Saved the day AGAIN! - lou86
Three years ago we were expecting our third baby which was a miraculous surprise, but it put us into a situation where we needed a bigger car ASAP. We went to Jerry’s and they were able to get us into a 2010 GMC Acadia that was fully loaded and had decent miles for its age. They really took care of us and gave us a great deal. Well Thursday, we found ourselves in another have to situation. Because I ended up having to drive my car a ton more than we had planned at purchase, my Acadia was on its last leg. It needed some really expensive repairs and we didn’t have or want to put the money into it. I was just shy of panic mode when I called my Dad who had had been in the car business. He told me to call Jerry’s again to see if they could help me and if they would be ok with talking to him on my behalf. I spoke to Michelle Blankenship and she was amazing. She said she would be happy to talk to me AND my Dad and since I live in Little Elm and couldn’t drive easily 2 hours with toddlers, she communicated with me by phone and text. I sent her pictures of my car, filled out the credit app online, told her what my top choice was and she told me she would get with finance and do her best to get me into that car. The next day I was able to go get my new car. All I had to do was sign the paperwork and switch cars. Mike Tunstall was my finance manger. He was amazing and really went to bat for us. They accepted my car, problems and all, and gave me a more than fair value for it. Because I was still upside down on my car, our credit was decent but not amazing, AND we are self employed, he really had to fight for us. He was able to get our interest rate down over 2% and his manager saw that I had to drive a lot, so he increased our warranty an additional 25k miles for free! We also were able to get 5 year warranty on tires and rims with miles unlimited and gap insurance and all for a super affordable payment. I was able to leave with the vehicle I wanted (2017 Santa Fe Unlimited) and know that we got a really great deal. My Dad was also so impressed which is hard to do and he even plans on getting his and my mom’s new cars there and using Michelle and Mike.
Even though it’s a 2 hour drive one way, I won’t go anywhere else but Jerry’s. They have a customer for life in me and my family. Aside from the great deals they’ve given us, it’s obvious they really care. They told me their motto is to treat each customer as though they were their actual family, and I really felt that the both times I was there. Michelle was the sweetest and Mike was so kind and generous. I couldn’t be more grateful for their help not once but twice.

My family and I went in to look at a car for my sister. As soon as we walked up to the door we were greeted by a friendly face, Jonathan Richardson. He took us to his office and began the process. After we looked at the car and took it for a test drive (which looked and drove amazing), we went back to his office and talked with manager Mike A. Both men treated us with a lot of care, respect, and flexibility to our demands. And finally, we were taken to Tim G. to finalize the buy. Tim was very friendly, patient and helpful. Explained every detail and answer every question we asked, regardless of how repetitive we were. In the end, the deal was finalized and my sister was able to walk out happy with a brand new car, for a very fair price. This place has outstanding customer service: very friendly , and helpful . Definitely will recommend it to friends and family.

I’ve been to this service center many times because it’s the only one in Mesquite that I am aware of. This time, the service was on time and completed in a timely manner. However, my car was not washed noer was it vacuumed, as every other time I’ve had service. Then 2 or 3 hours after I had left the dealership, I get a tet saying my car is ready.

I came there to test drive an Elantra GT one night an hour before closing. I was told before I came that they did price matching as I had found the same vehicle online at another dealership for much less. When I got there I had to wait and was tossed from one salesman to another after my test drive. I was very interested in the vehicle and asked repeatedly their price. They were not up front about it at all. Once I told them the price I found elsewhere online they trash talked the other dealership and I was told there was no way they would actually sell me that car that cheap. I told them I couldn't afford their price but they still kept insisting we could work something out. The salesman said he was unable to give me a true price without pulling my credit. I am very weary of a bunch of unnecessary hard inquiries going onto my credit report. I was then argued with for even longer until I finally told them I had to go and would come back tomorrow. This was only after the finance manager told me he would call me with some numbers the next morning. That didn't happen. I still came back because they kept saying they could get the payment where I needed it to be. This was not true and they knew that all along. The salesman again argued with me and then tried to sell me another vehicle I wasn't interested in. When I asked him the price of this vehicle, he STILL was not upfront about the price. I was very unsatisfied with the customer service I received here and left immediately after. I do not recommend this place. However I did really like the finance manager Ward that talked to me. He was very nice as was the original salesman who took me on my test drive. Be weary if they aren't giving you a solid price for a vehicle and DO NOT let them pull your credit until they've negotiated a deal that will work for you! Don't be bullied by this rude sales guy. His name isn't even on this list but it's something like Mauricio?? The one I liked who took me on the test drive has blue eyes and walks with a limp. Nice guy!! Also like to give a shout-out to Ward for his impeccable fashion sense! ;)
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH FINANCE MANAGER - K Flores
This dealership was friendly and helpful at first. I did NOT want the extended warranty, but the financial manager added it my contract anyway. When I asked him to remove it, he said he did not NEED to redo the paperwork. I could just remove the warranty after-the-fact by sending a cancellation order later and that my payments would go back to the original stated amount. But, afterwards - he told me a different story saying the Extended Warranty amount would be credited to the last few payments of the note. I told him this wasn't acceptable, but he told me he could not change the contract. I asked for verification that he did cancel the warranty. He never gave it. So I called the Extended Warranty office myself. After 2 months, it turns out that it NEVER WAS cancelled. I would have been paying for something I had not agreed to and didn't know I had. I tried to contact the manager of the dealership and he never returned my numerous calls. After I signed my contract with them, they were VERY uncooperative afterwards. They knew I was short on time when I came in to purchase and needed to make this deal quickly. They took advantage of that and used it to cheat me. They also entered my address incorrectly on the financial documents, so I didn't receive my first two statements and had to make my payments by phone. I feel this was done intentionally in order to keep my fooled that the warranty fee was removed. I had to cancel the warranty on my own. The warranty company is supposedly sending me a refund soon. It will be a check made out to Hyundai Finance. When I receive it, I am supposed to take it to Hyundai and they will credit my loan. I am not satisfied with the method of adjusting the refund so even though I know I will lose money on this transaction, I will get rid of this vehicle right away. I NO LONGER WISH TO DEAL WITH HYUNDAI !!! The finance manager that I dealt with is Rick.

This was a excellence experience for me. My initial visit was to get my vehicle serviced but ended up purchasing a new Santa Fe. Lisa Conway, was still new but went out of her way to make sure I was satisfied with her service, because I wasn't feeling my best when I was there. I would recommend Hiley Hyundai, to anyone looking for a new or used Hyundai's. Mike, New Car Manager, Seth Finance Manager & Lisa Conway, were able to pull together and work out a deal for me. The dealership is very clean and well kept. However, the service is subpar. The sales team refused to recognize customer needs and were unwilling to accommodate. Had a scheduled appointment to view a vehicle and had to leave work early in order to make the appointment only to find out upon arrival that the vehicle I wanted to purchase had not arrived. No call to let me know and basically no recollection of the appointment at all. The aura reeked of arrogance.
