At first we were nervous to lease. We had never done it before and didn't know what to expect. After an online inquiry, I got a call from Benjamin. I immediately felt comfortable with him. He jumped right in to find out what we were looking for. I told him, and he started sending me possible cars right away. This process made it much easier for our busy lives! Once we chose the car, Benjamin brought it to us, and picked up our 2 trade - ins without us having to leave the house! I not believe how easy and simple this process was. It was a great first impression and experience. Being new to the leasing experience, Kelly was patient with us as she methodically explained the ins and outs of leasing and how the flexbuy option worked. It was one of the easiest car transactions that I have ever been a part of and was impressed with the attentive care throughout the process.
Very deceptive and bad customer service - Issam
I purchased 2015 BMW has after market wiring, he claimed it’s for an amplifier and did not effect the car , I insisted that sale was not final antil I do BMW inspection( I have it in writing from them)
BMW dealer preformed the inspection and found out that the after market wiring effected the electrical and brake system on the car and as a result the factory warranty on the effect parts is voided.
And found out the car has water damage and based on BMW technition the car was flooded.
I returned the car 10 days ago and they promised several times that is they cannot find another car to do substitution of collateral
Now they are not going to do either and not returning calls
Stay away from this dealership bunch of crooks working there
