My fiancé and I came to Hooks Lincoln with pretubation. We had been car shopping throughout the day and grown tired of the mental beating of dealing car salesmen. Boy, did Mark turn that around quickly. Before we even looked at the vehicle Mark wanted us to come in and get to know us and what we were looking for. We walked in to the dealership with the MKC in mind (which we loved), but realized that the rear cargo space wasn't going to be up to our future needs.
After discussing whether we should still go with the MKC despite the cargo space. Mark asked if we would like check out the new Nautilus which is similar in technology and drive, but a little bigger. We we're not disappointed. This SUV reset the bar for what we will consider an excellent vehicle. However, Hooks didn't have the trim/features we really wanted. Mark went to work for us and scoured through all the available vehicles in Texas. During the process he was constantly sending us updates and was working with me to get everything lined up (as I was out of town).
I would highly recommend Mark and Hooks Lincoln to anyone looking for excellent customer service, a relaxed atmosphere, and, of course, a great car.

Charles went above and beyond to get us a second key remote that was promised to us after we signed all of our documents and found out there was only one. His upper mngt promised us he’d look into it and never got back with us. However,Charles diligently followed up with us to make sure it got taken care of. I would highly recommend him as a salesman!

I had been looking for a diesel truck on a very strict budget for about a month. We had been to numerous dealerships and they all had the same idea: "How much do you make? ... Oh well you can afford much more than your budgeted price." What none of them listened to was the fact that I have other bills. I was originally looking at a different truck when Greg reached out for the first time. I was very upfront about my budget and asked if he had anything around there. He looked around the lot and found something that he thought would work. We made an appointment to go look at it. This truck was almost a perfect fit. It was missing a couple of key things. Greg and the dealership worked with me to get the two things that I had to get on the truck while also keeping it in my budget. It was a breath of fresh air to finally work with someone that was upfront about expectations and very professional. I would recommend Moritz and Greg to anyone looking for a vehicle.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH FINANCE MANAGER - K Flores
This dealership was friendly and helpful at first. I did NOT want the extended warranty, but the financial manager added it my contract anyway. When I asked him to remove it, he said he did not NEED to redo the paperwork. I could just remove the warranty after-the-fact by sending a cancellation order later and that my payments would go back to the original stated amount. But, afterwards - he told me a different story saying the Extended Warranty amount would be credited to the last few payments of the note. I told him this wasn't acceptable, but he told me he could not change the contract. I asked for verification that he did cancel the warranty. He never gave it. So I called the Extended Warranty office myself. After 2 months, it turns out that it NEVER WAS cancelled. I would have been paying for something I had not agreed to and didn't know I had. I tried to contact the manager of the dealership and he never returned my numerous calls. After I signed my contract with them, they were VERY uncooperative afterwards. They knew I was short on time when I came in to purchase and needed to make this deal quickly. They took advantage of that and used it to cheat me. They also entered my address incorrectly on the financial documents, so I didn't receive my first two statements and had to make my payments by phone. I feel this was done intentionally in order to keep my fooled that the warranty fee was removed. I had to cancel the warranty on my own. The warranty company is supposedly sending me a refund soon. It will be a check made out to Hyundai Finance. When I receive it, I am supposed to take it to Hyundai and they will credit my loan. I am not satisfied with the method of adjusting the refund so even though I know I will lose money on this transaction, I will get rid of this vehicle right away. I NO LONGER WISH TO DEAL WITH HYUNDAI !!! The finance manager that I dealt with is Rick.

On the 3rd of April, I attempted to purchase a Nissan Altima 2019, we spoke with George the Fleet Manager and Micheala the financial Adviser. We went through the whole process of negotiating and came to an agreement. We put a trade in Jeep of a value of $9,000 something along with $2,000 down. We sat down with the financial adviser, which is the normal step when everything is said and done. We signed all the contract and agreements. We were told they would contact us the next day to give us our copies of the contract. We never heard back from the Fort Worth Nissan off of 3451 W Loop 820 S Forth Worth, TX 76116. There were a few issues with the car I purchased, such as the sun roof was not working right, the right side wheel frames were bent in, and the back speakers were crackling. I contracted George the Fleet manager about these issues and he told me to take it to service and ask for Ryan, which he would help me and get me straight. Not once did George mention there was an issue with our contract. So naturally I didn’t worry. A week after having the car on 10 April 2019, I took the car to get service while my brother went to the financial adviser to get copies of our contract. The manager of the dealership sat us down and told us that the contract was not accepted anymore and in order to keep the car, we would need to put down another $5,400 dollars. This was unacceptable, we had already come to an agreement and we already had a bank that approved our loan. The manager didn’t know what to say other than, the financial adviser was not the final step. When we spoke with the Financial Adviser, she even thought we were done and didn’t understand what the manager was talking about. The manager in our opinion dropped the ball somewhere. We were never notified of any issues or that the bank came back and denied us. The manager claimed that George the Fleet manager should of told us, which he did not. They have also lost our paper work as well as the power of attorney we gave them for the trade in. So if we would have never gone in for service, we would never had been told there was an issue with the contract. Then what? If I would never gone in, would they have contracted us? This is unacceptable. I have been to many dealership where the financial adviser was the last step in the process of buying a car. The Nissan in Fort Worth really needs to learn how the system works. They took time away from us and plain out drop the ball. I don’t know what they were doing but they messed up somewhere and we paid for it. Correct me if I’m wrong, but I have purchased a lot of cars in my day and every time we go to the financial adviser, which has ALWAYS been the last step. That is where we all came to agreement and we sign on the dotted lines. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau as well as put my reviews for the Nissan in Fort Worth. They took my time and my money and I came out empty handed. This is not how you run business and I feel you need to retrain that manager and team on how the process works, because apparently they don’t know how it works or the steps they need to take to finish a contract. I love Nissan, but this was the worst sale I have ever been in and it makes me doubt Nissan. I have owned a Nissan before and I was trying to own another one, but with this kind of personnel, I don’t know if I want to do business with Nissan if they don’t know how to work the process. I am not happy with how things turned out! Very disappointed!!

Advertised price on vehicle did not show an almost $1500 additional in ‘dealer prep fees’ . Salesman could not or would not explain what all this was for. Negotiated to $890 which is still crazy and all dealer profit. Salesman could not explain why the MSRP on this vehicle was $350 more than the same vehicle at another dealer. Could not explain why one car was $1650 more than the one next to it. Was told that I could get 4.99% financing and after back and forth am told that it’ll be over 12% due to my credit score. My score is shown as almost 100 point less than what I pull up myself on CreditKarma. High pressure salesman. I emailed the dealership twice and only got automated responses but never was contacted. Be very prepared before you walk into this dealership and be prepared for high pressure.
