Alex Medina does it right. Initial process to get my Ford F150 repaired was smooth and Alex kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. He was professional, courteous, and he has the right demeanor for the job. After picking up my repaired truck I noticed a slight rattle noise whenever the door closed over the next several weeks. It wasn't until approximately 1.5 months later where I was able to give them a call to inquire about my options to have it looked into since it began after the door was replaced. I was told to swing on by whenever I had time so an estimator could take a look.
I showed up and Alex came out to meet me and I asked him to listen to my concerns. He did and 30 minutes later I was out of there with a fixed door. I was extremely pleased with what I initially thought might be a challenge after that much time had passed. It wasn't.
I'll save my opinion for the customer satisfaction 5 star approach and random survey for another day. Just wanted to share my experience with this dealership. Take care of this guy Lute Riley!
Outstanding Service - It's Mine
I have been an Orr BMW customer since 2005, it is the service after the sale that keeps me happy. Orr BMW employs high trained and skilled service technicians, my Tech is Brandon Roberts and he is awesome. If Brandon is working on another car I will wait for his availability. The Service Advisors April, Frank, and Sarah are true professional, they know my car as soon as I give my name. BMW is the ultimate driving machine but your service department is the ultimate team in my opinion.

Made an appt.10 days prior,went in on time and got signed in. About 30 min.later the owner of the dealeship came and told me they wouldn't be getting to my truck today,I asked why since I had an appt.and he told me he wasnt putting me in front of his customers since I hadn't bought the truck from him,I asked for the nearest GMC dealers phone number in Corsicana,he then rudely told me "it's in the phone book,go look it up" and walked off.This man is the rudest a**hole I have ever met to be the owner of a dealership. I then called a friend and got the number to the other dealer on my own. The service consultant at Carl Whites in Corsicana told me to come on up and they would take care of me. I drove straight up there and they took me in and diagnosed my problem,ordered the parts and made a next day appt.to install the parts.I am fixing to be on my way up there shortly.Hmmm,this dealer cares enough to work someone in for warranty work two days in a row and is a LOT busier than CenTex was.
As an added note,an ex service tech from Centex told me the owner used to tell his employees he doesn't want service/warranty work,all he is interested in is selling new vehicles. SO,beware if you are thinking of buying a vehicle or getting a vehicle in his service dept for warranty work,if you dont believe me just call and ask for Mr Goswick and try to get in to get service if you didnt buy it there and see how rude he is to you......
