Thankful for Jason Smith and Vernon Hall for diagnosing and fixing my Chevy Sonic so quickly. And a shout out to Adrian Cortes for always checking on me and my car every time I come in too. I should have written a review when I first bought my car and thanked Jeriamy Schumacher as well! Very thankful for all the ways McKaig has helped me over the past few years. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

I had a great expierience. I came in for a state inspection while they were slammed with customers. I had my 1 year old son with me, (or my Crue man as I like to call him) his diaperbag, our lunch, and a couple drinks. My hands were full literally and figuratively.
I had forgotton my insurance card and I couldnt get a hold of anyone from my insurance company. I started to panic bc I was holding up the line, had a baby darting towards a showroom corvette, and sweet tea dripping all over the place.
A manager sprung into action by holding my son with a fatherly touch, he gave me a computer to access my insurance, and a salesman even came up and dialed a magic number that got me to an agent right away. It was a family environment to say the least and I felt a WOW factor as my inspection was done in minutes after handing over my documentation.
Ha Ha I'll definetly be back... if they will take me :/

Lack of Customer Service, Shady Dealership - velvetrage21177
We traded in our car at this dealership on a new car. It took then over 2 months to pay off our old car, so we took a credit hit. Then we went in to have our second key programmed (for free) and two weeks later we get a phone call saying they should have charged us $75 to program the key. We did not pay this. Now we have a flat tire. We were told that we get 2 free sets of tires with this car. The dealership is now refusing to honor this free tire guarantee. My husband was trying to change our flat tire to the spare and upon looking in the trunk, there is no spare tire. We were told today that a spare tire is an "option". An option! Floor mats were apparently an option too, as our car did not come with those either. I will never use this dealership again. They are crooks and shady. They chase you through the parking lot as you are driving looking at cars too. Very much a shady, wolves in sheep' clothing type of place. I would leave zero stars it that was an option.

We took our vehicle in because it was running roughly. They said it was only running on 5 of 6 cylinders, it was ok to drive home, and to bring it back in the morning. The said it would cost $750 to repair. I blindly done business with them for over 30 years. We asked a friend of ours in the car business to take a look at what they where going to do. He said a lot of it didn't make sense and he would take a quick look at it. A long story short, it took him about an hour total, only having to replace a coil pack, $47.

Our Suburban was towed to the Bacon Chevrolet in Palestine. The first 2 times I called, no one ever picked up the phone after I was transferred. The third call, I finally got to talk to someone who told me they did not have time to even look at the car and there was nothing they could do and could not provide a rent car until a mechanic looked at it. (we live 3.5 hours away) They got it to start and told us it was just the battery. We were 3 miles down the road with the stabiltrak and traction control light began to come on again and then the check engine light came on about an hour later. It would not start once we returned home and turned the vehicle off. I took it to another dealership this morning that has much better customer service.

They were EXTREMELY unprofessional. I took my car up there(which was running at the time) because it was having starting problems. They called me the next day and said it would cost me almost 600 dollars to fix it because the Mass Air Flow Sensor and the Throttle Cable had to be replaced. The Throttle cable was fine when I went up there but as I went back I noticed it had obviously cut or tampered with. When I asked the manager about this he called me a liar and told me to never come back. I will NEVER go back and suggest you don't go as well. Words cannot explain my frustration.

The owners are wonderful people! They are always friendly,kind, and very trustworthy! I have total trust in them!! Their sales people are the same way. Michael and Amy Cutshaw make you feel at home when you come there! The service department is just as great!!! Dale and Jessie run that service department with superior skills! They know their job and can get you an answer quickly!

Another awesome job by Jeff Barnes and the service department at Peltier Chevrolet. I have never had a bad experience with this dealership. I did not purchase my car at this dealership but I still receive excellent service.
