Painless paperwork - Happy car owner
Jim was just great with us from the beginning, he was always responsive through text and email. He answered the my questions and the day we came in to tKe a look to the car he had all the information organized and handed to us as soon as we arrived, the car was clean and ready next to the building. The car condition (pre-owned) was really good and the price was great.
Once we decided we would take the deal it just took us about 30-40 minutes to go back home driving my new car.
I would really recommend this dealer and personally Jim Elsloo to any of my friends.

In all my years of buying cars I would say this was one of the good experiences. I had done all my research and was prepared on what I wanted. The Jack Miller staff were pleasant and we met at a middle ground on the price. I got a great deal with the suv I wanted and would do business with them again. That’s saying something as I have purchased through 5 different car dealers thus far. The only bad thing was the length of wait on signing papers due to only having one particular printer and there was a couple ahead of us. But they did check on us often and gave us updates.

I took my Forte in for its 60,000 mile maintenance. The tires were rotated and balanced. It passed all inspection points. They checked that they test drove it, the brake lining was 7mm or greater on all brakes and the tires were good. When I drove home the car was making a loud noise and seemed like something was grinding. I took it back 2 days later and was told the tires were bad and I needed new tires. As I was waiting for new tires, the service consultant came out and told me my front brake pads were really bad, almost just metal. Those were also replaced. I'm upset that this was missed when I took it in the first time. I was leaving for vacation in the mountains and this could have been deadly. I've never had any problems with service here before but this has me really concerned for my safety. Scott Hunt was the service consultant and apologized for it not be caught earlier and didn't charge for labor on the brakes.
