Very helpful and understanding people. Nick gave me all the important details I needed about the car in order to form my own opinion, never felt pressured to buy anything that I wasn't interested in.

Spent the entire day trying to obtain a final price for a vehicle they had posted online. The vehicle was posted on several websites for a good price. However, when getting the information for the bank the dealership added thousands of dollars in service fees. I asked for disclosure for the work on a car with only 36,000 miles on it. The "service" was touch up paint, changing of fluids, and rotation of tires. The vehicle was not available without the thousands of dollars worth of fees. It was simple click bait to get you to their dealership. I have never had to pay for repairs on the purchasing side of a vehicle. The repair costs should have come from the sellers side. The entire process was deceptive in nature. List the car for the price you are selling it for. Don't add thousands of dollars on at the end and call it a service fee.

Had rattle in dash of my 2018 Accord. Rusty Wallis tried three times over three years to fix it and failed every time. Even replaced dash and re-installed it incorrectly. AutoNation Honda tried once and fixed it the first time. Also, the dealership is quiet during the week if you need to work there.
