Our experience in purchasing a new Camaro was outstanding, as always, at Hudiburg. Ricky, Moose, and Ron in finance gave us the best deal possible. Our family has owned multiple GM vehicles from Hudiburg, and the buying experience is always pleasant and professional. After the sale, we also use the Hudiburg Service Department, and the level of care with them is exceptional. We have no reason to use another dealership, as we are always treated well at Hudiburg.

Ended up purchasing vehicle sight unseen, then went down to pick it up the following weekend. Was not disappointed in the car, the salesman or the transaction. So, I really wanted to buy a car they had in stock. I looked at it and agreed to buy it. Due to a bit of a mix up someone else bought it out from under me. I was pretty angry with the whole situation, but I'm here to tell you that Andrew really stepped up to the plate to try to take care of me. Within hours he located several cars that fit my criteria and even offered to drive down to Dallas in the morning to acquire one for me. He didn't have to do that, but he did. After dealing with Shea in finance, I have never been punched in the face so much where I was surprised I was left standing at the end. I am surprised I am left standing after such a brutal warfare experience at Bob Howard Honda finance. The sales experience was pleasant but when we went to finance the whole interaction turned into a disaster. This is the second car we bought here and honestly wish it went different.
Just when I feel like I have seen the latest tactic's Bob Howard found a way to create new tactics and schemes to try to trick me and my family. As I left the store I am left wondering what have they actually done to customers who are naive or misguided. I feel their pain as I write this review.I feel like there was pure evil going on as I watched the interaction at Bob Howard Honda unfold.
I went to see a specific vehicle and the vehicle was "lost" for some time with several people searching for it.
Bob Howard wanted me to have a co-signer since it was "my first auto loan", surely this was because they get some kind of incentive for having a co-signer. I have never been asked this before. It was very strange.
Bob Howard then said I cannot be approved for a the special introductory rate with Honda financing, but however I was able to get the rate if I bought one of their extra extended warranties....ironic....However, I did not purchase their extended warranty and still got the rate that I came in for.
I would just be very careful with these Honda dealerships in the metro. I wish the corporate Honda knew these different situations at the dealerships were going on.

I’ve had my car going on 2 years and have never experienced anything bad with it. The first time purchased my vehicle from there the rotors were bad. I let them know and within 2 days I had them fixed. Other than that my car has been in great shape since. Can not complain. I’ve also recommended many people here.

We paid $2500 for DVD players to be installed in our new Nissan NV3500 van nearly 2 years ago.. They have never worked. We have it documented where we've taken it back down there multiple times for them to fix it.. and it still has yet to be fixed.. now they are refusing to fix them and FYI they are still under warranty. I know me not buying anymore cars from them won't effect their business.. nor will this rating. But i feel like i have to warn people. We are seeking legal recourse. It's not the $2500 bucks.. it's the principle.

If you want your Audi damaged because of their complete negligence and refuse to help, come on down to this dealer. They caused over $6k damage to my s5, and instead of helping to make it right, they are refusing to work with me to repair the damage they caused.
