Traded in an 06 Kia Sorento on 9/27/08 and purchased a new 08 Kia Sorento. By mid-October they had not paid off my trade-in so I started trying to contact them - with absolutely no luck. Each time I was able to get a live person they transfered me to a voice mail. On November 17 went to the dealership and the lot is empty and all cars are gone! Classic Kia did not pay off my trade-in, did not process the title, pay tax or register my new car (or the trade-in they have sold already). They also didn't process or pay for the extended warranty or GAP insurance we purchased. I am stuck now with two loans - one on a car that I don't have possession of and the other on a car that is not registered or titled to me. This is a HUGE MESS!! Buz Post and Classic Kia have totally messed up my credit and turned my life upside down!

Came in and they had me approved within less than an hour Vic and Mike were so nice to me and even brought me out of the mood i was in when i arrived the entire process was smooth and i left with the car of my dreams and most of all AC!!!!
