Mr. Norman Jackson was our sales associate and we told him that we did not want to do the back and forth sales dance that usually occurs at other dealerships. Mr. Jackson went to the sales manager only once and the deal was done. This was one of the fastest sales experiences for a new truck. The finance department was fast, and explained everything well. I highly recommend Best Chevrolet and Mr. Jackson when looking for a new vehicle.
Easiest Car Purchase Ever - Bill C.
This car purchase was #36 for me so let me start by saying I'm fairly experienced with dealership and sales antics in pressuring a person to purchase a vehicle. I live in Beaumont, Texas and Banner Chevrolet is in New Orleans, Louisiana, a good 250+ miles from home. I made a late evening online inquiry about a vehicle and immediately received a response from Myron Grogan regarding the car. I gave him the information he requested of me and with my marginal credit he had me approved for purchase the next day. He told me it was a "done deal" and I didn't believe him thinking they would pull their dealership antics when I get there. Let me say I chose this dealership for the online price which was a minimum of $4500.00 les than I could purchase it in my area and including Houston, Dallas, and San Antonio, but I was still hesitant to drive to N.O. I finally made up my mind a week later to go ahead and go and to my surprise everything was exactly as Mr. Grogan said. I was in the dealership maybe an hour and a half including the test drive, signing all the paperwork, him filling it with gas, and then sending me on my way. The terms, payment, and interest rate were exactly what was agreed upon and Myron handled the deal every step of the way, no one else for any of it. I don't think you can receive any better service than that and two years later I am still amazed at how smoothly everything went.

Had a leak in back window took gmc a wk to approve order. No headliner available had to get off of assembly line 1st one got in had a rip had to get another I had for a wk they had for 24 days for something as simple as a leak that stained headliner hate to see how long it would take if something major happens worst experience

I traded a vehicle in on 12/20/17 and purchased a certified Yukon. Leson failed to send the payoff for the vehicle I traded in within the 10 day payoff timeframe... they even failed to payoff my vehicle within 30 days. Therefore a mark went on my credit that I am having to jump through hoops to try to get removed. I have been unsuccessful so far. I even called Leson as soon as I found out the payoff hadn’t been sent. It was well before 30 days and the payoff should’ve been sent. Leson has inefficienct employees and procedures that cost their customers!
