Great experience ever purchasing a vehicle. They were able to work magic for me. CECIL CAIN JR. & KYLE WYNN are two of the most helpful, knowledgeable and direct. From the beginning they made sure I was comfortable. Being a woman purchasing a car alone Cecil & Kyle ensured I knew everything. But George in service down at Kia literally treats me like a family member every time i see him or I bother him with many calls!! He is always friendly, extremely professional and always ready to satisfy my needs as a customer!! xxxx the only reason I’m still driving a Kia after replacing an engine and all is because of him!! 5 stars for this guy! Good afternoon sir, this is Kathy Fellows.
I bought a 2019 Ram 1500 on March25. I traded my 2016 Jeep Wrangler white, and your financial managers didn’t take care of it til April 10. I was receiving phone calls about late payment. Not only they send the wrong amount, but to the wrong address as well. Now there’s a balance that still hasn’t been paid which is the interest from the two weeks it took them to payoff the car. Not only is the vehicle already posted online, but I have not gotten a phone call from Jeremiah or Bryan. They are always busy with a customer or at a meeting, the receptionist has send them multiple emails about my call. And not once have they called me. It’s 3 months later and this situation hasn’t been taken care off. This is the worse customer service I have received. I have bought 3 vehicles and never had this issue. So sad of a dealership to have managers not return your call and avoid you.Please help, get this situation fixed, I am not paying for someone mistake and being Irresponsible.

By far the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had trying to test drive and buy a car. The salesperson was extremely pushy. Did not listen to any of my wants or needs in the car that I wanted. The salesperson treated me as if I hadn’t done my research and didn’t know what I was talking about. I do not recommend Clay Cooley to anyone. Not to mention the mark-ups, but then they try to cover it up with their family coverage.

The salesperson was great and patient. He listened and delivered. I was almost ready to sign when the finance guy ruined it all. I needed to upgrade my car for business purposes and told the dealer several times how much I loved my car and how much i didn't want to trade it in. It was my dream car that I wanted for years and last year I made it happen. While working on the final deal with finance I mentioned maybe I should hold off until i can pay down my car a bit more and he said "You mean the VW... that piece of crap?" I walked out right then and there. I love my car. Not a single ding. Perfect condition. Well taken care of. It truly is beautiful but I need a 4 door for work. I can't believe those words even came out of his mouth. Sorry to the sales person who spent 4 hours with me, was wonderful, and just lost his commission because of a rude person in finance!
