I’m sure all the service team is good, but I’ve dealt with Ziha Dauti my past several visits with my Ram and the wife’s Durango. He’s been honest and extremely easy to communicate with. When I want to deal over the phone he is quick to answer or call back. When email suits me best he has been quick to respond and actually answer my questions. I actually set up an appointment with him today via email. In fact he responded to 3 emails today before noon. If you are new to their service dept ask for “Z”.

Of course Saturday turned into a stormy spring day in North Texas. We still went to the dealership and Edward was still ready to show us the truck and let us test drive in the stormy weather. So this was the 3rd time I’ve purchased a vehicle from Don Davis and as always I wasn’t disappointed. We went in because my husband (who is a Chevy lover) deserved an upgrade to his 2010 Silverado but when we went to Vandergriff they were cold and uncaring and when we told them we didn’t know if we’d buy today, they were done with us. When I contacted Yazmin, I told her the same and knowing she might not make a sale, she still spent as much time as we needed looking at every truck, getting prices and test driving. In the end, as always, Yazmin found the perfect 2018 Ram that even my Chevy-loving husband couldn’t turn down. Between the awesome management and finance team. Shortly after inquiring about a vehicle online, Mr. Ed Lewis called me within 10 min, at the time it was 15 till 9:00 PM. He answered all questions over the phone as best he could with the information he had at the time including financing options, similar vehicles, availability, etc. I told him I could be over in 30 minutes.
He helped me look well at the vehicle in and out at my own comfort and helped look for any details. Gave me a test drive and answered more nit picky questions I had for him. Honestly I was a pest with the amount of questions, yet his politeness and professionalism not once wavered. All in all, the time it took to purchase my new vehicle was 2 hours.
Even after I found a small scratch of a detail days after, Ed told me he would take care of me and my new car on a day he had off. He brought in my vehicle, fixed any small details at no cost as well as providing me a means of transportation for my work. Even throughout the plates and registration, he kept me well updated by text and call!
Ed Lewis provided exceptional service of a gentleman and a scholar that in my opinion went above and beyond, providing me a great, safe, well market priced vehicle. I would recommend Mr. Ed Lewis' service for buying a vehicle to all my friends and family.

Worst dealership ever. Purchased ram 2500 9.10.18....as of 11.15.18 still dont have my new plates. Temp plates expired. Very shady sales manager. They use a lot of shady sales tactics which i called them out on and my salesperson agreed with me but said it is policy....my ram was supposedly certified. It had broken seat belts, no coolant in engine, not detailed, smelled terrible, missing parts to jack set, no service records provided, tires inflated to twice the max rating, no cabin air filter, squeaking brakes, rattling ac fan.....when i called about the issues i was told by the sales manager, "i guess we are even" then he told me i mislead them on a service light on my trade in even though i provided paperwork from 3rd party ASE mechanic regarding error code and replacement estimate.....the sales manager told me the cost would be 4 times the quote......they also told me they completed recall repairs on my new truck but at my first oil change at a different dealership it hadnt been done....they took 2 months to pay off my trade in resulting in me getting charged late fees and toll charges for a vehicle i no longer own......now when i call bossier no one will let me talk to the general manager....no one will call me back.

I took my car in for it not starting. They tell me it’s the fuel pump rely and they have to wire it in. Only changed rely but charged me for the whole job. I even have pictures or the area and when I called and asked they never returned my calls. They will scam you on repairs. Please watch out!!
I have done reviews on other sites and they say they want to talk. When they called me he said would call me back and never did. So the replies to reviews saying they want to resolve the issue is just more lies.

I used to love bringing my vehicles here, but now that Corey is gone, this place has gone to crap. Service advisors are clueless. Megan was okay to work with, and she can’t control what the jackwagons do in the back, but a little more communication would have been great. Phone rings off the hook while people stand around talking. Brought my truck in for a tire sensor issue and a new key fob programming and it’s still not done. 5 hours later, not done. Had an 8 o’clock appointment, first in line! What’s the sense in getting an appointment? Probably the two easiest things they had to do today! Just shameful!!!!!!!

Worst experience. My husband and I came into dealership to purchase a Dodge Durango RT after corresponding with Aaron thru email. Aaron treated us like we were second grade customers and made several remarks that TRUMP is to blame for interest rates. Even though I had told him that our credit was good. He was very argumentative and even had a yelling match with my husband. I have previously bought 3 vehicles from them with no problems. I hate that one employee can change my view of this dealership but he was very unprofessional for an Internet salesman.
