Premier had the vehicle I wanted with the right price. Second vehicle I have bought from them. Sales team was great to work with! Took care of everything on the phone on one afternoon and picked it up the next day. Thanks to all for making the buying experience enjoyable.

3 weeks and Counting - Marylcollins8
3 weeks ago today, I had my Dodge Charger towed to Mike Smith Dodge when the Transmission control module went out, the car is still covered under Dodges Powertrain warranty. I have left many many voicemails and have not received one call back, I have emailed and haven’t received a response. Left voicemails with not only the Service Manager Mr Williams but also with the general manager of this location, again neither called back. When they don’t “drop my call” during hold times waiting to speak with someone, they tell me my car has been pushed back due to high volumes of customers. I’ve asked for a loaner car while I’m waiting for my car to be serviced and was denied, and told that the labor hours to fix my car (4 hours) didn’t qualify me for a loaner. I explained to them I was out of town when my car broke down and I live an hour and a half away, and this is my only means of transportation. When I was able to get a ride to this location, I was told I could wait and try to speak with a manager but they probably weren’t going to see me that day. After I spent some time waiting, I decided to leave. I am still waiting for a call back. 3 weeks later, still without a vehicle and no one can tell me when they will even look at my car for repairs. I am frustrated, angry, and at a loss at this time, I write this review because I wouldn’t want another person to have to be in such a situation that he/she is literally stranded with no vehicle due to poor management and/poor customer care.
Great Experience - DONNATRAYWICK
Everyone at this dealership was just so nice and knowledgeable. Best car buying experience I have ever had. Thanks to all that helped get me in a new car.
Excellent experience - veal,kathryn
We had an excellent & the perfect salesman. The sales man made sure that we were taken care of. Mid County makes you feel at home.
Fast and nice to deal with - BShizzle
Tire rotation and oil change. Quick and polite. Better than Mid County Jeep. Had an appointment and didn't have to wait. I'll go back for sure.
New car purchases - Travis3897
Love that it’s a small dealership, they really go the distance in helping you get exactly what you want. I will recommend to anyone looking for a great deal.
POSITIVE EXPERIENCES FOR SEVERAL YEARS - Jeep
We have bought our last several cars from Bounds. Knowing the family gave us confidence we were in good hands. Anytime there seemed to be a glitch, it was quickly tended to and corrected. All seven cars were well priced and we got good trades for our old cars. My husband died and I am about to embark on a new car search. Even though I now live in the Hill Country, I'm probably going back to Bounds. I know I can trust them and they will do me right.
Used Chrysler 300 Purchase - bolyard
Joel went above and beyond to help us buy a 2013 Chrysler 300. We had to fly in and pick it up and it was a couple weeks before we could get there and he had everything ready for us. My son is very happy with his new car and I would highly recommend Martin Chrysler.
Extremely helpful in purchasing my Jeep and in selling my Au - Caron Sue Staney
Bo Anderson answered all my questions and continued to be helpful even though my decision process took a long time. I visited the dealership three times before I selected this Jeep.
Excellent service - Essy,Arambula19

LACK OF INTEREST IN FOLLOWING THROUGH - Exhausted
I purchased a new 2015 3500 Dually from DeMontrond Dodge and gave them my business because of a past experience. After the deal was done, I found out several items about the way the contract was developed and how things, I was not told about, were added. I was not very happy but at least I had a new truck. In a very short time I starting having problems with the truck and I did not get any support from the dealership. First thing was abnormal wear on the right front tire which is an issue with the design of the ball joints. The tires ware was uneven within the first 5 thousand miles and the tire became unsafe. I also had two other tires with tread separation and almost had an accident because of them. I received no support from Chrysler nor the dealership to remedy the situation and had to buy two new tires and get refunded from the tire manufacturer. There have been a number of recalls on my truck and most of the time the dealership did not have the parts to conduct replacements. I have tried to contact the service rep many times and many times he does not answer my calls and I have to go to the dealership to get things done right. The truck has been in the shop at least 10 times since I purchased it and after repairs some of the issues still exist. The A/C blower motor went out and had to be replaced of which I was charged 100 dollars for installation. It took them almost 3 months to replace the exhaust system because of recalls. There are so many other issues it would take much more time to show them all here. Enough to say that I am very unhappy with the way the dealership is so disinterested in dealing with the customer after the initial sale. It seems their attitude is you bought the truck, get out of here.!!!
