My experience with this team was fantastic. Everyone went above and beyond. In a day when customer service is a challenge, this group re-wrote the book on excellent customer service. I dealt with Greg in Used Cars, Steve in Finance, and Victor in Sales. Each one of them went out of their way to make my experience outstanding. They treated me like I was the most important person on the lot. Greg came in on his day off and was communicating with me at 10pm to make sure I was taken care of. Steve made several phone calls and spent long periods of time on hold to chase down info for me that was not at all his responsibility to handle, yet he did it without complaint. He was straight with me and worked on my behalf. And my salesman Victor was one of a kind. Rare is the day that you want to thank the salesman for working with you. He was beyond detailed, he knew the car and believed in it, and he didn't play any games. He shot me straight and it took us less than five minutes to come to a deal that we both felt good about. I would recommend these three to anyone.
Worst Experience - Stupid 62R
I am no longer interested in a Nissan. I had been looking for over 6 months trying out different vehicles and always came back to the Nissan Rogue SV, loved it and set my goal for Black Friday weekend. I was going to Oklahoma for a Thanksgiving/family reunion and checked online what the deals were and found what I was looking for at Bob Howard, I was happy with the online price, but my brother wanted to see if he could get me a better deal. Long story short - he got me a GREAT deal, I was really happy with the final deal and agreed to the deal presented to me. All was good and then I went to the finance guy and he totally tried to screw me around. He was doing everything he could to take my $2500 rebate away, totally not what I had agreed upon. He was telling me I had to use the 4.99% interest offered by Nissan and if we went with a different carrier I would have to forfeit my $2500 rebate. I explained to him that I had great credit and that my son bought a USED vehicle in Guthrie and had 3.99%. He said you may have good credit but if I don't do the 4.99 then I would have to give up the $2500 rebate, at this time I knew he didn't check my credit scores. Then he kept adding the extended warranty which I told him I did not want, and in a sense made the vehicle out to sound like it would have alot of problems. I was getting upset with the fact that the deal I agreed upon was being taken away by this jerk! ! About the time I was ready to stop the process my sister in law had called and said the out of town family had arrived and wanted to know how long I would be and I told her I was on my way. I left, he wanted that $2500 rebate so bad he could have it and the vehicle. I loved that vehicle, but after the experience I have gone through with 2 different Nissan dealers I have decided Nissan is not for me! ! My son has had nothing but Nissan's and loves them, he was the one that was pushing me towards the Nissan and once I sat and drove one I was very happy with the way it felt and the comfort of the seat with my back.
I hope you all enjoy that $2500 rebate and somebody else can have the vehicle I was going to purchase. I may be a 62 year old woman but I am not STUPID!

Friggin-Amazing Car Buying Experience! - Places
Wow...24 hours ago I was in my house looking at used Maxima's. I received a phone call from Jamie Pacheco minutes later. Today, I am the owner of a brand new Maxima SL for less than the used car I was looking at!!!! Thank you Jamie, Josh, and Antonino Garglulo for a jaw dropping "courtesy' deal. Thank you from one happy teacher. I highly recommend this dealership. It was worth the hour and a half drive. past three other Nissian dealerships.

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!! I wrote a review praising the dealership and salesman for their helpful manner, this was before I knew the fraudulent transactions that took place.
After purchasing the Versa our salesman purchased a 54,000.00 Titan in my name. He forged my name and used my identity without my permission. My information was used for credit inquiries that I did not authorize and remains on my credit report. Our salesman was arrested for these crimes. The dealership was deceptive with the warranty and their sales practices. I also had to wait for my paperwork to plate the vehicle for over a month and I then did not receive the correct paperwork so I had to wait longer. My temporary tag expired before I could permanently plate the Versa.

