Radford Pannell was an awesome salesman. He was not pushy at all. He listened to what I wanted, offered me options and then did everything possible to make sure that I got the car I wanted.

Great Dealership - Matt126
Worked with Tristan and Kyle to get me in a used truck. Great professionalism and attitude about the sell. Tristan even drove to my work to get my truck detailed and serviced top to bottom for free and had it back before I left work. Great job Burleson Nissan!

Used Car Scam: Bait and Switch Sales - Dmjonestx
I made an appointment to see/drive a used car they had advertised both on their website and on truecar.com. I did my research on the vehicle prior to my appointment. The carfax showed that the car had already passed inspection and was "offered for sale' 6 days prior to my appointment. When I showed up, the person with whom I scheduled the appointment took my information and then after going to the back, came back and told me I needed to meet with the Used Car Sales Mgr. It was at this time the manager informed me the car didn't pass inspection and could not be sold. He offered to show me a car that cost more than twice than the car I was trying to buy. I explained to him that I came to buy a car outright not to finance one and the car that I had come to see was within my budget. He then said they might sell it at the auction but if they opted to make the necessary repairs, they would end up selling the car for more. I asked him what the repairs were and he wouldn't tell me. He offered me no details whatsoever. The CarFax clearly shows that the vehicle not only passed inspection but is cleared for sale. It is an unethical business practice to list something on your website and then say it's not available for sale.
Should be NO STARS!!! - Abrooks0109
Don’t buy a car here! I bought a used car from this dealership, after I paid for the car in cash I expected to be handed my keys. The sales man told me it wasn’t ready yet and he would have it delivered the next day. A week has gone by and I still do not have my car or money back. The management is terrible. They will dodge your calls and always be in meetings. When you finally do talk to one they don’t know what’s going on. They say they will call you back but never do. The very worst experience with a car dealership I’ve ever had. Lies on top of more lies! Two weeks later and after calling and calling the salesman told me they “lost” the check. Mangers Alex and Trey should not be any where near management. They shouldn’t even be allowed to still work there.

Worst customer service and dealership i have ever experience - Adriana Cernat
i change my cars every year or 2 years. i go through my autonavigator already approved when i walk in. the dealer had one price advertised online and everywhere but when i got there with the deal, the price was different and of course higher. i showed them the error and asked if they honor their own offer, they said no. it was only a 4k discount they needed to give me so i can walk out with the car. completely disinterested, they said plainly no after an hour. the cars i was looking at, 3, none worked and the battery was dead on all so i could not test drive them. 2018 model sitting in the parking lot for pathfinders. and still no deal for 4k.i have never encountered a finance manager like that. even in his system overnight the internet changed the price and matched what the website had and he still had to call IT in front of me to verify why.....i will never go back there for as long as i buy cars.
crooked clay cooley - steve

Do NOT BUY here! EVER!!!! - Gregory Don Frederick
These guys will lie and lie to you again and again! They are selling hail damaged vehicles as new. They won't even tell you unless you ask for a report stating there has not been any damage to the vehicle.
We are talking about NEW vehicles with 25 miles on them. But they have had extensive glass breakage and hail dent repairs.
They will not tell you unless you ask for a printed statement stating whether there has been damage.
I highly encourage you to buy elsewhere! BEWARE!!!!!!

Purchased a used Maxima in August of 2003. Noticed a vibration coming from the front wheels. Took it to Kevin and explained the noice and he said it was just the brakes. Got it fixed....few months later same thing again, this time it was the brake pads. Got that fixed and then continued this cycle for two years until finally the vibration got so bad that the entire car was shaking. Took it to Thornhill Nissan in Fort Worth because we were afraid to drive it all the way to Urban. Thornhill noticed as soon as the car was lifted up that the wheel on the front passenger side was about to fall off! Thornhill fixed it and no problem since. Of course this was identified after the warranty had expired. Urban Nissan Service is a bunch of money grubbing jerks and they don't care about their customers. Kevin just wants the commission for unnecessary work. DO NOT USE URBAN NISSAN FOR SERVICE...YOU WILL REGRET IT!
