I found an impressive deal on a 2016 Mazda3 i Grand Touring at this dealership. Unlike the other Mazda dealership where I lived, this group wanted to earn my business. Unlike the other dealer, this group negotiated a fair price with me.
I drove 90 miles here and they made it completely worthwhile. The courtesy and respect from both the salesperson and the finance officer went a long way towards closing this deal.

Joey and Juve were Friendly and I appreciate them coming down in the price . But whenever I got there to pick up my vehicle I was extremely upset I was told that it was ready before I even got there to pick it up assuming that they would have the car detailed. It looked like they had did a half-xxx job washing it and it definitely was not vacuumed out so now I'm going to have to pay to get that done which does not make me very happy because I feel like if you buy a vehicle from a car lot they should be willing to take care of this for you. And to top that off which makes matters even worse is I've never bought a vehicle that did not come floor mats in it. So yes that's more money that I'm going to be with out because now I have to buy floor mats so no I would never buy another vehicle from this car lot ever again. The only way that I would buy a vehicle from this again is if they would send me money to get floor mats and to pay to get it detail properly. Everytime that I bought a vehicle it is always been detailed whether it was brand new or used and it definitely had for floor mats in it.
And whenever I asked if it could be washed and cleaned before I paid money for it I was told that they had already gone home for the evening and this was around 5 in the evening whenever I came to pick up the vehicle I was like you got to be freaking kidding me if my daughter wasn't with me I probably would have went off and said something. The best experience with purchasing this vehicle was Norman thank you Norman for being so nice and so polite and kind too bad that you weren't the car salesman LOL

I have always hated the process of purchasing a new vehicle as one generally gets the impression that somehow, someway you are being taking advantage of as the salesman takes from one place on the invoice and adds to another. Not at all my experience with Bob Moore and his wonderful staff. My initial contact was through the Internet Manager, Jacqueline Ellis, who provided quick responses to my queries. Once I had decided upon a particular vehicle; I was turned over to the very competent hands of Lucas Sanko. In addition to the reduced online price that I had been quoted; Mr. Sanko inquired as to my zip code and proceeded to give me an additional discount relevant to that information. I indicated to Mr. Sanko that I had already secured financing and insurance for the truck in question and he asked when my husband and I would be coming to pick up the vehicle so he could be properly respectful of our time and have the truck all ready to go on our arrival. It was amazing to be greeted that afternoon by the sight of my new truck, nicely detailed and awaiting my inspection and Mr. Sanko's advance preparation of the required documentation. The remaining process was short and sweet ~ no feelings of trepidation or pressure. Best of all I obtained the exact truck that I desired with no additional options that were forced down my throat as my local Fort Smith dealership is wont to do. The practice of Breeden Dodge of Fort Smith, AR, is to buy a lower priced vehicle, send it to California Customs and jack up the end price by roughly $10K. How do I know this my husband asks those types of questions.
The 2 hour drive to Tulsa, OK from our home in Alma, AR was well worth the satisfaction arising out of this purchase. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to anyone seeking to make a great deal on the vehicle of their dreams.

My wife and I have bought several new cars from Chris Nikel over the years. I am on my third Ram from them. Over a year ago I started getting error messages on my radio. I contacted the service department made an appointment and brought it in. It began with waiting on software updates, bringing my truck in 6 times, hoping they were going to replace my radio. Finally, Monday they called me and said they had a radio in and wanted to make an appointment to replace it. Tuesday I received an email confirming my appointment. Along with another phone call and text message trying to set up another appointment.
(I am not complaining here, but it seems like they don’t communicate well).
The good news is my 2015 Ram has a new radio, so far no error message!
My wife and I are going to be trading her 2014 Durango next year and we are going elsewhere. This really stinks because we are all about buying local, supporting our community.
In the business that I run we are all about customer service. It is what sets you apart from the competition.
All along the radio needed to be replaced. I knew it, they knew it, but all I heard is that Dodge made them do what they did. I disagree with passing the buck. Chris Nikel should have fixed my truck a year ago so they could keep our business. Sometimes service comes at a cost, but in the long run it pays off.
Chris Nikel is great at selling you a vehicle, I like their buying process, but not so much at honoring their service commitment.

Took my car in to get the rear bumper replaced. The paint didn't match, the bumper didn't line up properly also the car wasn't ready by the day they had promised. Definitely not using this collision center again and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone either.

From Salesman Jack to Finance guy Kevin to operator who was helpful. To the boss Randy who would never return a call. We were screwed over from 1st minute we arrived. Salesman and fjnance guy attempted to get $1000 additional money under the table from my fincee' and we was not to tell Randy owned about this additional charge.. Randy was never told cause he would never call us back. These men are snakes in the grass.

Rondle worked with me regarding getting my used vehicle in the price range I could afford and even sent Rollie, a wonderful gentleman to pick me up in Oak Grove, Mo, approximately 110 miles away as I didn't have a vehicle to get to the dealership.

Mechanic stated recall work to update airbag had been done airbag light continued to come on, This happened twice. Finally took to another dealer and the repairs had not been done. . Later found out the airbag would not have worked if happen to be in a wreck.