Jesse was wonderful! He was very helpful! He helped us get in and out of a car quickly and effectively. He listened to what we wanted and got us the best deal.
Many issues with vehicle and horrible customer service. - Leighanne.w670
I purchased a 2015 Nissan Versa with 65 miles on it. It now has 54,000 in that amount of time I have had to have 2 transmission replaced. The 2nd time the alignment was off when I picked up my vehicle and the refused to listen to me. They said it was due to my tires needing to be replaced. My tires did need to be replaced yes but the vehicle was not pulling hard to the right when I brought it in and it was after I picked it up! So I was forced to have the alignment adjusted out of my own pocket. Now my CV joints are going out and I am told they "just need to tighten up my front end" which is ridiculous! I pick up my car with the same issue it has (knocking noises when you turn and accelerate). Also I have bolts missing on my front end now and a random plastic peice off my front end they decided to toss in my trunk (did they think I wouldn't notice!?) Lucily my husband is a mechanic and the issue will be resolved. I have been treated like I know nothing and I am a nuisance! I will NEVER purchase another vehicle from Nissan!
Sold me a brand new car with damaged paint - Rajnish
I was sold a 2019 Sentra SL which has paint issues since first day. My brand new car had paint issues on the hood since first day. I brought it to dealership's notice at the time of delivery but no attention was paid. After a series of discussions, I was told to go to service director at the dealership who confirmed that there are paint issues and offered to paint ONLY a portion of the hood!!! Unacceptable.
Check the YELP reviews for the truth... - MadCarGirl729
STAY AWAY...Terrible experience and lackluster customer service all around!! I know that my situation was not easy, but you can tell a lot about a dealership in the way that things are handled. If I ask to see/test-drive various vehicles- please let me see/test-drive them! Don't pigeonhole me into a vehicle that I don't really want, and when I concede - you don't even have the keys for me to do so. You offer me water only after I mention it and the red carpet treatment was not rolled out to for me because I don't have tons of money. Yet, I hear other customers being offered water as soon as they sit down. The little things mean everything. Then, I ask you to match what has been offered from another dealership on my trade in yet you tell me that it will only bring my payment down 18 bucks or so. Guess what- I need those 18 bucks and it would have been nice to get them!! Maybe I was being given the run around because I am a woman. Who knows?? I purchased from here before when I knew a salesman and the experience was TOTALLY different. I will not be returning here again!!

My wife want to purchase a used 2017 Nissan Maxima Platinum. She look online that night at Nissan of Lawton and found one for $27933 and told me about it that morning. I check it out that morning and verified the price . We was excited about goin down to try and purchase this vehicle. My wife was there before I was and I showed up later. She test drove the vehicle and like it. We went back to talk with the sale representative and he informed us the vehicle was list online at $32933. When i asked about the price that was online they told us to was a glitch in the system but would honor the prices. Then they proceeded to low ball her trade-in vehicle which is a 2014 Nissan Altima which is in good condition. Which she also purchase an extended warranty for 84 month or 100,000 miles bumper to bumper when she purchase this vehicle brand new in 2014. Needless to say we didn't purchase the vehicle but i decide to go back to the Nissan of Lawton page to see if the vehicle was there and guess what I see the same 2017 Nissan Maxima Platinum listed at $27933. Wow!! They say "we support the troops/veterans" at Nissan of Lawton but i think they mean to say we will try and take advantage of the troops/veterans at Nissan of Lawton. I don't think it was the sale representative who tried to mess us over but the sales management.
New sold with a open recall - DV
Was sold a new with a recall found out couple of day after taken delivery . Dealer insisted that there is no recall. Three months later recall still not fixed. Sales person or the customer service rep will take my call. The managers are always in meetings and will not reply back. Left several dozen messages still not reply. Was lied to about the extended warranty. HORRIBLE SERVICE stay away from this dealership.
Never buy from Clay Cooley again. - Neveragain
Bought a new 2018 Rouge, it had a scratch on a fender and two stains. They said they would fix them. They did after about two weeks later. I asked if they would tint the front windows for having to wait but their finance manager,J D said that only if I gave them a thousand on a survey so I said no cause they, finance, didn't treat me good. Never had so much trouble with a dealership. But it starts from the top. Emailed Chase Cooley and never got an answer. Never buying there away. Salesman Chad was awesome. He even offered to pay for my disable plates cause Babatunde got me regular plates.
Terrible Terrible customer service - tiffany09
In 18 years of buying vehicles this dealership has to be the worse. The customer service is awful. The sales girl hung up on us. Took us almost 2 weeks to get our vehicle shipped to us. Once received the transport driver did not pick up the trade in and when I called the dealership still hadn't paid off my trade in load. We were missing head phones and the remote to the tv. I would never recommend this dealership.
Do NOT BUY here! EVER!!!! - Gregory Don Frederick
These guys will lie and lie to you again and again! They are selling hail damaged vehicles as new. They won't even tell you unless you ask for a report stating there has not been any damage to the vehicle.
We are talking about NEW vehicles with 25 miles on them. But they have had extensive glass breakage and hail dent repairs.
They will not tell you unless you ask for a printed statement stating whether there has been damage.
I highly encourage you to buy elsewhere! BEWARE!!!!!!
Horrible - julz

Bad business
Great buying experience!! - czike
We had been in prayer about buying a new vehicle, and Ada Nissan was such a blessing and answer to our prayers. I highly recommend Ada Nissan! The man who sold us our vehicle was Michael. He said from the start that he would do his very best to get us the vehicle we wanted within our price range. He kept his word, worked hard, and got us within just a couple of dollars. He listened to our needs and wants in a vehicle, and didn't try to sale us something other than what we were looking for. Thank you Ada Nissan for being a business that treats it's customers honest and fair.
