Technology in the vehicles isn’t the only place - nistno
Was really happy to see the salesmen and staff using technology like iPads and smart devices. When I went to go sign the paperwork the whole desk became a screen and I could easily read everything without my glasses.
Worst costumer service. - Cyn
As soon as I showed up the salesman didn't bother to acknowledge me. When I was asking for a car he pointed at it and said there it is. He didn't bother to give me any information about it. The guy was a complete disrespectful xxxxxxx. I would not recommend this place. When I was trying to make a deal with him he said "we don't negotiate" and walked away.

LIED about mileage, safety, quality of car- VERY expensive - chelseac
This is the first ever negative review I have EVER given! I can't stress enough, do NOT trust this lot! I flew in all the way from Colorado to purchase my dream, perfect car. I was out-right LIED TO about the history of the car-told multiple times it was a clean title, never wrecked vehicle with certainly no history of being totaled. LIE! Within thirty minutes of leaving the dealership, I was stranded for four hours at a gas station after the battery was dead. They brought me a new battery, yet within the twelve hour drive home the ABS, brake, check engine, and EVS lights were all on. Now, three mechanic shops later- I have been driving a car with defective ABS and brake system which had caused an emission failure!! The mechanic has deemed it unsafe to drive, and in pulling the history- it's a totaled car back in 2014 with MILEAGE DISCREPANCY (listed at 77,000 miles yet report showed 115,00 back in 2015) and several wrecks resulting in damage! I am LIVID at the dodgy, horrible treatment!!!!
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Customer for life! - Bering18
Over the past 5+ years, I have taken in my Mercedes, a BMW SUV, and my Volkswagen Jetta in to Cordel. I have had nothing but excellent service with very fair prices. More than once, if a problem was identified, I would ask if it needed to be repaired right now and was often told it's just something to keep our eye on. I have never been encouraged to repair something when it wasn't broken. I also like it is a family owned business with 60 years in Omaha!
Empty promises - BeckieW
Harvest Auto is great when they are trying to get you to buy a car, they are nothing but empty promises. We bought a car from them and were promised that the issues with it would be fixed properly. Keep in mind that these were known issues with the car to begin with. They said it would be fixed before we drove off the lot. Haha,...no! Half way home, check engine came on. They said they'd fix it AGAIN, their mechanic had it for over 6weeks, got it back and STILL NOT FIXED. All they did was put silicone on the rear main seal to mask the problem but to make matters worse, their mechanic put the wrong transmission fluid back in the car. So we get the car back, and now we have a car that still leaks oil, and that has a shot transmission and they aren't doing a single thing about it when it was their mechanic that ruined the transmission by using the wrong fluid. We didn't even get to drive the car long enough to need an oil change. Now it sits at our mechanic's shop and it's useless. My husband went and put up a negative review to warn others about how they treat their customers and a few days later, we received a call from the dealership. We were thinking they were calling to make things right, but it was just the owner calling to harass my husband to take down his review so they could keep their high ratings. It had nothing to do with how they were sorry for selling us a lemon, not keeping their promise and that they wanted to make it right. It was just to try and clear their name. They don't care about their customers, they just care about making a buck. Sad thing is is that, we have texts with the employees there, promising to get the issues taken care of and photos of the silicone on the rear main seal and they STILL don't want to make it right. I will continue to give this place bad reviews on every site possible and we have been warning everyone about the customer service at Harvest. We have family members that do a lot of farming and they are always asking where to get machinery and we are sure to tell them to steer clear of Harvest and to tell all of their farming friends the same. One way or another, we will do what we can to get the word out about Harvest until they decide to step up, admit they are wrong and resolve this with us. They are crooks and make promises that they never intend to keep in the first place. I hope this review saves another person from getting reeled in to buying a vehicle from them.
One star because zero wasn't an option - Jimmy
Horrible place if you are looking for a used vehicle. The salesmen were fine but the owner couldn't be any less professional. Inspect the vehicle or end up broke down on the side of the road

