I have used the dealership where I purchased my 2016 RAM quad cab with the 3 liter Ecodiesel. They're 45 miles away. Found Youngblood which was only 4 miles from my home. They were able to get me in for my required maintenance of an oil and filter change with a tire rotation. They also informed me that they could sell me a package of Oil,filter, and tire rotation. I could not get the previous dealer to sell me one of these as they did not participate in the program. My maintenance was costing me a little over $200. With the $320 service package, I get 3 Oil, filter, and tire rotations if used in the next 2 years. This will save me about 50% or about $300 over the next 2 years. Yes, I will be coming back and recommend them to my friends.

Rik was very respectful of our time and our needs. We found a car we liked on TrueCar and Rik got back to us within a day. He had the Hyundai Sante Fe we were interested in pulled up and ready to go when we got there. We looked at the car, he walked us through the features, we test drove it,and had some more good discussions about that SUV versus some other similar vehicles. We thought we might go check out another model ( at a different dealer) to test drive before making a final decision, and Rik got us a nice print out of the price, dealer fees, his card, and carfax report to look over with no pressure or hurry to even buy the car that day. After a stressful experience earlier that day with another dealer who kept trying to strong arm us into buying a car we really appreciated that and how upfront he was with all of our questions on the remaining factory warranty. His knowledge and professionalism totally won us over and we decided we wanted to buy that car right then and there and not bother looking elsewhere to do business. No weird head games, no crazy negotiations, just here is the price, here is the TTL, and our available USAA discount. Simple, easy to understand. Richie over in finance was also amazing, we really loved being able to see all the additional warranties and services on that giant iPad where we could clearly see the costs, loan terms, options/details, and ask questions about all the services. Our 14 year old was in the office with us and even she was impressed that she could understand the conversation and what we were getting with the car. I feel the pricing was transparent, we were getting a great deal, and Richie was even able to find a loan with a better interest rate than the pre-approved offers we had in advance. Night and day difference between South Pointe CJDR and that other dealer! We will be back in the future when its time to replace our other vehicle or purchase a car for our kids. That was by far the smoothest car buying experience we've ever had.
Time for a new ride - churraan
As previously done, when we needed a "new" used vehicle, we went to Wes at Tri-Lakes to see what was available for our circumstance. And, as previously done, Wes and the Tri-Lake family were able to fulfill our needs and wants very quickly. We never feel pressured or hassled and it's actually a fun time to car shop there. A far cry from other places.

Horrible service department. Have purchased two jeeps from them but never again. Service department cant even get you in for oil change and minor seat adjustment. Attitude of service lady was that she could care less.

Do not buy an oil service contract from this dealership. They do not honor it. They stole $210.00 from me saying my contract was expired. Problem is they did not tell me there was an expiration date on the prepaid oil changes. They do not care about their customers.
Trying to sell a death trap! - okbuyer123
On Saturday, 7/21/18, I called Roberts Dodge to check on a Lexus RX400h they had listed. The car was still available, and the salesman — Phil — told me it was just an older, high-mileage vehicle, hence the "wholesale to public" pricing. I drove 45 minutes to look at this vehicle. I arrived, and Phil was upfront that it needed a brake job. I asked if it was safe to drive. Oh, sure, of course, let me get the key. First, it wouldn't start. He jumped it and promised to have a new battery installed immediately. He then started saying the brakes were probably fine if the rust on the rotors were to be removed. I got in it, and there was a horrible, high-pitched squeal in the cabin. I asked what was causing it, and he said he didn't know but to put the car in gear and see if it stopped. It didn't. I drove it about 5 feet and gave up. He asked me to park it between two trucks and behind another vehicle. I did so, and when I hit the brake, NOTHING happened. The car coasted to a stop, but there were NO BRAKES WORKING ON THIS VEHICLE. I see the Lexus is still listed today, 7/24/18. Apparently, there's no law against selling a death trap.

Left me hanging for 4 days with not a word. Part is actually discontinued. Found out from new place I am taking Jeep too. John-Hoffer never even called me to let me know! Who leaves a car at a dealer, with no rental, for 4 days and service never calls! Place is filled with morons. Never take anything to this place!

Rondle worked with me regarding getting my used vehicle in the price range I could afford and even sent Rollie, a wonderful gentleman to pick me up in Oak Grove, Mo, approximately 110 miles away as I didn't have a vehicle to get to the dealership.

Mechanic stated recall work to update airbag had been done airbag light continued to come on, This happened twice. Finally took to another dealer and the repairs had not been done. . Later found out the airbag would not have worked if happen to be in a wreck.
