Service Review - Rockdog
I just took my 17' Chevrolet 1500 HC in for a shudder while driving. Tyler in service listened to my description and asked great questions. We went for a test drive so he could better diagnose the issue. I have now picked it up, and the shudder is gone. Mariela got me into a loaner unit and took care of all the paper work while they worked on my pu. When I came to pick it up, It was fully explained what they completed to resolve the issue and all my questions were answered. This was covered under warranty, but I felt well taken care of. Thank you for the great service!

Jewel is always friendly and helpful when I need my Cadillac serviced. This particular time I had an issue with my touch screen, needed a state inspection and my oil changed. She made sure that everything was taken care of and the service department worked efficiently to get my car back to me within 24 hours. I would recommend Moore service department to all of my friends and family. They are always friendly in person or over the phone.

I remember it like it was yesterday.......I brought my vehicle in for routine service on a Saturday...read the paper, got coffee and was let's just say restless, I decided to sit in a car on the showroom floor that was pretty "sweet" I was in awe and just sat and watched the world go by me. It was over, I was in LOVE. This was "out of my box" it was a car. I don't like cars...then came Aaron. Did I mention I don't like to talk to car salesmen? Aaron is different, he LISTENS and UNDERSTANDS. I don't have time to talk, don't like it, wastes time....so Aaron respectfully asks me if he can text me. Then 4 days later I have a vehicle I LOVE. Aaron, is one of the most professional, understanding and I'm sure I could "google" more adjectives that you can describe him with to lease or purchase a vehicle.
I forgot to mention....I have NEVER leased a vehicle before until I talked with Aaron!

Bought a new 2016 Colorado, right out the driveway had a/c problems. Truck 18 months old rear ended goes out. Dealership has a loaner program but didn’t have a loaner for me. They also waited until they had my truck in the shop to tell me that neither tech that works in this part of the truck were unable to come in due to the storm Harvey. If I would have been told that up front I would have taken the truck somewhere else. Then they didn’t have the parts! A 3 day job turned into 2 weeks. Very deceptive dealership!

We were in Riverside Texas, June 2018, from Omaha, NE visiting family. My check engine light came on in my 2011 Chevy Cruze. We called Wiesner Chevrolet in Huntsville and Chris Lovelady went above and beyond to make sure we could get the car into their service department, get the warranty work approved (replacing entire turbo system), and have our car ready in a very timely matter so we could get home. The service mechanics and Mr. Lovelady are top notch and we are so appreciative of the extra effort they put in to getting my car fixed. I would definitely recommend Wiesner Chevrolet. Thanks again!!
AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE - MB nightmare
I went to this location based on the recommendation of MB North dealership. I was told since they were "convertible specialist" my car would wind up there regardless of where the body was done. My car had been vandalized and I thought it sounded reasonable to not have to go all over town.
After waiting 3 months, due to parts not ordered correctly, etc. I went to pick it up. Bob brings it around and I can tell immediately the top isn't right. His comment was it needed to stretch for a week. I've owned convertibles for 30 yrs, and while not a specialist, I know crappy work. Since the week was going to be the line drawn, I took it home. Thats where I found all the body work issues, glue, boot marks, rear window hanging out, top material tucked into grooves with a finger so it popped out if the top moved. ON the BBB site I finally found the GM's name Bill Sloan. I wrote him and was told it would be taken care of, they dropped the ball, etc. etc. The second pickup the top was repaired finally at a different shop, but the body work was still a mess. I have texted him about meeting tomorrow and have had no follow up. I am preparing letters to go to Autonation, MB North, and the TX AG since this is a nightmare. SAVE YOUR SANITY AND GO ANYWHERE ELSE.

I brought my car in for transmission work. After 3wks and multiple phone calls I finally was told I needed a new transmission. They cut me a deal on labor from $105-$95. Bad part is I should have let them charge me $105. They charged me 10hrs labor for a job that everyone else in the industry charges 8hrs or less. $1400 for the transmission which they marked up over $600. Wow!! Finally after 6wks I got my car back and they had the nerve to ask if I wanted them to do some other work. If your vehicle is not in for warranty work, you better get pricing up front and do a little research before you say O.K. First and Last time I use them. Almost forgot, the core price they quoted was not the truth either.

The Customer Service was remarkable. I obtained my claim number and contacted Toyota and told them I would be there in 5 minutes but, that I only had 30 minutes to drop off my car, get the rental and then get to work. In that short time frame, Karen, Johnathan Cortez and the Enterprise Representative, Andrew, moved like wildfire to get me in and out. They did it too. I made it to work only a few minutes late.
Within minutes of picking up my serviced vehicle, one of my tires was losing air. When I took my vehicle to a Discount Tire Store for repairs- I could not locate my wheel lock. I contacted Johnathan Cortez (Karen was very good about finding him for me if he wasn't at his desk). Johnathan advised that they use a master wheel lock so they had not used mine. He could have left it like that. But, he didn't. He was able to locate me a new wheel lock (only $41.00) and coordinated a way to get the new wheel lock over to the tire store.
As always Troy Garrison was wonderful in the service department too. Johnathan and Troy coordinated between Collision and Service to make sure all was repaired on my vehicle in a timely fashion.
For me - Gullo employees = Quality Customer Service.
