I looked at several vehicles at Sewell, ranging from a 2010 Acadia to a 2017 Enclave. I ended up purchasing my dream vehicle elsewhere simply because it wasn't available on any of Sewell's many lots at the time. However, I can't tell you how awesome and professional the staff here was. On the 2010 my sales guy OFFERED to replace the break pads and provide a second key and key fob on a 9 year old vehicle! I ended up purchasing a 2016 from a different dealer and they wouldn't replace the worn tires of provided a second key. All that you've heard about the Sewell experience is true!! Looking to spend your time and money at a credible dealership, this is it!

I requested yesterday Sunday 6/16/19 to be contacted in reference of a Honda Pilot in excellent shape. I live in Richmond VA and it is very difficult to find this kind of car in very good conditions and with a clean Carfax. I was willing to take it from Texas.
Today Mon 6/17/19 am a salesman contacted me giving me the great news that the car was available. I told him that I was very interested in it and he requested me personal information to start with the financing process.
At 2.22 pm of Monday 6/17/19 the salesman left me a voicemail saying that he got a great deal for me.
At 3.01 pm of Monday 6/17/19 the salesman sent me a txt saying that the car was just sold.
The minimum that the salesman could have done was contacted me and asked me how serious was my interest in it to buy it or not because there was another person that was interested. In fact, I considered that wasn't necessary since I gave him my info to start with the financing process which its implicit that I really wanted the car.
Anyways....I m VERY VERY disappointed with this dealership. They are not serious and there is not commitment with the client.

I purchased a 2016 GMC Acadia Denali from Gateway Buick GMC. I came with my own financing & purchased late one weekday evening. I didn't realize until the next day that they gave me two key fobs but only one key. First problem! I called my sell's guy the next day. He's unable to provide a free second key, that'll be $50. Wow! Not even a full 24 hours later and I can't get a 2nd key to my $30k truck! Here's the good part, 3 days later it rains and all of the shiny stuff washes off my tires. I notice a nail in the side wall of the rear driver side and that all 4 are really worn. I called the service manager & was told once you drive it off the lot, we're not responsible. I took it in to THEIR service department the next day and asked if they think the tires need to be replaced. They said if not today, definitely at your next oil change, which in this case will be MY FIRST! I still have several thousand miles before my first oil change as the truck's not even a month old. But needless to say I will have to purchase $800 tires. Please stay away from this dealership! I got my dream truck but I'm not sure how these tires passed any factory safety inspection, as the truck is still under factory warranty! Please go to Sewell. I literally had an Enclave on hold at Sewell and opted for the Acadia - Denali my dream car at Gateway. You cannot beat customer service, which Sewell Buick GMC Dallas has always provided me. I also experienced the bait switch here! Came in because of an internet price on an Enclave and happen to see my dream vehicle which wasn't on their website at the time. Please spend your time and money elsewhere, consider yourself warned. I think its reasonable to expect a certified used car that's undergone a 26 point safety inspection, to have reasonably new tires, when you drive it off the lot. The wear on these tires would've been a deal breaker, had I noticed in the light of day!
