Waited too long to finish the lease of my car. Told that all was ready and just come and sign for car. When I arrived my credit had not been run and which I thought was done the 1 Day I came in. It seemed that the financial p pole we not on the ball. Some didn’t know the process for doing lease by the banks. For some one who has great credit the process felt like I had a very low credit score and they were trying to get me in to a car that I over qualified for!
Blower Motor Replacement - davidvward
Byron did a great job hearing my concerns about my blower motor and got them resolved. It was the second time in the 4 years I've had this problem with the blower motor and I was a bit concerned, but Byron did a great job. I had been dealing with a ticking noise for months and then many times the blower motor went completely out. I'm just hoping it is fixed this time, just cause I wouldn't expect to have it replaced twice in the first 4 years of the life of the car. But, it is working now and no ticking noise any longer.

I live in St Louis and had been looking for the right car for a while. I found the perfect 2013 Subaru Forester on LSH’s website and put the car on hold after talking to Leslie. She was very helpful and made the process easy.
I flew into KC and picked up the car yesterday. Austen and Darryl helped me to close the sale. They had already detailed the car and prepared paperwork before I arrived. All I had to do was test drive, talk about financing/warranties and sign. The paperwork didn’t take long, they made sure I was 100% comfortable with everything, patiently answered all of the questions I had, (I’m not very knowledgeable about cars and likely asked some stupid questions!) and had me out the door in about two hours. It was not the all day, stressful situation I’ve learned to expect from other dealerships!
This was definitely the best experience I’ve had buying a car. The entire staff seemed very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend going to them!

I went to the dealership thinking that I would get pressured. Soon after I arrived I realized that wasn't going to be the case. Everyone was very nice and very helpful, going out of their way to help me and answer all of my questions. My auto buying experience was a great one! I'm still in shock!
