My sales manager, Jeriamy Schumacher, was so generous and ensured I got the best deal for my trade in and purchase. 19 years elapsed since my last new car purchase, and I thought it would be a hassle. My first stop was at Huffines. Kimberly Corey greeted me as I entered and she systematically showed me what was available without the usual pressure associated with sales. The offer looked good, but I was determined to find something better. I did, but not without some pressure to close the deal immediately. When I asked Kimberly if Huffines could beat the second offer, she did. A lot has changed in automobiles in the last 19 years and to my amazement, Kimberly took extraordinary time to show me everything about he vehicle. Then upon pick-up of the vehicle, Chris Ninos also made sure I was comfortable with everything before I drove away. A wonderful, painless experience, pleasant sales staff and an excellent facility. I went into this dealership open to buying a car. Upon arrival someone greeted me immediately and took me to the car I requested. They allowed me to take the rims off of another 2018 Camaro I spotted with out a second thought. Negotiating the price of the car was not exhausting or painful at all (unlike my previous car buying experience). The used car sales manager (Robert) ensured that I was comfortable and taken care of the entire time even physically spot cleaning the front seats to my expectations. He was great and veryyyy personable. He made my experience one of a kind and I appreciate it.

Drove 3 hours to get a truck I searched for all over Texas, talked about it to the Salesman for a few days and we had everything finalized. I get there and I was pawned off instantly from the lady I was suppose to be meeting and knows everything that me and the guy have worked out. Get a guy that knows NOTHING and now we have to do it ALL OVER. Turns out the salesman I was talking to, was told he didn't even work there. best part? THEY SOLD THE xxxx TRUCKS I DROVE 3 HOURS TO BUY. I've owned all Chevy products for 15 years, not anymore. Me and my brother went there to both get new Silverados, but we were looked at and treated like we couldn't even afford a bowtie emblem. Really? Because how I look and dress? No respect. Someone even asked, are you lost? Cant believe it. Not chevy. But it's okay me and my brother are both going to get new Rams tomorrow. Thanks Chevy!

Was looking around many dealers for a specific vehicle and came a cross one here at this dealership. Sales person was Dominic and he was very helpful in answering my questions about the Traverse I was looking at. I feel I paid a little more than what their truck was worth but what made up for it was they gave me more than fair value on my trade. The Finance person was a pleasure to work with and my rate very close to what i was looking for. Overall experience was good with all staff I came across.

Worst experience i've ever had with a GM dealer ever! The lack of follow up on simple emails or phone calls is unbelievable to me. Told my salesperson from the beginning i wanted to buy the car today. Spent the day waiting on him and then when i'm getting ready to drive over there he emails me saying they sold the car?! really! Maybe if Juan would have answered the phone when my credit union called they could have sent over the drafting instructions at the end of the day, had them rushing because of his lack of follow up.

Carlisle Chevrolet Buick GM C Cadillac in Waxahachie, Tx. I had a concern about the vehicle I was given and i called to speak to the General Manager Ronald Ferguson. Mr. Ferguson refused to speak to me and yelled the entire time on the phone. He told me he didn't want to hear what I had to say or change his mind. I cant believe Carlisle's allow a person like Ronald Ferguson to be their General Manager and treat customers like he treated me. Carlisle claims customer satisfaction. Well I believe the General Manage Ronald Ferguson didn't get the memo because he sure was very very rude and refused to hear my concern. I must admit the sale person Dustin was very nice very curious and polite. Eddie the fiance person was also polite but I question his interest of the customer. Unfortunately I cant say the same for the General Manager Ronald Ferguson who was very very rude and disrespectful.
Promises, promises, promises...... - Unhappy buyer
Purchased a used CPO 2017 Chevy Express van on 2/20/18 paying cash. Window sticker said the vehicle had a remote keyless entry. There was no remote key fob according to the salesperson, Josh. But he said he would get one for me and mail it (we live in AL and bought the van in Dallas). After several ignored emails I sent Josh requesting an update I finally bought a remote fob online and had it programmed (total cost $57.95). I contacted the General Manager on 6/1/18 and the next business day Josh emails me and asks me to send him the receipts for the purchase and I would be reimbursed. I sent those as attachments via email on 6/4 but still 2 months later have no reimbursement. During that time I made two more attempts to contact Josh for an update, but those were ignored as well.
Bottom line : You will be treated well and promised what you want to hear before the sale. Afterwards....don't hold your breath for any promises made and please don't expect to have any response to your attempts to contact them.

I've always bought used cars privately. I thought there were benefits to buying a newer used car from a dealer, so took the step. Not only have I had terrible experiences with working with the dealer, but I've asked no less than 10 times to get off of their call list.
They call me almost weekly to tell me they want to buy the car I purchased from them. They couldn't even tell me what car it was most of the time. I've begged and pleaded to get off their call list.
I would not recommend this company or the people that work there.

We took our vehicle in because it was running roughly. They said it was only running on 5 of 6 cylinders, it was ok to drive home, and to bring it back in the morning. The said it would cost $750 to repair. I blindly done business with them for over 30 years. We asked a friend of ours in the car business to take a look at what they where going to do. He said a lot of it didn't make sense and he would take a quick look at it. A long story short, it took him about an hour total, only having to replace a coil pack, $47.

(A $59K truck!!!!) we got to the dealership close to closing time, he met us outside- asked us to take a seat, test drove our trade-in, 5 minutes later he came back, wrote down our phone number, and said he would call us tomorrow when he could get an idea of the value of our trade (which was a 2008 model diesel truck). So much for Bacon wanting to sell a vehicle if it is anywhere close to 6 o'clock!!! The next morning we met with James Brown at Van Chevrolet in Carrolton (TX) and purchased our new truck! I had been treated rudely and puchy at other dealerships and a friend of mine knew a guy named "Jason" that worked here, so we came in and spoke with him about what I was looking for but unfortunately their current cars were over my price limit. However, Jason took our number and said he would call if he found anything for us and would keep an eye out. Well, no more than 20 mins later he called us and let us know He found me a 2010 Toyota Camry, and it was very fairly priced and very good car. It was a coworkers fathers car he didnt really have for sale before, but to try and give me what I was looking for, offered it to me. Now if that is not going above and beyound I dont know what is! This was the most pleasant experience I've had buying a new car. All the staff at Coleman Chevrolet were friendly and honest.
I had a follow up visit a few months later for warranty work and the response was just as good as my initial purchase.
