Worked with John Mosqueda for purchase of a 2019 Outback Limited 3.6R. We started communicating via internet in March, and John was helpful and responsive in sending me details including pricing, sticker, of the cars I was interested in---low pressure. Stopped by dealership in mid-April to get a price on a potential trade-in, and set in an Outback while there. Came the next day and traded in two cars, test drove the Outback, and purchased the car. I liked the low pressure vibe in the dealership. Also, they have a great snack bar area for customers (to use while car is being serviced), and their shop looks really clean and immaculate. It was the easiest new car purchasing transaction I've ever done.

Three years ago we were expecting our third baby which was a miraculous surprise, but it put us into a situation where we needed a bigger car ASAP. We went to Jerry’s and they were able to get us into a 2010 GMC Acadia that was fully loaded and had decent miles for its age. They really took care of us and gave us a great deal. Well Thursday, we found ourselves in another have to situation. Because I ended up having to drive my car a ton more than we had planned at purchase, my Acadia was on its last leg. It needed some really expensive repairs and we didn’t have or want to put the money into it. I was just shy of panic mode when I called my Dad who had had been in the car business. He told me to call Jerry’s again to see if they could help me and if they would be ok with talking to him on my behalf. I spoke to Michelle Blankenship and she was amazing. She said she would be happy to talk to me AND my Dad and since I live in Little Elm and couldn’t drive easily 2 hours with toddlers, she communicated with me by phone and text. I sent her pictures of my car, filled out the credit app online, told her what my top choice was and she told me she would get with finance and do her best to get me into that car. The next day I was able to go get my new car. All I had to do was sign the paperwork and switch cars. Mike Tunstall was my finance manger. He was amazing and really went to bat for us. They accepted my car, problems and all, and gave me a more than fair value for it. Because I was still upside down on my car, our credit was decent but not amazing, AND we are self employed, he really had to fight for us. He was able to get our interest rate down over 2% and his manager saw that I had to drive a lot, so he increased our warranty an additional 25k miles for free! We also were able to get 5 year warranty on tires and rims with miles unlimited and gap insurance and all for a super affordable payment. I was able to leave with the vehicle I wanted (2017 Santa Fe Unlimited) and know that we got a really great deal. My Dad was also so impressed which is hard to do and he even plans on getting his and my mom’s new cars there and using Michelle and Mike.
Even though it’s a 2 hour drive one way, I won’t go anywhere else but Jerry’s. They have a customer for life in me and my family. Aside from the great deals they’ve given us, it’s obvious they really care. They told me their motto is to treat each customer as though they were their actual family, and I really felt that the both times I was there. Michelle was the sweetest and Mike was so kind and generous. I couldn’t be more grateful for their help not once but twice.

Ill be honest I was not considering an Infinity. I was looking at Lincoln, Cadillacs and Audi SUV. What I realized is the price point I was looking for those dealers couldnt fit my budget looking in the range of 40k. To make the long story short, I got a 49k for less than what those other car companies was going to charge me money down and monthly combined! I dont know how Infinity did it but, it was a no brainer for me. DJ made this process so easy and Ill be honest when I worked out the numbers on the phone with him I thought it was just a ploy to get me in. It was legit, no silly games or wasting each others time. Everyone that has been in the car so far loves the car, my wife is forcing me to trade cars now. Needless to say Im sure we will be back to upgrade her car and you know Ill be working on DJ for the same good deal! I already recommended my co-worker to DJ.
