This dealership is a godsend! My Grandmother, Kathy, originally bought her car from another dealership that was a nightmare through and through. We knew her vehicle needed some repairs from how it was driving but after being told 3 times by the dealership that she purchased it from that there was nothing wrong with it, she didn’t know what to do since obviously that dealership had zero integrity.
Luckily she was referred to Toliver Dodge in Corsicana and words cannot express how amazing the experience was. Her service advisor, Jon Peeler, listened to her very intently and assured her that her concerns would be addressed with the utmost care and boy did they ever! She only had a few weeks left on her power train warranty which worried her but not after Jon and the mechanics got ahold of her vehicle. They completely rebuilt the transmission and fixed her oil pan leak along with some other needed repairs in record time and assured her that they were here to help if anything else should arise. It’s sad that the dealership she originally purchased her “certified pre-owned” from would try and take advantage of an old woman like that but thankfully Toliver Dodge, Jon and his team came along and sent her into the Holidays with renewed spirit. Seriously, no matter the drive, this place deserves your business!

To those interested, my experience with Ed Lewis at Huffines in Plano:
Shortly after inquiring about a vehicle online, Mr. Ed Lewis called me within 10 min, at the time it was 15 till 9:00 PM. He answered all questions over the phone as best he could with the information he had at the time including financing options, similar vehicles, availability, etc. I told him I could be over in 30 minutes.
He helped me look well at the vehicle in and out at my own comfort and helped look for any details. Gave me a test drive and answered more nit picky questions I had for him. Honestly I was a pest with the amount of questions, yet his politeness and professionalism not once wavered. All in all, the time it took to purchase my new vehicle was 2 hours.
Even after I found a small scratch of a detail days after, Ed told me he would take care of me and my new car on a day he had off. He brought in my vehicle, fixed any small details at no cost as well as providing me a means of transportation for my work. Even throughout the plates and registration, he kept me well updated by text and call!
Ed Lewis provided exceptional service of a gentleman and a scholar that in my opinion went above and beyond, providing me a great, safe, well market priced vehicle. I would recommend Mr. Ed Lewis' service for buying a vehicle to all my friends and family.

When I bought the truck I had 5 oil changes and tire rotations. I had completely forgotten I had the rotations. I came in for an oil change. When Megan sent the truck back, (without having to be asked) she took it on herself to have the tires rotated. In this day and age initiative is rare. The service manager Joseph has trained them well. When all you ever hear is the negative in reviews when someone goes the extra mile they should be recognized.

I took my car in for it not starting. They tell me it’s the fuel pump rely and they have to wire it in. Only changed rely but charged me for the whole job. I even have pictures or the area and when I called and asked they never returned my calls. They will scam you on repairs. Please watch out!!
I have done reviews on other sites and they say they want to talk. When they called me he said would call me back and never did. So the replies to reviews saying they want to resolve the issue is just more lies.

I used to love bringing my vehicles here, but now that Corey is gone, this place has gone to crap. Service advisors are clueless. Megan was okay to work with, and she can’t control what the jackwagons do in the back, but a little more communication would have been great. Phone rings off the hook while people stand around talking. Brought my truck in for a tire sensor issue and a new key fob programming and it’s still not done. 5 hours later, not done. Had an 8 o’clock appointment, first in line! What’s the sense in getting an appointment? Probably the two easiest things they had to do today! Just shameful!!!!!!!

Worst experience. My husband and I came into dealership to purchase a Dodge Durango RT after corresponding with Aaron thru email. Aaron treated us like we were second grade customers and made several remarks that TRUMP is to blame for interest rates. Even though I had told him that our credit was good. He was very argumentative and even had a yelling match with my husband. I have previously bought 3 vehicles from them with no problems. I hate that one employee can change my view of this dealership but he was very unprofessional for an Internet salesman.
6 Days in Service Department and never looked at my Jeep - swarren
My Jeep was scheduled for a service appointment on Wednesday at an early drop-off. I left it at the dealership earlier than scheduled. I received a text within 2 hours of dropping off. By Friday I had heard no update, so I texted my contact as requested by the initial text. Saturday, the text had yet to be responded to, so I called. My first attempt to call was disconnected after being put on hold. On my second call, I was told that my Jeep would be looked at on Saturday or Monday, and I would be contacted with an update. By 5:00 PM Monday, I had not been contacted, so I called. After a 15 minute hold, I was told I could not be given a status or update. I asked if I should come pick up my car. I was told yes, that they close at 7:00 PM. I picked up my car and took it home having no work completed, no one ever contact me from the dealership for updates or a solution to repair it. My Jeep is still broken after never being looked at. I feel that my 6 days without my car was wasted. As a side note, when I went to pick up my car they could not find my "file" either. I guess I fell through the cracks.

Worst experience ever. They gave OTD price and then upped it $800 when time to sign papers. We walked. They called us to ‘make it right’ promises to fill the tank, and have a Yukon loaner while they fixed some interior issues following Monday. Didn’t fill tank until asking 3 times, gave us a tiny loaner car that smelt like cat and vomit-had to drive with windows down gagging. When they called because it was finished, it wasn’t, and I wasn’t getting back in smelly car, they offered no help or a different car when I asked for both, so I had to call for a friend to come pick me up. It was a JOKE. I was nice and civil but very clear that I’d never be stepping in a Patterson establishment ever again. I’m still disgusted.
Horrible dealership. - Mistake
Customer service is horrible. I purchase the vehicle with cracked windshield and was told after 30 days i can get it fix free with my warranty solutions. I called warranty solutions and was told my warranty doesnt cover glass. So i call the dealership back and talk to my salesperson "Eric Smith" and he told me he cant help then i asked to speak with a manager and he hung up in my face. I tried to call him back with no answer. Then i call customer service desk and told christine what just happen and ask can i speak with a manager, she said they are busy and there is no one i can talk to. I ask for a name and number for a manager so i can call. She said she cant give out that info and also hung up in my face. Wow!! They charge me 19,440.00 for the car when we agreed to 17,500.00. They said the warranty was free but actuality it was 1,800.00. Horrible horrible horrible place of business