Disappointed - Stiles.1088
I give this business zero stars but that was not a option. I purchased a 2016 Nissan Murano from the Internet Car lot with the understanding that i had a additional warranty that would cover any electrical or any other problems with the vehicle. Ryan Cook assured me any issues that arose would be covered as it was my understanding that it had minor flood damage and only required the carpet to be replaced. Within two weeks the vehicle malfunctioned and would not start. I then towed the vehicle to a repair shop of my choice (Nissan of Omaha) as the warranty covered three tows and you could have the repairs done anywhere. After a diagnostic evaluation was performed they called the warranty company (Preferred Waranties Inc.) and they informed Nissan the repair would not be covered under the warranty because it was a flood vehicle and in fact the warranty should have never been sold to me as the vehicle was not eligible.I then called Ryan Cook and informed him of my findings. He stated he had been in touch with “Larry B.” at the warranty company and they would not cover this repair but will cover all future repairs. All he needed to do was send them some paperwork. Ryan said if i could get the vehicle towed to the Internet car lot , he would repair it. I towed the vehicle again, at my cost of $65. I also paid $165 for the diagnostic evaluation due to the warranty being null and void. All of which should have been covered by the warranty I purchased. I presented Ryan with a copy of the findings. The ECM and another electrical/computer part needed replaced, which would cost $2,000. Within one day, Ryan called and said the car had been repaired. upon arriving to pick it up he told me the electrical was fine and they instead replaced the fuel pump. When i questioned him as to why the other company would say the electrical needed repaired he stated “they want your money.” He then assured me if the vehicle broke down again and the electrical did in fact need replaced he would take care of it. Within two days, while driving to work on the hwy the speedometer quit working. When i arrived at work the vehicle would not shut off. I then contacted Ryan again. He assured me if i got the vehicle to his dealership, he would repair it. After speaking with him I stated I no longer wanted the vehicle because when i purchased it i was under the understanding that I had a warranty for 70,000 miles / 4 yrs. I asked to trade for a similar vehicle. He agreed to trade me a 2017 Nissan Murano. He stated the warranty would transfer over. After having it checked over by my mechanic he found the new vehicle had a rattling noise in the rear left door, it pulled to the left and the front right rim was bent causing a loud vibration noise when turning right. They refused to take any money off the vehicle for the repairs that needed to be done or compensate me for my out of pocket expenses due to fraudulently selling me a warranty on a vehicle that was ineligible for a extended warranty. Ryan again assured me he would fix these things as he wasnt willing to take any money off the price of the vehicle ( which was $6,000 more than the other vehicle I purchased.) He also forced me to sign a paper that stated i would not leave any negative reviews or contact the media regarding the situation and that i was satisfied with the deal. Which is illegal according to the consumer review fairness act passed in 2017. I was addiment that i was not satisfied but he stated if i did not sign the paper he would not sell me the new vehicle and i would be left with the other vehicle which was not in working condition and needed at least $2,000 worth of work to get it running. Obviously, I was left with no choice as I’m a single working mother and needed a working vehicle. After much hesitation, i signed it and left with the understanding they would do the necessary repairs on the new vehicle. After calling five days in a row and leaving numerous messages to set up a time for the repairs Ryan has not returned my calls. I also went into the dealership with no success.
Used Car Purchase - sagapo
Got a fantastic deal from Mr. Ed on a beautiful 2012 EOS. He also helped me get a new windshield at Way below the cost I could have found it on my own. He even let me take the car over night so I could take it into my mechanic before purchasing. All around a great experience.
Purchased a car at carpenter. After getting it home... - wilbermaas
Purchased a car at carpenter. After getting it home realized it started hard and the next day had a traction light on. Contacted dealer and told them I was going to have it checked. Took it in and found out it needed 1800 dollars in repairs. Contacted dealer again and asked if they would do anything about it. They said to take it where they take their cars for repair. The guys at this shop where rude and full of crap, said that it only needed 1000 dollars worth of work and they could not fix it there. Talked to the salesman again and told him you should not have to buy a used car that supposedly had all these checks done on it and have to put this kind of money in it to be right the next day. He said this kind of stuff happens all the time it happened to him once and that he offered to sell me a warranty that I didn't buy one and that I was on my own pretty much. I asked to talk it over with the manager. The salesman said he was not there. I told him to have the manager call me when he got back. He said he would. Its been five days and still no call. This is the kind of first class customer service and deal you will get at carpenter motors.
Ethical, Honest Dealer! - sambethune
I went to Dove Auto rather discouraged from having been "lowballed" by another dealer who was unwilling to negotiate so my expectations weren't very high. Boy did these folks change my mind! Their vehicles were reasonably priced and Bob Peetz gave me a trade-in offer on my old car that was very fair. I ended up doing the deal and I am very happy with the car and the price.
I highly recommend the fine peoe at Dove Auto to everyone without reservation. This is a great place to buy a car and the staff are some of the most ethical and knowledgeable people I've ever met!

Great Experience - minivandad4655
My family was looking for a minivan and looked around at a lot of local dealers. No other salespeople we met were as friendly or helpful as Steve and Jason at Gregg Young. They helped us find a used vehicle that fit with our price range, was great quality, and they took care of every concern we had. They even let our daughter play with a balloon to help her get through the long car-buying process. It was personal touches like that that ultimately made us decide to buy from them.
