After receiving NO HELP from Fiat-Chrysler, it was Javier, Eddie, Chris and Forest Lane Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram to the rescue! There are 3 jeep dealerships closer to where I live but will gladly pass them in order to return to Forest Lane CDJR for superior service!

I do not recommend this dealership to anyone the sales person and the managers are very unprofessional they say that they will put you in a vehicle and that’s a lie I was with the sales guy and I guess his manager called him and told him something he did not even reply one word to me he just walked off and left Standing there like a piece of trash and when I walked to my car I realize that he had the keys to my car..He didn’t even have the courtesy to give them back to me I had to ask him for them I guess he wanted me to walk home!👎🏼

I took my car in for it not starting. They tell me it’s the fuel pump rely and they have to wire it in. Only changed rely but charged me for the whole job. I even have pictures or the area and when I called and asked they never returned my calls. They will scam you on repairs. Please watch out!!
I have done reviews on other sites and they say they want to talk. When they called me he said would call me back and never did. So the replies to reviews saying they want to resolve the issue is just more lies.

Worst experience. My husband and I came into dealership to purchase a Dodge Durango RT after corresponding with Aaron thru email. Aaron treated us like we were second grade customers and made several remarks that TRUMP is to blame for interest rates. Even though I had told him that our credit was good. He was very argumentative and even had a yelling match with my husband. I have previously bought 3 vehicles from them with no problems. I hate that one employee can change my view of this dealership but he was very unprofessional for an Internet salesman.

I sat in the lane to be helped for 30 minutes, no one ever came to help, greet, or even to say I'll be with you in a minute. They were helping everyone around me though. All I needed was my license plates put on. I ended up leaving and going next door to the Hyundai dealers service department. They helped immediately. This is the second time I have tried to get help from Autonation Dodge service department and both times they have left me just sitting there so I know now not to go back.