Great place - Tman
Researched online for a few days and looked at 1 other dealership. These guys had the biggest selection and the cheapest price hands down. John A. Is the man to talk to. No pressure. No gimmicks. Showed us a truck I asked for while getting my other appraised. They were very competitive on trade in value. Was late that night so I had to come back the next day. When I came in John was more then helpful again, even when I thought he was going to get irritated when I asked to see another color I’m the daylight. John did not get irritated. Showed me all the colors. Then we put together the deal. Before fincance I had the pleasure of meeting Scott. He was able to explain asscessories and the EVTS system. Great guy if anyone needs anything even if you already have a truck and need some upgrades. Sam the finance guy was straight forward and quick. Went through everything in detail. Very good guy. All in all I’ve worked with a bunch of dealerships and these guys knocked the experience out of the park.
Bait and Switch - MissLed
Called ahead to confirm vehicle availability and internet price, arrived preapproved. Test drove the exact advertised vehicle and tried to purchase for the price agreed to over the phone (and listed on the website). Dealer wanted msrp (which was $8k more), stated they could not meet the advertised price because it was incorrect. This price is still advertised for 4 of their vehicles (same make and model), they're using bait and switch to get people into the dealership.
What was also very odd was that everytime the salesman came back from 'talking with the manager' the price went UP(!?) the first time we thought it was a mistake.
We arrived preapproved, excellent credit and a willingness to purchase on the spot, also this particular car is a new 2018 that has been on the lot for over 181 days, what were they waiting for?
Oil leak - ScottR
We took in a Mercedes Sprinter Van with around 7k to have the oil and filter changed. An after market oil filter was installed by the certified technicians that lead to an oil leak duty not having the oil ring on the filter. This leak caused both belts to come off around 15k and wrap around the fan so two new belts had to be bought and installed. James the service manager and Jeff the general manager told me the cost to repair was our problem. This was a $650.00 repair that we had to pay Mercedes. When you take a your vehicle to a certified service center you would think the vehicle would at least meet the standards the manufacturer sets forth when it comes to repairing or servicing the vehicle but in the case it clearly did not happen. Sorry I would not recommend this Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep dealership repair center to anyone. They do not stand behind their work.
Bad experience - Lashonda
I am so sad and depressed about my experience with this dealership. I am left feeling so played and defeated because I am a women and now the service manager is being so rude. My car ran hot on my on Nov 6 I decided to bring my car to my local Dodge to make sure the repairs would be do properly especially because I have a 5.7L. I soo regret this decision now. Brandi the service advisor keep me up to date with information and I wrote down everything she told me every time she called. First I was told I needed a new radiator which I expected and that was going to cost my about 1200 dollars and I agreed to it. Then the next day she called me and said that coolant was leaking into my 3rd cylinder and it would be 600 dollars to diagnosis because of the labor. I agreed to that as well. Then she called me and said that I need a right and left head gasket, new value covers, and spark plug seals. I wrote all this down.I still have the paper!! She said it would be 2625 dollars. Anyways I reluctantly agreed to the repair because I still have a loan on this car and I would be upside down on a trade in. I should have known something was suspicious when my car was ready the same day after a head gasket repair. I am a nurse by trade so I don't know any thing about cars but when I google a head gasket repair it usually take 3 or more days. But I still picked my car up only to find out that its still broke. The coolant is boiling in the radiator reservoir. I took it right back. They said that it was a thermostat problem and they fixed the thermostat for free. 2 days later the same thing, coolant boiling but now my check engine light is on with code P0303 which is a misfire in cylinder 3. The same cylinder that was leaking coolant into it! So I go back to the dealership and the service manager is saying that not only did they never change my head gaskets they also never said that I had coolant leaking into my 3rd cylinder. I'm no looking over my receipts and I don't know what to make of all this. I had to take out loans to get this repair done and now I don't have money to do anything else. I am a single mother of 3 kids and its the holidays. This just sucks. Don't bring you car here. Don't buy Dodge period.
