Overall easy car buying experience. Jeffery was easy going, kind and straightforward. Dident feel pressured or pushed into a purchase like we have at other dealerships. They seem to really care if you are satisfied with your purchase and want you to be happy. We had one issue right after leaving, called back up and it’s being handled fairly. Our purchase was not that big, and we still got excellent customer service.

Had this vehicle for over a year and never could get my iphone sync with the system.everyone said I had to get an update on the vehicles computer in order for my iphone to work. Took the vehicle in to have an update and within five minutes my iphone was working with the vehicle, just needed someone that knew what to do to fix the issue. Vehicle never even went into the service center, Reggie Harrison came out to solve on the spot and did it for free. what more can you ask for. Great people to work with.

Auto Body Experience - 2014TC
I was very pleased with the auto body experience I had recently. I called American Family Insurance on Friday about 10 am after hitting a deer about 9:00 the previous evening. They contacted Pettijohn, who called me within 30 minutes to arrange towing my van to their service area. By 2:30 that afternoon, I received a call from Kayla with an estimate of the damage and asked if I wanted them to fix it. I said yes and she said that she could now order parts. She told me it would take about 9 days to complete repairs. I told her that I would need a loaner car because my husband had a doctor appointment in the city on Tuesday. She said that she would have a car ready by Monday and she did. We had a flat tire while driving and had it repaired. I called on the 8th day and Kayla said it was ready to pick up. We went to get our car and looked it over. It looked great! We went in and paid the bill and gave Kayla the bill for fixing the tire and she took it off of our total bill. We were very pleased with the fast service and friendly actions of Kayla and the service personnel.

Failed to set reasonable expectations update - Customer service enthusiast
Updating my prior post. I would take away all stars if possible. Dealership provided me a loaner so I could complete some errands while they kept my car all day. I returned at the agreed upon time just before close and to my suprise my car had not moved. Advisor confirmed they didn't even touch my car despite my appointment first thing that morning and my part being in stock. No explanation given just more empty promises. Worst service experience I have ever had. How can I even rate their service that they failed to provide after two visits.

We always ask for him when we are in the market for a new vehicle. Pat Larkin has been our F&I man for the past several vehicles. He is outstanding. Each time I walked into the Aderson Ford dealership in St. Joe it took more than 10 minutes for someone to finally help me. My car salesman was a lot of help while I was in the process of buying my truck but now that I've got it you can tell they don't care about me or my business anymore. I've called in 3 times with questions about my truck and each time I've yet to get to talk to anyone. I love my truck, but this dealers Customer Service needs work. Definitely frustrated

I bought our Mustang off Autotrader and had to drive 8 hours to pick it up. Hope at Dave Littleton Ford made it one of the easiest transactions I've ever made. She was upfront about any issues the car had, gave me the entire history of the vehicle and was prepared when I arrived. She was also there to explain how various things worked and help transfer my Sirius Radio contract. When they discovered a minor issue during inspection, she immediately called me, explained what it was, how it was fixed and even told me that if there was any issues in the future they would pay my local Ford dealer to address it. I got the car I wanted and worked with some great folks doing it.

I am an annoying internet shopper and worse- a BMW buyer!! I found a pretty unique BMW online at at Laird Noller Ford and got in touch with them. I live 300+ miles away from them, so I needed to know a lot of information before I could make an offer on the car. From the first minute, the entire team was great to work with. Gene Glass was the salesperson who traded the BMW in and he sent me videos of the car and all the records I asked for. We agreed on terms and Gene handled everything for the sale over text message! I flew in to Topeka from St. Louis because I needed to see the car before I bought it (I’ve had vehicles delivered- it is not good, trust me!) . I arrived an hour earlier than planned, so I had to drive with Gene to pick the car up- he had noticed a couple tiny dents in the hood after it was detailed and Laird Noller paid to have them removed before I even got there!! In all honesty, the chances of me finding the next obscure car I buy at Laird Noller are pretty slim, but I had an awesome experience with everyone there and you should definitely go see Gene Glass if you want to buy a car!

I rented a 2016 Ford Fusion Hybrid from Todd Hill /Tri State Ford. No problem with the rental until I turned it in and a day or two later was told I damaged the front wheel. I told em if I had to pay for the wheel I want the old one. They replaced it and I paid $760. I picked up the wheel when I came back to town however it was for a 2010 Ford Edge ($541)and I paid for a 2016 Ford Fusion ($760). You tell me did I really damage the car .??

2016 Ford Taurus - Explorer2
Went to look at 3 2016 Ford Taurus's on the lot. I looked on both Cars.com and their website. The prices on 2 of the cars were around 20,335 and the 3rd one was 23,500. Went to the dealership to look at them, 1st they had to jump start the car that I wanted to drive. Once I decided on the car, we went inside to work out the deal After coming back, the price of the car went up $6000.00. I showed him the website and cars.com pricing and the salesman told me that there is no way they are going to sell those cars for that price. I showed him the same car at Shawnee Mission Ford with the same pricing on it and the excuse I got was that the person working on the website, placed the wrong prices on most of the cars. (if this was true, then why didn't you go fix the problems. This car I was looking at was the same price for 30 days). I then called back later and spoke with a sales person, who stated that the prices where correct on the internet. So this is a great bait and switch, if I ever seen one. So if you find a car with a good price, don't believe it. Can't buy it for that.
