Went to Superior Ford Saturday with my wife to test drive the new Ranger. Decided after looking at the Ranger, to test drive the Explorer. Loved the room and ride! Decide to give Ford another shot at my business. We have been driving Toyota’s and Honda’s since our bad experience with our 89 Ford Aerostar van. It was junk. Had not bought a Ford car since. But Fords ratings have been great the last number of years so we bought the Explorer. LOVE IT! Jacob Ducote our salesman, was the easiest guy to work with, friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend giving Superior a shot at your business. Even though Superior is primarily a truck dealer, it was a painless process obtaining our Explorer from a local dealer that had our SUV in stock. Just hoping our Explorer gives us 10+ years of trouble free service!

The "pushy hurry up and sign" to "get this guy our of here experience" To begin my experience I arrived at all star Ford / Dodge in Denham Springs to look at a white 2020 Ram 1500. I have already done my research, so I know what I am looking for. I wanted to a test drive to see the difference between my then, 2014 ram and the now 2020 rams. I will say I was impressed. So when we started to negotiate price, Josh and Ben became the pushy sign right here salesmen. After a few hours of talking I knew I really liked the truck in question so we agreed on a price and started the paperwork. What I was told by Josh was the truck would be detailed while I was in finance and when I was done it would be waiting on me. But surprising like when I was done with finance, the truck was still dirty, and had trash in the back of it. I mentioned it to Josh, and seeming very inconveniently he said he would take it to the back to be addressed. When it returned I finished moving my belongings and set back off on my 2 hour ride home. When I got home I was beat so I waiting until the next day to admire my new truck. When I woke I went out and started looking it over, i realized the locking lugs from my other truck that were supposed to be swapped were not, and noticed a rather large scratch in my rear bumper. So I called Josh to address it, and this process of calling and leaving voicemails went on for 4 days before I made contact with him. And when I finally got Josh on the phone he said well how do we know you didn't do that at Walmart. So then I proceed to call someone in management which also put me in a waiting game of response. When we finally arranged a date to drop my truck off I did. And was given a loaner which was greatly appreciated. Now the initial discussion Josh told me I would have my truck back in 4 days, so I was okay with that. But on the fourth day I called back. And couldn't get him on the phone. So I called for collision, and to be told.they haven't touched my truck, and that collision dept told Josh it would be 6-7 days before I got it back. In the end result I got my truck back 9 days later. In the end result it all worked out for now, but if you're okay with the runaround, the lack of returning phone calls, pushy, conniving experience, then here's your place.

June 9, 2020- I went down to Allstar Ford Lincoln in Prairieville. We had the intentions of purchasing a Ford Explorer stock number PT35696A which was listed on the internet for $22,789. The salesperson said she was going to go see what the best deal she could make was for us. She came back stating the prices was $25,625 and would give us a discount of $2,836. This would now bring us to the adjusted internet prices of $22,789 leaving us no actual discount at all. I ask for an actual discount of $1,500 and they then refused to sell it to me. The manager, Daniel Lafleur, told me I was stupid if I thought he would sell me a car for $1,500. I then responded “ Don’t be a dumb a$$. I’m asking for $1,500 off the sales prices.”
At this point, Daniel told me he would NOT sell me a car. If you are going to give a discount then it needs to come off the price you have the car listed for and not some number you came up with to make people “think” they are getting a “discount”. As a manger, Daniel, you should never use the word stupid when speaking to a client.

Too many recalls for one. Robinson Brothers really blows when it comes to service. My vehicle has now been in there for 3 days, for a another recall and the cheap dampener that clicks. Maybe the reason they are so busy is because they have to deal with an inferior product? That said I have an extended warranty but I received a text saying it would be $574.00 to fix. Hmmmm, I have an extended warranty? Oh, we forgot about that, we’ll check on that Monday. So, that makes 6 days without my vehicle. Wonder if I get it back washed? Answer no way in xxxx. I’m done with Ford and Robinson Brothers.