Worst service I ever experienced - Brad678
When I brought my truck in for the half dozen recalls on it, I asked the service writer Chris to check the service airbag light and the AC blower motor after I installed a factory backup camera. First they didn’t get to the work the day I brought it in for my appointment but... things happen and I let it go. Chris told me they Diagnosed the issue with the service airbag and AC motor. He said it needs a new blower motor and repairs to wires under the fuse box. $881.00 WOW! But I need it fixed so I told him to go for it. Next day Chris said all the recalls where complete and they are finishing wiring repairs and your truck will be ready the next day. At 3:30 the next day I put in a call to Chris and when he called me back he said the found some butt splicing under the dashboard and where going to clean that up so everything looks good. I ask how much that clean up was going to cost me he said another $400 and I told him no thank just do the repairs we discussed. He said ok they are putting it back together. After work I went to pickup my truck but it still wasn’t ready yet. At this point I realize they are giving me the ole runaround and I’m beginning to lose my patience. So the next day I got a call from Chris saying sorry for the miss understanding that they where finishing the recalls up and it should be ready in about one hour. Oh snap! Recalls they were supposed to be finished two days ago! I’m definitely getting the runaround. So Chris calls and I go to pick up my truck. I paid the $900 and they bring my truck around. AC blower still doesn’t work the service airbag light is still on and now my backup camera doesn’t work. xxx! What’s the $900 for? Needless to say I came unwound and made them put my old AC blower motor back on and give me my money back after I used a few Frinch words that I now regret. They are nothing but a bunch of crooks. They were going to charge me $900 for splicing two little wires and a blower motor I didn’t need. Stay as far away from this place as possible.
My New Car experience - GWoolf
Drove into Southern Chrysler to LOOK at a car. The salesman pretty much threw himself in front of my car to get me to stop. But, I gave him a chance. I had a 2011 GMC Yukon, 58K miles Great condition, (it had a few dings nothing major). I was looking at a 2014 Dodge Charger. I brought my husband back to look at the car (he was leery of this dealership) started making a deal. The salesman came back and said that my Yukon was clean and a great vehicle according to the sales manager who drove it and he wouldn't mind having it for himself. They told us that they would give us $20K for it because that's what the blue book price had it listed at. WRONG!!!!!!! They had it listed at trade-in $25K - $27K! LIE #1! The Charger was stickered at $30K. and they told us that they had come off the price $4000. LIE #2! Come to find out after the deal that was the buyer incentive rebate. THEY didn't come off anything! They said that they would throw in having my windows tinted and a special spray that protect the inside and outside. All we would finance would be $4000. Okay it all LOOKED good on paper once they moved around a few numbers. I took the car into have the spray and the windows tinted. My car was there ALL day. They only did the spray on protectant. I was told they ran out of time and they would call me to let me know when to bring it back for the tint. I HAD TO CALL THEM!!! After a week. We have 3yr old twins and they took our car seats out themselves after I ask them if I need to remove them when I had the windows tinted. "Oh no, they don't need to be removed". LIE #3. They removed them did not tell me and did not secure them back when they put them back in the car. So I am driving down the highway and a truck pulls out in front of us I slam on my brakes to keep from hitting him and my children come flying to the front seat. I did not look at the car seats when I picked the car up because I was told they did not need to be removed. Had I of known that they had been removed I would have checked to make sure they were secured correctly. My children's SAFETY may not be important to Southern Chrysler Dodge. But it is to me! Now almost 5 weeks after we have bought the car we still have NO license plates or registration. I will NEVER send anyone to this dealership. I am MAD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I feel Cheated!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They LIED to us!!!!!!!!!! Oh, by the way they had my trade-in on their lot after a week for sale for $29K. REALLY it was only worth $20K according to them. A almost $10K profit, must be nice to screw people over like that!
I scheduled an appointment on 2/11/14 for a recall... - Tammyt77
I scheduled an appointment on 2/11/14 for a recall service. They took information and gave me an appt for 2/17/14 at 4:00. The service dept called to confirm this appt on Saturday, 2/15. I dropped the jeep off on Monday around 2:00. They checked me in, I told them in addition to recall work to change oil, rotate tires, and check the tire sensors. I told them this when I set up appt as well. Decided to have it done while the jeep was there rather than make another trip somewhere else. The extra request were not something that I had to have the dealership do, or were needed right away! They called early on Tuesday and said the vehicle was ready. J.D. was the person calling me. He then proceeded to tell me the recall work had not been done. They did not have the part. When I asked to explain how that happened, knowing that was the primary reason for service, he said Chrysler only allows one recall part a week and he did not know when they would have the part. When I asked why wasn't I told this when I set up the appointment, or when I was called to confirm the appointment, OR EVEN WHEN I DROPPED IT OFF! HE HAD NO ANSWER!!!! I told him how unacceptable that was and that I would not have access to the jeep again until June, as my daughter has this vehicle while away at school. J.D. then said they may not even have the part until JUNE. WHY AND HOW DOES THIS HAPPEN? WHY ALLOW ME TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT FOR A SPECIDIC PURPOSE KNOWING IT WOULD NOT BE DONE!!! If you use this service department make them guarantee you they have the part! I would even go so far as to get it in writing!
