Willing to trade 2 cars for a hybrid, no high pressure sales pitch and helpful when we stopped back in 2 days with questions about features. New to the area and needed to start the process of inspection for registering cars and one car was in need of service per the warning light, ended up only tire rotation was required. While talking to service department about the registration process in Texas we mentioned we were thinking of upgrading to a hybrid and he took us to Mark to discuss while we waited for service. The rest is history.

One of the worst car buying experiences I’ve ever had, that’s saying a lot since my husband and I have purchased many cars. Our finance guy Brandon Nabors completely screwed up our loan. A loan we brought with us from USAA. He literally just had to follow the instructions. He completely left out our trade in and I had to spend hours on the phone with USAA to fix something they said they could not believe a major dealership would get wrong. I personally found the mistake 3 weeks later. They hadn’t even started to wonder why they didn’t have the title to my trade in. Not to mention, no one returns calls. MAJOR mistake and I ask to speak to the finance director Nate, he never calls me back. Finally got it straightened out but it was a beating. I will never shop at this or any within the group again. Was told by the lady handling the issue that Brandon had made mistakes before and “this will be taken care of”. I don’t few confident of that, considering this isn’t the first time. Beware. Their only job as a finance employee is to finance cars and they can’t even get that right!!

Was offered an Enterprise rental vehicle while my car had over $1,400 of maintenance performed. Unfortunately there were no Enterprise employees there either to sign out the vehicle, or accept it back in when I returned. Was dependent upon Toyota of Irving personnel to ensure it was returned. The next thing I knew I found a $50 charge to my credit card. A day later a credit for a bit under $37 showed up. Both without contact or explanation. DO NOT EVER ACCEPT A RENTAL VEHICLE FROM ENTERPRISE, even if it is being "supplied" by the service department. Depending on them to ensure your treated fairly by Enterprise is a big gamble. As a result of my contacting Josh Morales an additional credit has been given to zero out any cost to me. Thanks Josh.
