I have a 2018 f250 diesel and had run into an elk. Keep in mind I did not buy the vehicle from Bill Fick so I was worried about how I would be treated But, I dealt with Randall Miller in Service and Danette in the collision center and they were both the kindest most helpful individuals you could ask for. everything was done very professionally the body shop emailed me constantly keeping me updated on the work being done and service was second to none. Needless to say I asked the Collision Center to remove my dealer sticker on the tailgate and replace it with their own. Almost forgot to mention the total repair took only 7 days!!!

were a little sceptiable about doing business in a small town, after will greeted me on the lot, he wer very kind an knowledge about the f150 crew cab trucks. what really got my attention when he said he will locate exactely what i wanted get it to the dealership and it would not cost me anything.everything wrer presented to me in a very professional manner with no pressure to do anything. came back for a minor problem 2 days later he introduced me again to the service personell an the solved my issue without any hesitation.

They promised me a deal all they saw was dollar signs. They said the service the car like change oil and filters. The oil looked like it was time to be changed and the air filter was brown. New one would not have had so much brown to it. Not only will I not purchase another vehicle with them I will recommend to anybody that they do not go there either.
