times not the last few times we've been there it's been a good experience not happy with their sales wanting to trade car and truck not know if I'm going to be there or not
Love my truck, bad customer Service - Odog
Each time I walked into the Aderson Ford dealership in St. Joe it took more than 10 minutes for someone to finally help me. My car salesman was a lot of help while I was in the process of buying my truck but now that I've got it you can tell they don't care about me or my business anymore. I've called in 3 times with questions about my truck and each time I've yet to get to talk to anyone. I love my truck, but this dealers Customer Service needs work. Definitely frustrated
Very Happy with Shawnee Ford Mission - raptorgirl
I just bought a Ford Raptor F-150 truck. I cannot be happier. The sales department was very professional and the paperwork quick. Thanks to Shawnee Ford Mission, specially to Jake Goodwin to make my dream come true. Highly recommend.
A wonderful experience - Ace111
I bought our Mustang off Autotrader and had to drive 8 hours to pick it up. Hope at Dave Littleton Ford made it one of the easiest transactions I've ever made. She was upfront about any issues the car had, gave me the entire history of the vehicle and was prepared when I arrived. She was also there to explain how various things worked and help transfer my Sirius Radio contract. When they discovered a minor issue during inspection, she immediately called me, explained what it was, how it was fixed and even told me that if there was any issues in the future they would pay my local Ford dealer to address it. I got the car I wanted and worked with some great folks doing it.
What a beautiful. Automobile - Don12345
I came in to have a new set of tires put on my Lincoln, and drove out with a new beautiful new Escape. Brent, you did a great job with your patience and understanding. I thank you and the team.
Vehicle rental - Angryrenter
I rented a 2016 Ford Fusion Hybrid from Todd Hill /Tri State Ford. No problem with the rental until I turned it in and a day or two later was told I damaged the front wheel. I told em if I had to pay for the wheel I want the old one. They replaced it and I paid $760. I picked up the wheel when I came back to town however it was for a 2010 Ford Edge ($541)and I paid for a 2016 Ford Fusion ($760). You tell me did I really damage the car .??
Fraud, criminals, liars. - Fred_66
I inherited my late Father's 2014 Ford Fusion, only has 6000 or so miles. I personally have only owned it for 2 years. I went in to have some recalls done and they offered a oil/filters/fluids special so I later agreed to go ahead and have that done while I was there. I realized later they only did one recall and didn't realize they caused an oil leak. The oil change/oil filter change was done May 11, 2018 and by July I realized the oil was leaking because I had to charge the battery and it idled long enough in the driveway to cause a massive oil puddle. I had driven downtown and it was a family member that noticed the massive oil puddle left due to me idling the car charging the batter for an hour at a time. When I got home I noticed the oil, wiped some up and immediately checked the oil level. Bone dry, so apparently it had been leaking ever since they did the oil filter change and the puddle became noticeable in the driveway because I had idled the car for so long pumping oil out of the leaking gasket or filter. It had never leaked prior to them doing the oil/filter change. I called them and told them the situation, they said put some oil in it and bring it in tomorrow. The next morning I almost called a tow truck but had bought 5 quarts of synthetic oil and just put in about 3 quarts and checked the level, it was now reading within minimum level. I had moved the car back to reveal the puddle the night before and now there was a smaller new puddle in front of it where the car say overnight indicating the leak again. So I tossed the remaining oil/can and funnel in the back of the car and took off to Dick Smith Ford dealership. I arrived slightly ahead of time 6:50AM or so. I parked the car in the service entrance and shut it off and asked for the manager. They got the service manager and being angry I pretty much read him the riot act, he didn't like being talked to like that but I told him I didn't care, fix the car it's been leaking oil all over the city and I demanded all diagnostics possible to determine possible engine damage and I wanted copies of readings/results/invoice of work done via warranty or otherwise. Then I just went to the waiting area. After 20-30 minutes they called me to the service area, they told me they replaced a leaking gasket and tightened a loose oil filter as well as ran a compression test and it passed. I asked for invoice and documentation of findings. They told me their computers were down, refusing to give me documentation. I asked them about going ahead and doing the seatbelt recall and once again he claimed their computers were down and went to get a founder with past service invoices, mine I guess. He said I should come back later to do the recall and told me he'd call me later after the 'computers were up'. So they refused to give me documentation of the work done to my car and claimed they ran a compression test.
The next day I ran the car and noticed it idled rougher. Prior to this incident it idled so smooth you could hardly tell the engine was running. When slow revved to 2500rpm I now noticed engine shake where it had none before. I called the dealership and asked to talk to the manager, since they told me he wasn't there the prior day of my visit. This is where it become even more fraudulent, reaching blatant fraud level. He claimed they got a code indicating there was just low oil, no leak... as if there was no leak and just low oil, AFTER I ADDED OIL to the empty engine after it leaked all over my driveway. Then he bounced me over to Kirk the service manager that ushered me out without documentation due to 'our computers are down' BS. He now told me he never said they did a compression test! when HE HAD at least twice. He mocked me, even chuckled and I said "you think this is a joke" he replied back in contemptuous slander against me, basically calling me a liar. He said he never said they did a compression test, he never told me my car passed the compression test when he had. So in short basically the reason the refused me documentation was to revise the reality of their damage to my car, their ineptitude in successfully changing my oil, oil filters and topping off my fluids. Instead they caused a leak, initially stating they fixed the gasket, tightened the leaking filter and ran a compression test, they refused to give me documentation so they could lie about the entire incident so they wouldn't be liable for the damage they caused to my car. The car still has about half a year left on the 5 year warranty. As far as I'm concerned they have broken the law, committing fraud on multiple levels. I've filed a complaint with the Attorney General of Missouri and will file with BBB and other dealership review websites. I plan on going to another diagnostic service station to do the compression test and get result. To add insult to fraud I went ahead an scheduled a compression test for the following Monday at the Ford Dealership, only to receive a call from 'Kirk' the service goon telling me his dealership manager told me not to bother coming in lol, unbelievable, so they even refused me the right to have diagnostic testing done at all. They claimed they did a compression test, then said no they hadn't, then I schedule one myself and they refuse me the right to have one done. Could anybody think this isn't FRAUD?
