Worst experience i've ever had with a GM dealer ever! The lack of follow up on simple emails or phone calls is unbelievable to me. Told my salesperson from the beginning i wanted to buy the car today. Spent the day waiting on him and then when i'm getting ready to drive over there he emails me saying they sold the car?! really! Maybe if Juan would have answered the phone when my credit union called they could have sent over the drafting instructions at the end of the day, had them rushing because of his lack of follow up.

Got a quote on a 2019 Equinox 1LT with confidence and convenience package for $28,600 out-the-door. When I got there, they tried to raise the price to $29,200 saying that I didn't qualify for a $600 rebate KNOWING that had already been discussed in a text message with the salesman. I walked out and went to Peter's Chevrolet in Longview and bought the SAME Equinox for $25,200. That's $4,000 less for the SAME vehicle.

We took our vehicle in because it was running roughly. They said it was only running on 5 of 6 cylinders, it was ok to drive home, and to bring it back in the morning. The said it would cost $750 to repair. I blindly done business with them for over 30 years. We asked a friend of ours in the car business to take a look at what they where going to do. He said a lot of it didn't make sense and he would take a quick look at it. A long story short, it took him about an hour total, only having to replace a coil pack, $47.

(A $59K truck!!!!) we got to the dealership close to closing time, he met us outside- asked us to take a seat, test drove our trade-in, 5 minutes later he came back, wrote down our phone number, and said he would call us tomorrow when he could get an idea of the value of our trade (which was a 2008 model diesel truck). So much for Bacon wanting to sell a vehicle if it is anywhere close to 6 o'clock!!! The next morning we met with James Brown at Van Chevrolet in Carrolton (TX) and purchased our new truck! BAD Business David Westbrook!!!!!!!

This was the most pleasant experience I've had buying a new car. All the staff at Coleman Chevrolet were friendly and honest.
I had a follow up visit a few months later for warranty work and the response was just as good as my initial purchase.

We traded in our car at this dealership on a new car. It took then over 2 months to pay off our old car, so we took a credit hit. Then we went in to have our second key programmed (for free) and two weeks later we get a phone call saying they should have charged us $75 to program the key. We did not pay this. Now we have a flat tire. We were told that we get 2 free sets of tires with this car. The dealership is now refusing to honor this free tire guarantee. My husband was trying to change our flat tire to the spare and upon looking in the trunk, there is no spare tire. We were told today that a spare tire is an "option". An option! Floor mats were apparently an option too, as our car did not come with those either. I will never use this dealership again. They are crooks and shady. They chase you through the parking lot as you are driving looking at cars too. Very much a shady, wolves in sheep' clothing type of place. I would leave zero stars it that was an option.

I bought a new 2009 Silverado from this dealer while a GM 60-day buyback program was in effect. I wasn't happy with the truck and decided to return it. When I did, I was told they couldn't take the truck back because I signed a document accepting a $500 rebate in lieu of participating in the buyback program. I knew I didn't sign such a document, so I asked for a copy of it. The moment I saw it, it was instantly obvious that was NOT my signature. I told the owner that wasn't my signature, but he disagreed. He claims he talked to the finance manager who swore he watched me sign it, which was a lie! Ultimately, a handwriting analyst was called in who verified that was NOT my signature. Ultimately, I filed a forgery report with the Henderson police department and was given a full refund on the truck. The owner, Don Gabriel, was a complete jerk to me...until he found out his dealer forged a document.

BEWARE: I purchased a Vehicle from them paid cash for a brand new 2015 vehicle it has been over 18 day's since having the vehicle and none of the items I was promised did I receive. Full tank of gas, Car detailing and cleaning , I did not receive my owners manual Book cover was not in my vehicle, My second set of Keys The sales person didn't give to me, and then part of my deal was to have a spoiler put on the back of my car and they are now trying to put a after market spoiler on my brand new 2015 Camaro. A incorrect License plate holder that does not fit my car, There response was they could drill holes in the front of my car and retro fit it ?? The sales person was attentive until i gave them the Cashier check paying for the vehicle in full. but once I left there with my brand new dirty and muddy vehicle. the contact had stopped I then called the sales manager with my issues and then was told what do you want me to do about it. I have then called the Main Chevrolet office who wants to bounce me back to a enraged dealership that has emailed me being very rude to me. I will probably be forced to seek legal action against this dealership . I do not recommend anyone buy from these people the are the most arrogant , flighty people that talk to you like a dog. I would not trust them 5 seconds in my vehicle or to do anything to it with the attitude emails I have from the Sales manager
