The worst - Kimber@2319
Did a trade in and purchased a 2018 f150. On the way home had transmission problems. called my salesman right away and told him about the problem. Asked to return the truck and take my old truck back and have been lied to on multiple occasions about the deal being completely put threw when I have been told from multiple people that it can’t be titled that quick to where the deal couldn’t be reversed. I haven’t had the truck 24 hours and they will not take care of the problem. They take the truck in service and then I get told I need to drive the truck 2000 miles for the transmission to learn how I drive. xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx This is the worst service I have ever had from any for dealer. Only giving one star because I had to select something
2015 250 - Rosco
No pressure, no hassle, and no fuss. I was a cash sale and it did not affect the deal. Some other dealers had issue with that. Great job to Cory and Eric.
GREAT Experince - Lachoupic
Chris, salesman, was very courteous and polite. He cane back with a deal I felt very comfortable with and he made the sale in one try. Everyone I dealt with, Dawn and Chris, are the best in the business.

Thanks to Kenny and Paul for taking care of me during my Takata recall issues. Great guys to work with. I am very happy with their handling of my issues.
Terrible bait and switch😡 - DDejohn
Negotiated a deal with Mike Smith, agreed to purchase & drove an hour to pick up vehicle. When I arrived the sales manager said the vehicle was not available. He said it sold and that he could get a dealer trade but couldn’t honor the quote. Bad Business at best. Beware the leadership at this dealership are not honest.😡😡
Still waiting on Inspection - Still Waiting
My Ford Explorer was purchased used with an extended warranty. I brought it to Pep Boys. Their analysis showed it was the harmonic balancer. After speaking with a rep from the extended warranty company, I had it towed to the place of purchase, Premier Honda. After inspection by Honda, they had the same diagnostics as Pep Boys, Harmonic Balancer, however, they did not have the proper tools to complete the job, so they recommended I tow it to a Ford Service company. On August 15th, It was towed to Veterans Ford in Metairie, where it has sat. I spoke with a service representative at Veterans Ford on August 17th. She told me it would be a few days before the mechanic can inspect the vehicle. I called again on Aug 21st and was told it will take another 2 weeks before an inspection can be done. This is totally unacceptable. I am now looking for another Ford service center so I can, once again, have the vehicle towed to a more reliable business.
Dishonest & Greedy - CAVEAT EMPTOR! - Tom
Absolutely the worst experience I've had in 35 years of purchasing new and used vehicles, I purchased a used 2015 Ford F150 Platinum. After the negotiation process, the entire deal went to xxxx in a hand basket. I looked at the vehicle on a Friday evening before a holiday weekend(Veterans Day). We agreed on a price, but the manager refused to take a deposit to hold the vehicle until I could secure financing on the Tuesday following Veterans Day. They gave me a line of crap that it was against the law to accept a deposit in Louisiana. Not sure if the vehicle would sell before Tuesday, I went back Saturday. Not a short trip since I live on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. The only way I could take delivery of the truck to agree to an indirect contract with a lender. Again, I've never had to do that in the past. Fast forward, I did secure financing from my personal lender. Then the battle started with the finance manager who was incorrectly adamant about the amount of MS Sales tax due; a $600.00 difference. I had provided all of the documentation from the County Tag Office on the correct amount due. Not until I had make a third trip to the tag office and had one of the clerks call the finance manager, did he finally accept the number I had given him. My guess here is, overpayment goes back to the person/company that sends the check. Most folks don't bother to research the exact amount due, therefore Banner gets the difference to pad the coffers. It took Banner 19 days to send the paperwork to the tag office; in Mississippi you have 7 days to title the vehicle or pay hefty penalties. Then the problems with the vehicle started; the battery failed(which I requested to looked at while test driving) because it was dragging - didn't happen. The sun roof failed in the open position in New Orleans. I had to drive back to the Coast with the roof stuck open($400+ repair). Thank God it didn't rain. I contacted the dealership regarding taking care of this since it had only been thirty days. No call back from management or my sales person. Not until I called back again and asked about the second key that I never received, I was told sometimes it just 'sucks' when you buy a used car. I have sent an e mail to the General Manager and the Dealer of Banner Ford, and as well as the so-called customer relations department. To date, no response from anyone. Then, a noise started coming from the left front wheel. Brought the truck to a Ford dealer on the coast. After troubleshooting for two days, there was no definitive cause of the noise. As of now, it could be ABS, Calipers, Electronic Steering or all three, who knows. Estimate cost of repairs $600.00 - $1000.00). Bottom line here is, I will NEVER do business with the crooks at Banner Ford again. CAVEAT EMPTOR!!

Jay gives the best deal he possibly can, when he delivers... - srt
Jay gives the best deal he possibly can, when he delivers the vehicle, he makes sure everything is 100% correct before he walks away. I would highly recommend this dealership - I live in Baton Rouge and it was worth driving to New Orleans to purcahase a vehicle. No games played here.
I really had a wonderful experience at Crescent Ford, I... - STB1969
I really had a wonderful experience at Crescent Ford, I dealt directly with the sale manager Joe Monaghan. He and his staff were very professional, and treated me like I was family! I would definitely recomend that if anybody was shopping for a New or Used Truck or S U V, go there and you will see what im talking abot. Oh and by the way from the time I got there and picked out my used 2012 For Escape the whole process from start to finish was less than an hour!!!

The salseman was helpfull not pushy and very personable. - JMPENNINGTON
When I bought the car, one of the extras i liked was the active backup lines. this was a major sale point to me. When I re-synced the system the active lines went away. Both dealers said that this vin did not come with the active backup lines. and I could not get them without a $2000 dollar upgrade. How were thy there in the first place? Apparently the required hardware and electronics are there. What would it take to install the active backup lines, again. Keep in mind within 6 months some one is going to crack the system. Ford should be making the profit on the active backup lines upgrade. again the hardware is there and functions I used it for 3 days before I reset the system. I am in essence being told that I have lied about the situation. This does not bode well customer relationship. the Salesman Bill was great!
