Of course Saturday turned into a stormy spring day in North Texas. We still went to the dealership and Edward was still ready to show us the truck and let us test drive in the stormy weather. The people at this dealership are a bunch of liars. They ran our credit through four different people after we told him we did not want it to be ran. They assured us it wouldn’t be done because the people that had the dealership before they have it now did the same thing to us. We will never do Business with this company ever again and will tell everyone how crappy they are.

My wife and I went in looking for a used vehicle. We left with a new one for the same price we would have walked out with the used one. The customer service was great. We had to wait on the finance guy, which always happens at a dealership, but everything was perfect. I could not have been happier with this experience. Skylar, our salesman was very professional, and Bryce, the manager, was as nice as could be.

We are 15+ years loyal customers of SW...bought our 6th Dodge in Feb. 2019. will NEVER buy from them again. Cheated us out of $. A know issue we were never told about "cylinder head". Took it to my personal mechanic twice to have spark plugs changed and coil replaced. Found out by doing this that their is a know issue with the cylinder head which was giving us problems. Never have we ever gotten any recalls on this Durango. Was instructed to call Dodge/Chrysler Headquarters and ask for a Good Will Warranty because the warranty ended at 150,000 miles... we have 155,000 miles. This issue has been going on since November 2018, well below the 150,000 miles. I called and was instructed to take car to Seth Wadley to have a diagnosis done (bill $300) and they would see what they could do for us. We were lead to believe that they would help with this issue. Chysler/Dodge/Jeep Headquarters opened a claim. We took it to SW and 4 days later, were told that claim was denied. We were out $300 for nothing! I called headquarters again and expressed my concern.. a new claim was opened and 2 days later that claim was denied. Asked why? Was told that because I took my car to other mechanics to have spark plugs changed and coil replaced, they weren't done by an authorized dealership so the denied my claim. That is a bunch of BS....We are out $300 for nothing. We have a hard time getting our SW vehicles in to have our "free oil changes" done, so I have been paying to have it done other places. Talked with Randy (Service Manager) and he was not helpful at all.. There is no communication between him and the service staff. Jennifer was telling me one thing and he was telling me another. Along with headquarters telling me and leading us to believe that they would help us. I feel like SW should have fought for us better than they did, waived the $300 that we paid and took care of loyal customers as we are. We bought a Dodge Ram in February 2019 and regret every bit of it....We feel that we were wronged and that we should have this paid for and repaired. We will never buy another vehicle from SW....and we currently own 4 from them... I guess Hudiburg will get out business again... They always stand behind their word.

Raul Luna sold my daughter gap insurance and a warranty for $5000 on a used car that was under $13,000. He also failed to provide the bill of sale and told her to come back the next day for it. She believed she was getting the gap and warranty for much less. Luna took advantage of her lack of experience, as she relied on his advice.
Gap insurance was not needed b/c the car had already depreciated and the price charged for the warranty was excessive and dishonest.
Luna's conduct and the dollar amount of coverage he sold her was unconscionable and constitutes fraud. The situation is ripe for a lawsuit.

Ive had it only one month and its been in service dept at chickasha 3 going 4 time tmrw. The employees are inexperinced and the so called new service manager informed me maybe i should take it to duncan! The only decent one there is woman at service desk who pushed thru for me to get a loaner truck so i could keep working for when i come back in cause they will need it for awhile and cant figure out whats wrong. In past have stuck me in a chrystler 200!! Really bought the truck for stupid amount to make living not try to stick welder in truck of a car. I thank her. And for the salesman he informed me he would find me another truck to replace this lemon then came back and started saying the loan on a new truck would have to go under my dad instead. Tho i already had a loan on this new 2018 ram. He is not very smart and i would never recomend chickasha byford to anyone!! Prob gonna turn to filing it lemon thru the lemon law it looks like.
